    Hey man cool recipe. I'm definitely going to try it. At around 4:40 you say to add cinnamon to the sauce but the bottle you have in your hand is cumin. Which one is it?

      Wow thanks for pointing that out to me cumin can be added also but I actually meant cinnamon.. both can be added .. I took up the incorrect seasoning bottle but I’m happy you’re going to try this recipe hope it comes out great for you!

      No you don’t have to you can use apple cider vinegar..

      Pineapple juice .. you can also use guava or mango juice

      Brutha it came out just the way you prepared it. I just lost my taste for store bought. The flavor profile was crazy. I did a 24-hr marinade, browned it and slowly baked a spatchcock chicken to Temp in the Emeril Oven and to get that nice char.. I broiled it for 8 minutes after I based it. After 30 minutes I quartered it. It didn't dry out including the breast because I cooked it to temp and didn't overcook it. The sauce set it off.When it gets warm I'm definitely going to smoke it with some pimento wood, cherry wood, and mesquite to try different profiles.
