- Scottie Pippen has lost his damn mind, as he has recently been running his mouth about Michael Jordan on social media. But if anyone should appreciate Jordan, its Scottie Pippen...
Scottie's inability to take responsibility for his own bad decisions is singlehandedly killing his legacy. Poor romantic and financial choices have left him a bitter, broken man & lashing out at someone who made him a hall of fame player isn't going to fix that vast pit of emptiness consuming him.

Man everyone forgot who he was don't let the media fool you 😂😂😂😅
Spot on. I didn’t realise he’s suck a baby? My teenage son has more maturity than him. How pathetic.
Bulls fans like me were giving Scottie a pass because of his personal problems, but you can't get a pass forever, at some point you need to take responsibility for the things you say. Scottie is going cray-cray right before our eyes. Burning all the bridges and biting the hand that feeds him.
@Tom Cruz The sad part is I think Pippen really believes his statements are going to create this historical revaluation of his career, and ppl are going to suddenly place him on the same tier as Jordan if anything, he's exemplifying MJ's greatness. From the migraines, back problems, and getting bullied early in his career, there were times when Scottie fell short as a teammate.
Was Pippen important to the 6 championships? Yes
Was he as important as LeBron fans desperately want you to believe? No
he could've been replaced with anyone. hell, if MJ had a teammate with their own gravity, great scoring ability, anyone who could concevably command a double team... sheesh. MJ did more with less than every other all time great, it's not close.
Man both of y’all delusional Pippen not important 😂😂😂😂😂of course he not he’s just one of the guys that’s responsible for MJ winning 6 rings
I believe if MJ had Glen Rice or Paul George (just to name a few players) he still could have won 6 championships.

Pippen going out sad
Yeah I don't know why Pippen was so salty about the documentary. Apart from the Kukoc controversy and Pippen's contract dispute, MJ was very positive about Pippen the other 98% of the time. I believe the true reason is his ex-wife dating MJ's son. That's the root of all this but Pippen doesn't want to admit that publicly.

Pippin was always a weak mind dude wanted to be the man so bad but failed at every opportunity. He wanted to be MJ and I think he has some animosity towards MJ. I honestly always heard MJ say good things about Scottie but the personal stuff in Pippin's life has made him despise MJ and that's sad considering they should be friends for life after all they accomplished together.
Honestly I peg this all to jealousy by Pippen. He really, truly believes he doesn’t get enough shine. When I’m reality I honestly think he gets too much. People talk about Jordan and pippen as a duo the same way magic and Kareem or Kobe and Shaq are discussed. When in actuality, it’s not even close. All four of those players mentioned are SUBSTANTIALLY individually superior to pippen. Yet he’s included in “the best duo of all time” commentary all because of Jordan.

pippen needs to stay off the drugs
When Jordan left the game in 94, and Pippen was the man he was throwing chairs on the court because he couldn't handle the pressure. Grant even said in an interview that Pippen didn't understand the pressure that MJ had to face every night because they were shielded from it, and Pippen failed to appreciate that. Even Phil made Kukoc the man to take winning shots because Pippen can't handle the pressure. While we can appreciate Pippen for his defensive prowess, when it comes to closing games he is no superstar, he has choked on shots, free throws etc, just like Lebron he is more of an opportunistic scorer who gets shots off having shooters and scorers take off the pressure off him.
Good analysis
Great comment 👍 100% agree
That 93-94 team was so strong, too. They got 3 new Centers to help cover their biggest weakness (Luc being 1 of them) and of course picked of Kukoc and Kerr while still having BJ, Grant, Cartwright and a fading Paxson to pass on the torch. People try to use that year to say MJ was overrated, but they never do their research into the team acquisitions.
Everyone has a role on the b ball team 😅
@@kkbaby30 What happened to Bulls in '93-'94 is the 'championship effect'. They were fresh from winning their 1st 3 peat. MJ left them as winners not losers. So the morale and confidence is high. The team also implement a team system aka the triangle offense. This is the same thing that happened to '19-'20 Toronto Raptors. Kawhi Leonard is the mvp of that team and as we all know he left the raptors after winning the championship for the clippers. The Kawhi-less but high moraled, confident, and well coached raptors won 50+ games that season and like the bulls in '94, made it to the second round and lost in game 7. The loss of MJ for the Bulls and Kawhi for the raptors became visible the season after, when the bulls and the raptors became mediocre teams. Alot of people dont realize this because it is VERY RARE for a superstar to retire or leave the team after winning a championship. Normally u retire if father time already caught up and u cant perform at high level anymore. Or u leave the team bec you were beaten badly in the playoffs or finals and u want to start over with a new team.

You can replace Pippen with any star from the 90s and got the same results, but if Jordan isn't there you can't get the same results
If Michael really wanted to paint Scottie Pippen in a bad light, he would have shown how Pippen quit on the Bulls in the 1994/95 season and demanded to be traded before and led the Bulls to a 34-31 record before Jordan had to come back and resue the Bulls
And nothing in the Last Dance was wrong either. Pippen did quit on his team in 94 during Game 3 of the ECSF, he did take a long contract even though Jerry Krausse advised him to wait.
If he really wanted to paint Scottie in a bad light, there are so many ways to do it.
He could've pointed out he scored montrous numbers in Scottie's first 3 seaons while Scottie was a role player and going deep in the playoffs, hence destroying the "can't win without Pippen narrative".
He could also have debunked the "Scottie defended Magic" narrative in 91.
He could have pointed out he almost doubled Pippen's points in the finals on much better efficiency.
Finally, he could've reminded people that Scottie's very unclutch. His infamous 2 point game 7 vs Pistons, building a new house with his bricks in 96 finals and straight up disappeared in game 5 & 6 in the 98 finals. Not to mention his offensive game was so inconsistent, he could give you 30 one night and then 8 points in the next.
But Jordan didn't do any of that, because that man is his brother. Too bad the feelings aren't mutual
Yes, in the last dance Jordan exposed the dark side of Pippen, but Jordan always said good things about him : there is no Jordan without Pippen when Pippen has never been as good as Jordan. Even when he was the man in Bulls after Jordan's first retirement he never such a high level of game like Jordan did. Pippen is really looks like an ungrateful, spoiled kid now
He gave him more credit than he deserved actually. BC yes, Jordan would have won MANY titles with any decent player that took up the salary Scottie did, who was paid more than he should have been. In many years, he was paid more than MJ. If you replace Scotties salary on the team with anyone else, he would still win.
Your sarcasm was sad but funny. I started watching nba in 91’ and had been MJ and that Bulls team fans ever. Loved Pippen. Yes, he’s definitely severely underpaid, but man, he’s overrated.
Pippen is a great player. But even factoring in his ELITE defensive contributions, we’re talking about a career 16, 6 and 5 player. Thank you for making this video and narrating what’s needed to be heard about MJ and Scottie ( The Savior) so much hatered in Sottie’s heart and he lets his ego ruined everything!
I love this video. Had me in tears from minute one. 😂 Pippen is insane
😂😂😂 thank you for watching! 🙏 and I feel like poor Scottie might have some kind of substance abuse issues going on here. Either that or just really sick over the GOAT’s 32 year old kid getting nice with his lady 😂
Dude literally missed 44 games in 98 and the Bulls still went 60-21 😂 then in the finals he had a bad back…smh CARRIED
It’s a joke. Pippen was so damn lucky to get on those coattails.
@@skap_attack 😂 right!
It's quite clear to me that Scottie is on drugs. I don't mean that as 'funny' comment. I think he's seriously got a drug problem and he's just talking nonsense at this point. It's sad. I think MJ knows it and that's why MJ hasn't responded in any kind of way.
MJ hasn't respondent is because he has class
Bruh you did it again.. Commentary is on point.. You also should have reminded Scottie about Xavier McDaniel bringing the Bitch out in him and Jordan came to his rescue…
No Jordan didn't!
@@tankwhite.7036 Yeah.. You can find it on RUclips.. I watched that game … Jordan got in Xavier McDaniel’s face and called him a black bitch… defending Scottie…
@DjLucky That wasn't defending Pippen it was defending himself. There's more to that than you think. McDaniel offended the entire Bulls roster and cursed them out. He said they're all soft and he would fk all of them up and they won't do shyt to him........and so on. That's what Jordan was responding to.
@@tankwhite.7036 No You’re wrong.. Scottie was always the weak link on that team, the Detroit Pistons use to target Scottie because they couldn’t break Jordan.. The Knicks took a page out of Detroit book and went after Scottie and Mike had enough.. I saw this …
All I keep thinking of is back to Jordan's Hall of Fame induction speech, nothing but lavish praise for his teammate. ........And now, its come to this. It's a God damn shame.
I mean Scottie had his chances and never proved himself as anything other than Jordan’s butler. After Horace left and Scottie got exposed in the 1993 playoffs, he was throwing chairs on the court and was abt to get traded. I Don’t remember Jordan being trash when Scottie was begging him to comeback in his prime to save the team. Scottie pathetic man, dude just needs help at this point
Jealousy, mixed with substance abuse, mixed with mental issues and saltiness over MJ’s kid tapping his ex results in a bad combination of hate from Scottie. Hate to see it tho.
BUT, with all that said, Jordan made pippen, not the other way around. Regardless of how much he or Lebron jock sniffers want to try to alter the narrative.
@@skap_attack he just saying that for attention. This dude said he was the greatest of all time, then Bron was than mike was. Notice how Jordan doesn’t even acknowledge this bs. And mj did make scottie, hell the dream team and 50 greatest players he didn’t deserve at all especially over zeke and Wilkins. Mj made that man and he can’t stand it 😂. Great video as always and love that your channel gaining more attention
I forgot how the convo went exactly but I remembered Charles Barkley being asked a question about pippen on the rockets and why it didn’t work. He responded with "We didn't know Scottie wasn't going to bring Michael Jordan with him." Lol
From now on, I’m calling him Scottie Trippin cuz he’s lost his mind because Marcus is blowing out Lara’s back.. 😂
Lololol 😂. Damn, damn, damn. Just when you though it couldn’t get any worse the GOATs kid tappin his lady. It’s just so utterly coooooold bloooooded.
I mean I kinda would lose my mind too bro.... 💀
@@HiNRGboy you’re not wrong 😂
So pathetic..... AND DON'T FORGET that draft (1987) that brought Scottie Pippen in with the number 5 pick ALSO BROUGHT IN Horace Grant with the #10 pick, so Jerry Krause & his scouting team found two absolute jewels that year.
@Floyd Banks. The crazy part is the pecking order was Jordan, Pippen, Grant. Jordan was the King, but Pip was the floor General of everyone else on that team not named Jordan. But I never hear Pippen praising Horace Grant for being a solid number three on that team the way Jordan praises Pippen for being a solid number two. I personally valued Horace Grant over Pippen. Who is the better leader?
@@lamontewilliams203 I won't disrespect the fact that while Mike was away for that full season plus 3/4 of the next season Scottie put up MVP type numbers, so I think the pecking order you mentioned is correct.
Funny enough that Horace Grant was actually their best rookie that year. But no one care about that because Jordan did win without Horace Grant on his team (96-98)
Also, Horace DID get a ring with the Lakers & although they lost to in The Finals, he was on that young Orlando Magic team with Shaq & Penny. He's had playoff success apart from MJ.
@@stanleykwan7759 Their rookie numbers are practically identical, BUT at least Horace got a ring with the Lakers & another Finals appearance with the Magic. What's Scottie's greatest accomplishment away from MJ????
I’m a firm believer that Pippen in Seattle, where he was drafted, would have been a sometimes All Star. He would have been a slightly better Brad Sellars. MJ’s greatest achievement was pulling Pippen to the HoF.
I agree with this. Scottie is massively overrated in a historical context in my opinion. That’s why he should shut his mouth and not bite the hand that fed him.
One could argue that Pippen only developed into the player he became BECAUSE he practiced and played with Jordan. I’m sure he learned a lot from the goat.
I think that is a fact. I think bulls thought he would be a good role player & he over achieved
Been telling people this. I've watched Mike and Scottie's entire careers. They act like Pippen just walked into the league as an elite player.
Instead being grateful for winning championships and playing with the goat, this dude trashed everything including his legacy. We saw how good he was. With MJ, he won 6 rings. Without him, the same team became just a playoff team, not even remotely a contender. MJ truly made Pippen better and gave him 6 rings. Without him nobody would actually remember him now.
Classic analysis. So true. This guy , we know was only a top 50 player because he's on MJs coat
that’s as false as scottie saying michael was a horrible player. they both needed each other i grew up watching all of this happen. it’s classic batman and robin they would never succeed without each other
@@wonderdog1210 nah, he would have been Kendall Gill or someone like that. MJ made him work hard and that's the results
Pippen is nowhere near a top 50. He's only in the Hall of Fame because of Jordan. I call pippen a great complimentary player to one of the game's greatest player.
@@wonderdog1210 no he didn't, Jordan just needed another decent player to compete with teams with multiple all stars and hall of famers..
Another masterclass video so glad we have someone to put things in to context and tell the truth please keep making videos I love all the content
If I was called the greatest sidekick ever, I would love that title.
MJ quote, "I didn't win without Scottie Pippen, and that's why I consider him my best teammate of all time, Jordan went on to say. "Whenever they speak Michael Jordan, they should speak Scottie Pippen evidently ran with that quote when saying MJ was a "horrible player" before he joined the Bulls. Pure bitterness! Owner Jerry Reinsdorf and general manager Jerry Krause refused to renegotiate Pippen's deal, instead taking advantage of his minuscule cap number to put championship rosters around Pippen and Michael Jordan.
Pippen's frustrations colored his entire tenure with the team through his eventual departure in a 1999 sign-and-trade with the Houston Rockets. So how did the Bulls manage to underpay Pippen for so long? The answer is depressingly simple. None of the modern rules that protect both owners and players from bad contracts existed in 1991. The modern cap is an extremely complex mechanism. The original cap was not. The league set a number based on its basketball-related income. Teams were not allowed to exceed that number unless they did so to re-sign their own players. Essentially, those were the only guidelines governing contracts at the time. Pippen is taking his anger and frustrations out on Michael and his problems are much greater than MJ's. Scottie needs to focus on what he can do differently as opposed to blaming others.
The fact Scottie made the Top 50 team is insane. Dude was a good player paired next to the BEST PLAYER EVER. Dude would never of even made a finals as lead dog if his teammate wasnt MJ. You give MJ any other Allstar level wing from the era and I promise you titles are still in Chicago.
Born in 83... scottie was the player i looked up to most & kinda played like him as a kid. Obviously, mj was still my fav & the best but i didn't emulate mj on the court, i played more like scottie- quiet, scrappy, intense defense etc.
After watching last dance & hearring scottie double down on his refusal to go into the game cause kukoc was given the last shot disturbed me.
I heard scottie once say lebron was better than mj all around- that also disturbed me.
I'll be honest- after hearing him call mj horrible before pip arrived is bananas. I dont recall the 80s, my mj memories begin vs phx suns in finals. After mj first retirement, i specifically remember asking my pops is mj coming back, he said slim chance, & i absolutely remember being overjoyed when mj returned & i remember thinking yes! my pops was wrong!
With all that said- i didn't watch the bulls during mj's retirement. I didnt see it live when pip refused to enter the game... so to see it in the last dance & hear pip's excuse was heartbreaking cause i could not believe for all those years as a kid i looked up to a mitchbade person, cause as an adult now i think scottie is a true mitch.
He called phil racists fir choosing kukoc over pip for last shot. Idk bout u but i remember kukoc being a tall ass, deep 3 hitter, a better shooter than pip- so once again pip's comments bothered me, phil is no racists.
I understand pip is going thru it personally, but gd man he is losing supporters & fans like me.
I got mad jordan shoes, got one pair of pip's uptempo kicks- but i don't want any more scottie apparel.
Phil is racists- mj was horrible-- im done with scottie.
I hope mj DOES NOT join the party & bash scottie. Hope mj takes the high road & maybe go visit scottie & talk face to face (televised reuinion would be tv gold) & get out all the frustrations.
Scottie is losing fans & maybe his place in nba history.
In conclusion- wtf did scottie do without mj? Nada.
Scottie is not a clutch shooter/scorer/player- that was mj.
SCOTTIE IS LEBRON IF LEBRON HAD MJ!
"I am starting to see why this loser loves Lebron so much" ~ Priceless quote.😂😂😂
Pippen tries to say in his book that Mikes steals were because Pippen turned the guy or created a loose ball Mike picked up
It was actually opposite lol as well as the points Pippen scored because teams was double & triple teaming mike
@@drizzejohnson5767 agreed
Lebron gets excuses with loaded super teams, while MJ gets blamed for not beating teams that had multiple hall of famers on his own. Half those series were only competitive because of Air Jordan. His roster, although good, was not other worldly on a statistical basis. Every Batman needs a Robin. Some people are never comfortable realizing they can't be the greatest at their role in a team sport.
In Pippen's mind:
Migraine game > Flu game
😅
Awesome video! To the 1985 Rookie of the Year award and the scoring title of 1987, I would add MJ's accomplishments before he got to the NBA. These are NCAA champion in 1982, gold medal in the Panamerican Games in 1983, gold medal in the Olympic Games in 1984, and national college player of the year award in 1984 (and 1983 from Sporting News). Michael was a winner and an international basketball star already as a college player, and that should be remembered too. On the other hand, 7.9 ppg Pippen did not even make the all-rookie team, and before that, he was a nobody who didn't even play in the NCAA but in the minor college league NAIA. PS. There is also a small error in the video: Pippen became All-Star in the 1989-1990 season, his third, not in 1988-89 as in the video. In 1988 the Bulls lost to the Pistons in 5 in the ECSF, in 1989 in 6 in the ECF, and in 1990 in 7, when Pippen had the migraine and 1-10 fg.
Thanks for making this video. I couldn’t have said it BETTER. THAT CELTIC TEAM was a monster!
I remember when MJ was playing in the 80's and the belief was that he might go down as the greatest player to never win a championship because his teams were always garbage and they still were during the championship years. He had role players around him and Scottie seemed to be riding his coat tails and getting accolades cuz of his proximity to Jordan
Now I see why the Bulls only gave Pippen half of a statue
Thank you Scottie for reminding me not to say stupid stuff...
Damn you made me feel like Jordan could have been modern day Bill Russel if he had an actual perennial all-star or better yet an actual superstar
yall should understand that Pippen is like Green but green has better IQ. He is nothing without Jordan honestly
The world seen what happened when pip was the "man". Dude crumbled under the pressure, to mentally fragile to thrive under that pressure
Pippen has a problem thats it. He was also an amazing player, nothing but respect for him, but saying that the greatest ever was horrible is sad to say. To bad people can hate each other an accomplished so much together.
Didn't Pippen also say Derrick Rose was better than Jordan?
Pippen isn’t trash he’s obviously got some mental issues going on, his personal life is an issue
I’m sorry but Scottie pippen is OVERRATED. I’ve never denigrated him in anyway my entire life. But this trash ball rolling around calling Jordan horrible and slurping up to Lebron? Nah. Gotta call him for what he is now at this point.
@@skap_attack yup. And lebron is right up there on the overrated my Rushmore as well.

Reggie Miller and Scottie Pippen were in the same draft class. Imagine if Reggie Miller went to the Bulls instead of Pippen.
Or imagine if Jordan and Barkley teamed up lol
I always say this. There is a story from back then that says Mike & Hakeem could’ve been on same team
We’d be talking about the Bulls winning 8 chips in a row.
The greatest thing to ever happen for scottie's legacy is that he never got traded for shawn kemp in 1998
Bulls still would have won in 1998 considering scottie was playing like he was on his death bed in the finals
The stupid narrative about MJ never winning without scottie would be dead and Scottie would rightfully be known as the guy who was lucky to have MJ/Phil/Bulls to toughen him up

That prime Kemp alongside MJ and Rodman would have sweep those Jazz in the finasl easy...that would have been a beast of a team.
I love when Lebron fans claim MJ had more help 🤣
That 1st 3peat team wasn't as talented as the Blazers or Phoenix when they matched up. Even the second 3peat was a rockstar team only because of Rodman but again, those guys would disappear too and leave Jordan with the bag...
Once again you put a smile on my face and made me laugh! Thank you for the QUALITY of these video's. I know you have put alot of work in them. We appreciate it and it shows!! #JORDAN #GOAT
Michael Jordan made 2x more money than Scottie Pippen, he was jealous about that, he should of never took that lowball contract, he didn’t show up when it counted, in the 1990 East Finals, Game 7, he complained about a headache before the game, and that affected the team and the Bulls lost to the Pistons, of course the 1998 NBA Finals, he complained about back pain, and Michael had to save the game. Scottie couldn’t win without MJ, 1994, they lost to the Knicks 1999, 2000, 2001, 2002 when he was with the Rockets and Trail Blazers, he lost to the Kobe/Shaq Lakers, and in 2003 almost defeated the Mavericks after trailing 0-3 series but lost In Game 7.
Scottie made more money than MJ in their basketball careers on the floor
Yeah 1998 is inarguably the biggest offensive carry job the world has ever seen
Scottie was a crucial part of those championships. The entire team was awesome.
LOL, easily one of my new favorite channels.
Now I understand why Pippen said he was LBJ before LBJ. Both choke a lot.
Scottie is on Lebum's payroll to discredit MJ.
I don’t deny it 😂.
Right? I mean listen to Pippen's hall of fame speech when inducted by MJ. If he really had personal issues with MJ he wouldn't have allowed himself to learn from MJ. He turned extremely salty right after the documentary. He wasn't even portrayed negatively the way he thinks 😂 someone's paying that man to say stupid shiiit
Lebron Fans Logic in a nutshell - Scottie carrying Jordan.
Great Player: Scottie - 7.9 ppg, 3.8 rebs, 2.1 assists
Horrible Player: MJ - 35 ppg, 5.5 rebs, 5.9 assists, 3.2 stl, MVP, DPOY , 1st-team all nba.
excellent information. context - and reality - left the room when pippen went off the rails. NONE of jordan's stats or accomplishments screamed "bad" or even "meh". jordan was elite at everything before and after pippen arrived. he needs help and is hurting his own legacy. smh
You could have swapped out Pippen with at least 20 other players at the time.
Pippen would not get a single ring if he played on another team during MJ's run.
For their career they averaged the same in Rebounds, Assists and Blocks. Jordan had more steals and averaged nearly TWICE as many Points. People praise Scottie's defense but Jordan has DPLOY before Scottie was even a scrub. Not close as to who the star was.
Not. Even. Close. Jordan could have taken about 10-15 other guys at the time and done the same shit. Pippen could have went to any other team in the nba in that era and not won a single title.
Scottie Pippen never win championship without Michael Jordan.
I agree with almost everything that you said, except for game 7 of the 1990 semis against the Pistons, because that was the migraine game. Other than that you hit the nail on the head in everything else!
He never had a migraine since tho lol
This is ridiculous. Scotties just pissed off because MJ’s son is boning Scotties ex wife. Smh
Isiah Thomas gleefully mocked Pippen when pip said he didn't want Isiah in the Dream Team I, and Shaq said he was the bridge and Pippen was the river, that all six titles were Jordan's and Pippen wasn't even a factor.
The sad part is that of all the NBA legends, it's ironically Jordan who speaks most highly of Pippen.
When chicago bulls`s 5th championship ceremony MJ said to pippen that "I got finals mvp but he is my mvp so that he will get the car key which was given to me."
Pippen is just being salty and petty and jealous it’s just pathetic this is also about the fact that his ex wife is dating mj son
When you said a "robust 7 ppg" it was hilarious
Won’t change the fact that Jordan hadn’t made a single final appearance without Pippen
Didn't make finals with out the right team.
That MJ fans for you. They don’t valued Scottie Pippen contribution to the Chicago Bulls 6 championships.
Pippen really should not have even been considered a top 50 player all time over Dominique Wilkins.
