I’m from London and I grew up with Jamaican food (so many Jamaicans in London) and I’m in USA now with no yard food near me. I been looking for someone who knows what they are doing and I can just tell you do! Haha. I’ll get back to you after I make the sauce. Nuff love
THANK YOU SOOoooo very much!! My daughters said "It's EXACTLY like it should taste" and so happy we can now make it ourselves because, the people be stingy with theirs😀
Oh that's awesome...thank you very much 😊 Come as often as you want or you could just subscribe and it that notification bell so you will be notify as soon as I upload new recipe 😉❤
Just done your sauce yes it's right on point. Didnt add sugar and only used my wet jerk seasoning. Your ratios are the real deal. This one is a keeps. Bless
Fell in love yesterday, needed a quick sauce and this was it. Family wouldn't stop going on about it. I actually used honey instead of sugar. Thank you ❤
After you marinate it in the jerk seasoning marinade for a few hours 5 6 hours whatever. Put it in the oven at 350 degrees for about a half an hour and then take it out glaze it with some of the jerk sauce put it back in at 400° for about an hour and just check on it regularly until you get that nice color you want
Hi Tracy, could you possibly write up the finished amounts in the recipe please. There’s no info about your ‘blended seasoning’ for example. Would be great to have a clearly written ingredients list with exact amounts, at the moment it’s just a half finished recipe that you’re providing us with. Shouldn’t take more than 2 minutes to quickly add the final ingredients and amounts. Thanks 🙏
Searching for a sauce for baked chicken in pieces with spicy sauce on a baquette. Reminder I want to bake the chicken and sauce together for destroy all germs?
The sauce is separate from the marinade. Google food and wine jerk chicken. That will be your marinade for the actual chicken and save some left over tablespoon for this sauce recipe ❤
@@Mikki-PiePeople in the US pronounce it the same way. It’s the spelling they are referring to. Pronounce meaning , how it is said . Spelling, is how something is written. Either way, it’s not spelled “catch up” . It doesn’t matter who’s saying it or where they are from. The comment was addressing the misspelling of the word.
I made that sauce from the juices of my jerk pork and it was soooo delicious, that sauce needs to be bottled up and sold.. 😋😊
Oh wow...thanks for the advice 😁❤

Looks good. How do you make jerk chicken stock 🤔
Sorry, I have never done jerk chicken stock
Hello, Which all purpose seasoning brand do you typically use?
Badia
Hold up. I def need to know how you got your chicken to look like that too 🤤🤤

Looks really good but how do you Capture that smoky taste? 👍🏾❤️
Try adding a pinch of liquid smoke
@@Sashey24 i just got my bottle of Wright's liquid smoke. It smells delicious in the bottle.
I think that's where the barbeque sauce comes in. But if you want more of a deep Smoky taste add a teaspoon of the liquid smoke
@@SeymourKitty yes a little bit goes a long way!🤏🏾
The Smokey taste always comes from the chicken, not the sauce
I’m here because I’m cooking baked jerk chicken tomorrow with Guyanese fried rice😊
Waw😍
Oh my I’m doing this tonight

It means “ketchup,” that’s how Caribbean people pronounces “ketchup.”

@@Mikki-PieAlso, to further explain. You would say “pronounce” not , “pronounces”.
