When he crumbled against the Celtics in 2010 and even more so against the Mavericks in the finals in 2011, it’s not that he lost; he intentionally gave up. I’ve never seen anyone near his level do this.
He gave up against the warriors also, he had maybe his best game ever then jr Smith loses the score (nobody ever gives him credit for getting the big rebound that kept the warriors from scoring the game winner but) loses the score and now it's over time and bron pouted and went to crap half as$ing the overtime, he gave up because he'd rather pout
That's why I will never respect him. I never saw Reggie Miller, Charles Barkley, or Patrick Ewing quit. They all never won a ring but not for lack of trying.
Lebron also gave up against the Spurs in 2014 when it became clear that they were the vastly better team. Jordan never gave up, *EVER* ! He played against incredibly tough competition in the East (which was the much stronger conference at the time, the opposite of the weak East Lebron enjoyed for most of his career), but never gave up, even when his teams were clearly vastly outmatched.
Just like Kobe did when he got swept by that same mavs team😢, both are not 🐐

This was a great breakdown. LBJ is a phenomenal athlete, but his influence on the game has been negative. The league and NIKE wanted a new cash cow after Jordan and they've enabled this guy before he even got into the NBA and everything was manipulated in a way that it benefits the individual instead of a team and the game at large. I'm glad that his career is coming to an end because his toxic fanboys will leave with him. The league is at the point where it needs some changes.
I absolutely, unequivocally could not agree more. Look at the great ambassadors of the sport dating all the way back to the 50s. They all advanced the game. Left a positive imprint on it, improved it, moved it forward. For the first time ever, we had a star with a negative effect on the sport.
As a LeFlop's Fan, I would echo his other fans common views. LeFlop no.1 and Carmelo No. 2. 😂

LBJ fans gloss over all of his failures and chokes like it's no big deal. They hang on his 20 years of play as the reason we should be calling him the GOAT. The more and more these people speak the more and more I can't stand LeBron. If they just realized and honestly assessed that the guy is good and top 10 all-time but no where close to being the GOAT, I wouldn't be so at odds with LBJ. I'm a Lakers fan and from day one I hated when we signed him to the team because I knew that it would destroy the franchise. The amount of resources burned from young talent, draft picks, wasted contracts, and coaches (3rd head coach and already blaming him) it takes to buy this guy a championship ring is just horrible.
I cannot disagree with any of that. And that’s where I’m at with Lebron. His sheer collection of statistics and accolades clearly have him somewhere in the top 10. As much I as I dislike him, I cannot formulate a good argument to have him outside of the top 10. HOWEVER, he’s NOT top 5 and he’s no where near the GOAT. And yet if you say that, you’re a “hater”. Historically what counts is the impact on the game, how one marked its evolution. Lebron did that far less than MJ, Magic, Bird, and others. He didn't perfectionate anything, he lost a lot, he was repeatedly beaten by other stars of his era, he lost twice with team USA, he won less not only than Jordan but many others too. So, a few years after he retires his status will be reduced. I don't know about top 10, but I believe he won't be consisered top 5.

LeBron's 1st ring: Lockout shortened season. OKC Baby Thunder and KD got clearly fouled by Bron in game two when the Thunder had a chance to go up 2-0 in the Finals, but wasn't called.
LeBron's 2nd ring: Tim Duncan had to be benched for Bosh to get the rebound, then kicked out to Ray Allen for the ultimate legacy saving shot.
LeBron's 3rd ring: Draydonk is a LePaid Double Sleeper Agent paid by Unclutch Sports that got conveniently suspended for game 5, Bogut went down in game 4, yet another teammate made an incredibly clutch legacy saving shot for Bron, and Curry basically got mauled by the Cavs' defense, but the refs didn't call sh**.
LeBron's 4th and final ring: Mickey Mouse gave Bron a Disney Forever ring that nobody gave a flying fu** about. AD was better, and could have easily won the Finals MVP. It is literally the most lowest rated Finals of all-time, and most players were half-assing the protocols to either get lemon pepper chicken wings at strip clubs, going BLM woke, clapping Rachel Niceasyholes, or getting lap dances in the bubble.
Summary: All of LeBron's rings are super fugazi and flukey af.

Yes, indeed. I grew up during Kobe’s era. Saw him play live when he was in HS and I was 10. I then was physically present inside staples when he dropped 60 in his career finale against Utah. That same year, Lebron won league mvp in his aged 28 year. He averaged 26.8 point per game, 7.3 assists and 8 rebounds in 76 games. Kobe ruptured his Achilles to end that season and was never right physically afterwards. Lebron has been blessed with tremendous durability. And some of that is on him with how hard he works on his body and he should get a lot of credit for that.
BUT Kobe had legitimate season ending injuries. He couldn’t finish the year he ruptured the Achilles. He broke his knee cap the following year after playing only 6 games. Then he tore his rotator cuff in his shooting arm the year after that and played only 35 games. Those injuries weren’t “oh his foot is hurt but he can play with it”. They’re legit, you need surgery immediately type injures. So Kobe really only had 17 looks at a title. He won 5 against harder collective competition with less help. Jordan, even more pronounced. Lebron has played over 400 more games than Jordan. Jordan led the league in scoring 9 more times than bron. Won one more league mvp. Has a defensive player of the year to none for bron. Was first team all nba defense 9 times and 12 overall selections. Bron had 6. And of course he won 2 more rings. Lebron is an all time great player. He’s not the goat. He’s not in the conversation.
