      What if i brought a earphone from amazon, flipkart seller but
      1. The package missing some part like earbuds
      2. One of the earbud having some issue with the audio
      3. Mic produce alot of sound while on call
      4. The package contains the earphone box which is already opened maybe by someone else
      5. The earphone isn't compatible with my mobile phone
      So what should i do now just let my money go which i earned or use an option provided the the firm to get a refund or a replacement.
      This is just an example sometimes the received product does not fulfill the required for what we have purchased, like what if you order a dress and size of dress just too tight or too loss you have a option to make it fit if it is loss but dont have any option of it is too tight only option remaining is refund or replacement.
      And lastly this guy got wrong products because of the amazon or flipkart whenever a refund or replacement order is recieved by the delivery boys of these firm they check it whether it is matching with the product or not and then they take it back after some computing process they ship it back to the seller not a rocket science

    Main ek courier boy hu amazone se aur bahut sare customer fake order k naam pe lutne pe lage hai aur agar hum product pick up nahu krte toh hamare sath jagda krte hai ...sir aap bilkul sahi keh rahe hai aur yeh reason apko main bata chuka hu kuki jo hamari app pe pick up product show hota hai woh match nahi krta so hum nahi uthate hai lekin cust jagda krne lagta hai jis karan office call krna pdta ha aur office se pressure aate hi hum product pick up kr lete hai yeh ground flor ki report apko de rha hu ..iske liye kuch krna pdega sab companies ko thankewww 🙏

      Damage will occur in courier handle person only. How much we make safety for the product, it will get damage only.

    As per my experience
    I return
    1.When there is empty product received
    2.Damage Product Received
    3.Not same item which i order
    I used take video while opening my order items,and apply Return same day with all price tag cover etc which i received

    I am buying from 9 years from myntra, amazon, flipkart etc. But never returned uselessly. I only return of size issue or damaged , missing items. Mere colony me smart log muje sikha rhe the ki original rkh lo, and kuch aur return kr lo.

    I too return sometimes when defective or wrong product is recieved but feel unhappy for sellers who get different product from few customers.

    We can claim SPF for all wrong products received in customer return. Moreover we should not blame customers for sending wrong product, delivery personal are the bigger culprit as they check and match the product while receiving back from customer but then either misplace or replace the product.

      Well said. Not all customers are bad. Many times delivery person are changing the item. They should be responsible as they are supposed to check the items while receiving and they do that but replace later.

      I agree, mujhe bhi ek bar tshirt k jageh CBD oil deliver kr diya. Or baad me return exchange kuch nhi hua kyu product match nhi kr raha tha. Baad me maine realise kiya ki packet bhi puri trah change tha jaisa courier aata hai waisa nhi tha

      Mera maana hai, iske liye courier company jyada responsible hai, kyuki return pickup unko karna hai, and return me seller ko kya bhej rhe h, ye unki responsibility hai. And hamesha ek pic click karwani chahiye courier boy se, jab wo order pickup karte hai customer se. Taki courier fraud khatam ho.

      Watch, shoes, slippers pe wo specialist hota hain...
      Wo kahta hain koi local shop pe jao ya footpath se waha se flipkart open kro uske baad aise product choose kro jo flipkart and shop ka product se bahut milta julta hain....flipkart main oder place kro dekhke waha se hi.., uske baad wo bhai price tally karke le lo.... ghar le kar aao.. phir return maro galad maal bata kar... Product not same bol kar..👍..

    Once i have returned a earphone worth ₹200 becoz the delivery person refused to deliver it to my home address 😕 that was from flipkart .
    From that day i order things from amazon becoz they give home delivery in our area 😊

    Some sellers are wrong too...but most of the time it's all delivery partners that fool customer along with seller ..they lies both of them...I have my own experience

    At least you should check the returned package by opening it . Whenever I return something the wishmaster opens the returned product and checks it.

    It's horrible knowing there are people out there that steal products and replace them with trash .
    But even I as a customer had to suffer at the hands of flipkart when they made me pay double the price for a children's toy only to get a kerosene soaked wallet and refused to do a return while the delivery man acted like a idiot saying the product does not match the description of the toy so why should I return it ?
    And this has gone on for years which even continued with Amazon .
    Both sides have guilty parties and victims . It's the company's fault for being so lenient towards the workers and customers for not dgoing through the proper process and investigation of products .

    I always place prepaid order and don't return until and unless there is an issue with the product.
    I believe flipkart should provide compensation to the seller on broken and missing items.

    Indians complained about Flipkart who gave awesome deals in 2013 BBD. This is the best online sale ever where Indian customer benefitted for first time. If we had been sensible, it would have been start of our own Black Friday deals. But we were fools to complain them!

    Kyuki agar koi bhi product aapki desire ke hisab se nahi hota to use order hi kyu karna jabki seller sari info deta hai sell karte waqt
    Kisa ka janbujh kar nuksan krana sahi nhi kyuki jab apne pr aayegi tab pta chalta hai

    I've only returned like 3 products in my life which were damaged.
    The executive checks the products with tags and everything before accepting it. I'm confused how did you get the wrong products?
    Like, didn't the delivery/pickup agent check these before picking up? That's suspicious. I feel bad for you guys who go thru this.

      I have returned many products.
      Decathlon se I got used BTWIN glasses as there were a lot of scratches in the lense and it’s arms.
      And normally I return the product when there is size issue.

    U can give permission to currier service person for opening the box infront of the buyer and after that they will send a picture to seller directly ,so that seller can get an idea about which product he tries to deliver and which product delivered to buyer instead..this will create a good seller buyer relationship and also will reduce the fraudulent activities

    Sigh! The level of cheapness, returning a used chappal and keeping the delivered one, is beyond comprhensible. We usually make exchange for sizes or when receiving defective/damaged product which is fair. But stooping to this level of cheapness is bewildering. Sad, that we are losing our morals so soon. I understand there are so many businessmen as well involved in unethical practices, but still, it feels sad to see people losing their hard earned money to such malpractices.

    Sometimes seller doesn't send the products as per pics shown in product page. I ordered mobile repair tools. In the product pics, the screw driver is shown as metal but I received a cheap looking plastic one. Then I ordered a refurbished Logitech wireless mouse. I recived the mouse without nano receiver. So, ceaselessness like this results in returns. So, the sellers should take steps to prevent returns. I really feel bad about returns.

    Yaa we know that it is painful for you but we buyers also get wrong products, few days before I ordered a smart bulb but received a local led bulb, and my order was prepaid, and the wrong product has been picked but the original one hasn't been delivered yet.

    What we Indians do,
    When company gives good discounts and it goes out of stock - We complain this is fraud, scam
    When company gives free return policy - We use/break and return them
    This is reason India will never get black friday or proper discounts. Indians deserve companies like Amazon who increases MRP and then gives crap discounts. Also the same Amazon allows return on many products in US, but not in India.

    Mera ek dost ka 20k karke 2pc studio recording microphone scam hua. 41000/- daam tha dono ka. Customer ne original product rakhkar 100 rupee ka lapel mic de diye or Flipkart ne bina checking kiye store pe wapas de gaya.

    I am using Flipkart for almost 4 years, and I have returned a lot and most of them are because of photo editing. To sell a product seller sometimes uses photoshop and colour were vibrant then originals.

    That's because flipkart sells copy product in the names of brand, so once buyer get to know they will return back obviously, flipkart should describe the product as it is.

    A top tip for both buyers and sellers. Photograph and video record all evidence before sending or receiving packages. So that u can fight for claim. Especially when dealing with high value products. We cannot blame customers or the sellers. Unfortunately there are scammers both as seller and as buyer....

    kuch din pehle maine flipkart ka saman return kiya aur delivery boy bina saman ko dekhe hi return le liya. agar baad me wo saman wo khud rakh le aur khali box return kare to seller ko lagega customer fraud hai. Amazon mein aisa nahi hota, wo log pickup kiya hua saman ka photo lete hai customer ke samne.

    Most of the times I receive wrong and mismatched product...then only I return it. But this is really bad that pople return used product. Investigation must be happened in these type of cases & strict action must be taken... On the other hand, it has been also seen that people order new product but they recieve the used one. in these cases too an investigation must get happened.

    1:40 maine ek baar Myntra ne order kiya tha jeans, mujhe used old jeans mila tha , wo bhi pura stains marks ke saath. Accha hua Myntra ne accept ki mistake and return le liya. Ab pata nahi ye aise kon kerta hai beech me aisa hota hai ya kya lekin mujhe mila tha isliye mai bata raha. Lekin package pura properly sealed tha.

    Ordered headphones returned for flimsy cable bought another since then never ever returned things bought online, i bought a Mi type c cable which stopped working within 5 days. I used for 2 days and saw pins inside were bent. I don't know how this happened, my old ERD cable held up its own for a year, And my old mi cable too held itself for 9 months to be honest, i could've sent a 1 star to seller but ultimately chose to replace the wire under warranty.
