    wow your fingers are so flexible. someone said that you are more flexible when being vegetarian. it hurts me to put my thumb to the middle of the hand and the rest of the fingers on top of it. very hurtfull. practise makes king ? because i have to say that doing it for a couple of minutes really made me feel nice and fizzy and calm inside :) thank you for the videos that you make !!! loving these series !!! 🌸✨💖

      Inflammation causes such pain. It can come from meat consumption but also from dairy, sugar, etc, any acidic food. It depends on people

    Thank Boss, I use to do this very Adi Mudra since my childhood, but I didn't know the meaning, it even to a point that my Father get upset with me, because we don't know what it means. I sometimes find myself closing my fingers this Adi Mudra way, without saying anything. But just that I can see that my mind has travelled far, very far. So thank you Boss for explaining the meaning of that sign or Mudra for me to know the meaning.

    Hello sir, I am doing 5 mudra daily that are prithvi mudra, Agni mudra, sambhala mudra, adi mudra and mund mudra. 4 out of these 5 have direct impact on fire so should I do them together or not. Thankyou

    Dear sir,
    When I feel to pass urine, I have to go to bathroom immediately,
    If delay 5to10second, automatically start passing of urine. Please suggest mudra solution for this problem. Thanks in advance.

    Shouldn't the tip of the thumb be touching the base of the ring finger and then wrapping the 4 fingers around the thumb??

      @@sumith169 the centre of the palm has a marma which is universally usefull for all other 4 finger stimulation as opposed to only little. Little is also not wrong, the middle is more powerful

      Ha ha ha... why does it get degraded by calling it baby's gesture? A baby is far more connected to the universe than we are as adults (when we have to work on reconnecting). Next time you see a baby, please bow down to him or her. You never know what great soul has come to grace this earth.

      He explains that "it is also know as...", there is no degrade in giving popular name, even herbs and crystals have their popular names. The only degradation is arrogance
