Thanks. My thermostat is not following schedule. Schedule set at 25degrees but room temperature is currently reading 13 degrees. Do you know how I can go about this?
Which thermostat do you recommend for a one unit two story townhouse and you want to install split thermostat since I've done everything to cool the second floor and still is not keeping it cool enough
If the backup heat strips on a heat pump are triggered because the room temperature isn't being maintained by the heat bump, will this unit indicate that the auxiliary heat is on?
Hi the video was helpful in some ways I still need help my thermostat only has the year and select on the screen and won't let me select niether the year not anything and just won't budge
Hi! My husband and I just had our AC replaced yesterday and our old thermostat was replaced with the T4 Pro. I have it set for permanent hold at 74°. I liked having a thermostat that would allow the temp to get to 75° and then kick on to cool it down to 73°. This thermostat is constantly trying to keep it at a steady 74° so it's kicking on and cooling too often in my opinion. Is there a way to change that?
Kim H hello. The Honeywell thermostats do you have a band width with it going up a degree and then cooling it down to half a degree below the setpoint. It does not reflect that on the screen but it is operating that way. I’m not sure if you can increase that band width on a T4. Some thermostats you can. But if you feel like your new system is running too often, try calling the installation company to check it over again
Hi! Just had this thermastat installed with a Trane heat pump package, problem is I can never tell when my heat strips/secondary heat has kicked on or off due to there is no aux/heat that displays or lets me that it is in aux/heat mode. Hmmm. Am I missing something? The company that installed my unit said these are what he uses for all his installs, and he really likes them.
No the manual says Auto, Heat, Cool, Em Heat and Off only So I guess you just go by the heat coming out if the vent. I don't not like knowing when there running. Lot more expensive with the electric bill. Thank you for responding back so quickly.
I have seen on several thermostats not sure if they were T4 or T6 that are showing "recovery" but I haven't found anything explaining what that is, is there settings for it, and what is it telling the system to do?

Since there is no electricity (I do have a generator that I use when I'm there) I am planning on using this thermostat with the primary source of power being the batteries. My question is: Do I just run one wire from the thermostat "W" slot (heat) to the wire identified as "thermostat" on the stove? Again, thanks for the video and any help would be greatly appreciated.
