In my opinion we have Doctor's who have gone about this all wrong. A boy with low Testosterone cannot get Testosterone but can get female hormones and mutilate their bodies even children now and girls with high testosterone and low female hormones cannot get female hormones but can get testosterone and mutilate their bodies even the children now 😢. Had doctor's recognized these as a medical issue and diagnosed properly and gave the right hormone to the right person then we would not have all these confused children and adults. I listened to part of this, and I'm sure I overall agree. But when I first saw the title, I was thinking how "gender parties" could be detrimental in a way. I've watched a lot of these "gender reveals" on RUclips, and the thing that disturbs me is that sometimes some of the siblings are so disappointed and cry or throw fits when the sex of the new baby is not what they wanted. I don't ever remember any of my kids being unhappy or disappointed with a new baby, no matter if it was boy or girl because it was always a surprise and nobody knew till birth. The little children were always just so happy for the new BABY, be it boy or girl! My concern is the videos and memories that might be seen or spoken about later and how that might affect the child in a negative way to know that their brother or sister was not happy with their sex.

Technically the should just be called "sex revealed parties" but that argh does not have a good ring to it. You guys are literally arguing over wording when the professionals are trying to educate the public.

the only danger in gender reveal parties is when they set off fireworks and start a forest fire. I personally think they are ridiculous though, but I just found out at birth. My sister did the whole gender reveal parties for all 3 of her boys, but she couldn't with her daughter because they couldn't get a good scan, so that was a surprise for her.

Gender is determined by at least 4 different mechanisms which can have at least 16 possible permutations within standard XX XY chromosomal development. There's a lot of actual research going into this, it's not a position of ignorance, it's a position of better biological and sociological understanding.

I have to agree. I love AIG, I follow all their content, but I think their thumbnails or video pictures look a little unprofessional.

@@annep.1905 I agree it wasn’t clickbait, the thumbnail did pertain to the video. I just feel their pictures attached to their videos seem a little, childish or unprofessional. I don’t think it hinders their message in any way, AIG as far as I’ve seen, sticks close to the truth of Gods word. I just think they could do better with their video presentations. And this is just constructive criticism, from one believer to another.
