Love the fact you checked the light time out and I'm glad to see it's smart enough to have a shorter time out when being powered by batteries. Thanks for the video! I gave it thumbs up 👍
First of all don't hack my toaster I enjoy my toast also the remote is not available but hopefully it will be available in the next month or two. We hope you use our links in the description when the item is available I will put a link in the description that helps our Channel. I also hope that you subscribe but again don't hack my toaster
@TechMadeEzy I just ordered my Delta Pro. Any tips or things that you've seen to look our for? I sent back my delta max 2k from firmware issues. So I'm somewhat knowledgeable on the Delta series i guess lol.
@TechMadeEzy no electric vehicle yet but in the future for sure! I think we decided we're gonna do a Ground mount and build up our delta pro family with the batteries and smart home panel instead of putting solar on the house for now.
That's what I'm doing I don't have as much solar as I'd like it's all manual for now I've got to build something more permanent but definitely not on the roof. Enjoy and stay in touch thank you
Paired R/C with Delta Pro using pairing buttons on both devices. The pairing icon is displayed on the R/C & DP screens. R/C is correctly mimicking the DP LCD screen. See Bluetooth icon flashing on R/C & DP screens, See same on your video. I assume that my R/C is talking to the DP by Bluetooth since there are no other connections. Will appreciate knowing why the BT icons are flashing instead of being steady. Also appreciate your video on setting up the 400 watt SPs. Thank you, thank you...
Do you have to plug the usb-c cable into the delta pro or it it just used to power the remote screen? Can I plug it into a usb plug next to my recliner instead?
Thanks Jim The app will give you much more control, firmware updates etc. Some people that live in RVs and other situations like to mount the panel somewhere to be able to quickly see what's going on.
Can the delta pro be powered fully on and off remotely with this? Rather than just the screen and ac/dc? As in - can you remotely power the unit on with it being fully powered off?
What if you are RVing, don't have a smartphone and data plan and your Delta Pro is in a compartment you can't easily access? This can benefit users in many ways 😎
@@TechMadeEzy Doing well.i bought 2 ecoflow river units. Bought 2 extra batteries for them. Both extra batteries not charging. With 100 watt load the river has about 2hrs 42 minutes left. Add the extra battery when charged to full and only get an extra half hour. Ask Ive solar having the same problem
Yes but can’t be used at the same time. Only 1 delta at a time, also if you do that the remote will probably have issues connecting because it is trying to communicate with multiple delta if they are in at the same time
Hi I have a question for you regarding the remote panel. Do you have to pair the remote with batteries first and then connect Ethernet cable or will it pair by connecting panel with the Ethernet cable without putting batteries in first? Good video by the way. Norman English from Scotland UK.
Thanks just as I thought just wanted to check. There is no mention that this could be the way to connect without the need for the batteries. So thank you for confirming. Norman
I just did a quick test for you and with an ethernet cable connected it stayed on longer I waited a minute and a half and then I just unplugged it it kept going
@@TechMadeEzy AC300 is nice but..... you need to hook a battery to it, for it to work. The AC300 itself is just an inverter 3000 watt, but it does have some advantages over the ecoflow delta pro, but I still prefer the delta pro
I don't have the delta pro connected to the wifi. I have a flashing wifi icon on the delta pro. I can connect the app to the private DELTA-... wifi signal. But.... with this configuration, I cannot pair the remote with the delta pro. I don't have a bluetooth sybol on the delta pro.
Ecoflow needs a remote like this that can control all the features of the Delta Pro. What if there's an EMP? (And you store your unit in a faraday?) You really can't control this units features without your phone. The control panel on the unit needs to be able to run every feature. Big drawback.
True but the thing about the remote is some people don't want to use an app, they don't want to use a smartphone so the remote is a really good option in that case

I never knew that the Delta Pro had a remote control and I am impressed.
Thank you. I got a Delta Pro from Costco and it came with this remote. This was a very informative review of it.
I’m glad it helped
Love the fact you checked the light time out and I'm glad to see it's smart enough to have a shorter time out when being powered by batteries. Thanks for the video! I gave it thumbs up 👍
yes, but my only initial wish was the option to change the time out time.
Another great review, this seems like this unit has a bunch of mods you can do for it, hitch means it can be perfect for anyone, since it is flexible
It really does, super expandable
I do like how the LCD display of the Delta Pro and Remote Control are wel laid out and very easy to understand.
Thanks for watching James
After watching the review. I am getting myself the Delta Pro Remote control.

Another great video Hi Brooklyn!
Thank you
Great review! I just ordered one on Amazon
Enjoy and thank you
Very cool. I was wondering about the remote panel. This will be great for the wife when I'm not home so she can monitor the power! Lol thanks!
Thank you let me know how it goes
@TechMadeEzy I just ordered my Delta Pro. Any tips or things that you've seen to look our for? I sent back my delta max 2k from firmware issues. So I'm somewhat knowledgeable on the Delta series i guess lol.
It’s heavy so be aware, 100lbs but it’s an amazing price if machinery. You have an electric vehicle?

Do you know if you need a remote for each delta pro
Yes if you want to control them at the same time. The remote can only control 1 DP at a time.
Do you have to plug the usb-c cable into the delta pro or it it just used to power the remote screen? Can I plug it into a usb plug next to my recliner instead?
Hi It can be wireless or directly connected as I demonstrated in the video
So, can you access the additional setting in the app, through the remote control? Thanks
Hi PK
No, the remote will only power on and off the unit, plus ac and dc
Thanks for reviewing
Thank you for watching. I hope you subscribe and stay with us.
Great review. What is the difference between this item an just using your phone with the ecoflow app?
Thanks Jim The app will give you much more control, firmware updates etc. Some people that live in RVs and other situations like to mount the panel somewhere to be able to quickly see what's going on.
Can the delta pro be powered fully on and off remotely with this? Rather than just the screen and ac/dc? As in - can you remotely power the unit on with it being fully powered off?
Yes, you just have to leave the standby button on, it's on the side panel
Looks cool but doesn't the app basically do the same thing?

@@TechMadeEzy oh ok not looking at it that way.🤔

Can multiple delta units be paired to the same remote ?

Hi 👋🏼
You can do it with Ethernet that powers it.

How many Delta Pros's you can connect to one remote control?
1 at a time.
Is it one remote per delta pro ?
Yes, it doesn’t have the capability of connecting to multiple Delta pros. You would have to disconnect from one Delta, pro and connect to another.
Nice video. Do you think that the remote control works with Ecoflow Delta 2 too? Is it possible to test it?
Hi Jaro
No it won’t work, the delta pro interface offers more options and the delta 2 doesn’t have the software to support it
@@TechMadeEzy Thank you.
My pleasure
Is there anyway to keep the remote screen on All the time? Now it times out after a min

@@TechMadeEzy with batteries it goes out in 10 seconds! annoying that i see no way to adjust that.

Some don't want to use an app, it also offers power on / off
Good video but get a case for your tooth brush my friend!
I wish Bluetti made something like this
What about the Ac200max? Is that the closest most compact machine they make?
@@TechMadeEzy The remote feature, plus bluetti doesn't show estimated time remaining on non of their products (to my knowledge)
Even the delta max is nice it just doesn't have as many charge cycles as the Delta Pro

Did you really think you had to "double test" the ethernet cable by stretching it out in the yard 50 feet?
That 's quite impressive, 35 feet and then a couple of walls and the Remote Control is still connected.
No need if you have the app though
True but the thing about the remote is some people don't want to use an app, they don't want to use a smartphone so the remote is a really good option in that case
anyone have a video out there showing how to pair the remote to the delta pro?
Good to see you watched the video 👏
