Can't believe I have never heard of these guys. I haven't been this excited about a new band since I discovered Vulfpeck. Speaking of, when do they get a Tiny Desk?
I would highly recommend researching some of their earlier work if you're a fan! They got their start covering some of hip hop's more popular productions and incorporating their background in jazz.
They did a spectacular collaboration with Ghostface Killah from Wu Tang!! Project is called Sour Soul. Personal favourite off of that album is Gunshowers!!!
Wow, they've been able to translate this album so well across many music platforms and now here on TIny Desk, and what feels like directly in my living room. The feeling their music evokes is purely magic.
