Put the form in the oven for about an hour and make sure to put in a cup of water alongside it, so the cake doesn't dry out. Just in case you were wondering. P.S. don't be too enthusiastic with the flour or the cake ain't gonna be jiggly like a juicy butt. You're welcome.

I would def recommend japanese cheesecake to people, especially with a nice coffee. Its very light, not too sweet. The ones ive had were similar to a very moist bread, but so good. Definitely a really nice treat when you need something for breakfast, or a random treat for yourself!

You should go there! For those not in the know, Sawtelle isa Japanese dining area of LA. It’s a tiny little area with restaurants on both sides of the street and a small underground parking structure. But if you want a cream puff go to Beard Papas there, or, if you want ramen and are willing to wait forever, go to Tsujita
“JIGGLE.”😂😂 Also if I remember correctly these cheesecakes are made via steaming/baking, making it kind of like a soufflé. Soufflés lose its fluffiness as soon as the heat dissipates which is probably why it isn’t jiggling as much!
