the 184 Piece First Aid Kit is £8.91 not £2.54, Temu's ad is mis-leading as its showing the picture for the 184 kit but the £2.54 price is for the "Red 13-piece set". prices on ebay start around £15 delivered so after fees and postage theres hardly any profit if at all.
This is why I ultimately decided against buying the kit. When I demonstrate this method, my goal isn’t to recommend a specific product, as there’s no benefit in doing so. With thousands of viewers, if everyone starts selling the same item, they’ll just end up competing against one another. The main idea is to showcase the concept. It’s interesting to note that many people will comment for the first time on the channel just to point out this mistake. As you can see, I didn’t order that product, and I clearly mentioned that I was adding these products while showcasing everything on the screen.
Let me add this, I’ve actually been roaming around Temu for almost 2 years now. This happens a lot where an item costs £2 then it goes to £8 for example. They have frequent offers on most the items & you need to visit Temu frequently to know the pattern. I bought something for £1.80 (I received the order) & now it’s priced at over £9. You need to know when to buy .. & you’ll know if you check the site frequently.
@@hizainshah That is a really bad excuse for either, a bad research , or not knowing. Claiming not to recommend a 'specific product' is one thing. But that example is like showing how to buy a Key for a Jaguar for €299 and reselling the Jaguar for €59,999. You are showing the people something wrong. People will make the same mistake as you did. That is terrible advise or bad teaching.
I just went on temu and looked up the first aid kit, the cost of 2.54 is only for the 18pc set the 184 pc set is £7.97 so the first thing you show on your video is incorrect
That's why I ultimately decided not to order that product and chose different items instead. I've shown you what I ended up ordering. As humans, we all make mistakes, and if you've watched the entire video, you'll notice that I didn't proceed with that particular product. The main goal was to demonstrate the concept, rather than to focus on each specific product.

I got 3 different products listed on ebay now. took about 45mins per item to list. Not so quick, it took time to be sure I was uploading the correct colours of lights I was listing as the temu product page showed all light colour combinations, I don't want to mislead a potential buyer and get a return.. I was even able to upload a video onto the ebay listing how cool is that! I paid £2-£3 per item. Aiming to make profit of £2-£4 per item but initially i'll look to make £3 and see what demand is like (outdoor garden lighting should be in demand during autumn). still early days. 2 days listed and appears to be no views of my listings. Think I will make another order of some other products, something small as my storage space is limited. I'm a believer in this process.
@hizainshah brother, i am living in the UK but living in apartments not house. SO, Can I register my Ltd company for an Amazon seller account on this apartments address ???? is this fine or not???
@Iqra.rehman-IR You can use the apartment address as the personal address but for the business address, you need to buy a unique business address with a suite number. There are many websites who provide business address. The price is upto 100£ for a year.
I see you used the eBay fee calculator but i don't know if you included ebay transaction fee per sale which is 36p and a product like a phone case for example has a lot of competition so normally a seller would sponsor the item to a certain % per sale which also needs to be added to the expenses before looking at the final profit. Very hard to sell competitive items without sponsoring it specifically with the selling model eBay has nowadays which is similar to Amazon
Everything looks harder, this might be the reason you try to justify your laziness and not starting, I will just say 1 thing, if there is no profit and it;s all that hard, how thousands of sellers including myself are making full-time decent income from it.
Zain Brother I bought your eBay course in May 2024 because I wanted to stay home with my kids after working as a nurse for 11 years in NHS. Now, I'm making around £5000 profit every month now. At first, I was very doubtful to enrol in the course honestly, but you seemed genuinely trustworthy. My husband is also watching the course and wants to start his own eBay business because his job as an Uber driver is very tough. I still watch your RUclips videos, and I have to say, the content and material in the course is just mind blowing. It's easy enough for a beginner like me to understand. You have truly changed my life, and I sincerely mean that. Thank you so much
Love saying this, make sure to check updated lectures time to time. I updated 3 new lectures recently. Congrats, keep me posted. www.hizainshah.com/ebayukcourse
I began with dropshipping and am now managing three products, each of which I initially started with a small quantity. I spend around 2-3 hours daily on this business, which suits my schedule since I have kids. I'm happy with the returns I'm seeing.
Thank you for this Amazing video!!!My only question is,how do you factor in transportation to the post office?isn't that a huge cost if you are only going to sell 2 items per 2day on average?
That just shows how lazy you are! I'm just joking! 😂😂 The reason I don’t usually calculate taxes is that everyone falls into a different tax bracket based on their circumstances, including how much money they make and whether they are registered as a VAT limited company. There are many factors to consider. Since I'm not a qualified accountant, I don't want to risk giving incorrect advice on such a sensitive matter. I recommend consulting with a qualified accountant for personalized guidance.
Let’s say you’re already working somewhere and stuck in the race to the bottom, but if you have spare time-and I believe everyone does if they prioritize it-you should consider starting to sell online. Any money you make from this will be extra income that you’re currently not earning. While it may not seem that way from the outside, there are thousands of sellers making a full-time living through online selling.
Looking forward to the updated video. When listing an item on eBay , do you use stock listing photos or do you take your own product photos of the item etc ?
Hi Zain, when we use royal mail 2nd class delivery service which costs 1.55 GBP then royal mail provide us tracking number or not?? because we have to give ebay a tracking number
Zain, When you send an item by large or small letter, do you have any way of tracking that the item has been delivered? Im sure some people will claim that they haven't received their order. Thanks.
Yes, I sell items that can be sent as large letters, and almost all of them are shipped without tracking because tracking can be quite expensive and eats into the profit. Fortunately, about 99.99% of customers never have issues. However, there are occasional claims from customers saying they didn’t receive their items. I factor this into my business model and allocate around 5% to account for cases of items not received or potential returns. I believe this is a normal part of running any business. For example, a friend of mine owns a cake shop that specializes in customized cakes, and they also deal with returns. So, it’s really just part of doing business, and there’s no need to be afraid of these challenges.
Also, contrary to popular belief there is some level of tracking on 1st and 2nd class large letter. As long as you get it scanned at the post office, they will also scan on delivery and will provide a map with GPS coordinates of delivery so you can show that to the customer and that will usually shut them up if you can prove it was delivered.
The tracking number given by Temu is not the one you can upload inside Ebay if you watch the video again, you’re gonna get the products delivered to you first and then you can fulfil those if you are not in the country and you’re trying to do this from a different country, then you need a Third-party services
Salaam, i have currently got a shop running on eBay but unfortunately i havent made any sales atm. How do you attract people to your shop? what marketing technique do you tend to use to attract people to your shop?
Bro if i got item picture from temu and sold on Ebay simply mean we paid temu and customer pay us on ebay and temu directly shipped to customers ??? Please give me answer
Hello Brother, I have a question to you. If you listed item temu to e-bay why people buy from e-bay they can easily order from Temu. I expect your honest answer.
It takes longer to get item delivered, when you order to yourself, keep in stock and send to customer fast, customer are willing to pay extra for item to get delivered quicker, Many people don't shop around and also stick to the platform where they normally buy from, You might find yourself going to same place where you eat often and don't try new restaurant, it's normal human behaviour.
Love this Zain, man after my own heart, I’m just getting started myself on the way to becoming my own boss mate Keep grinding and well done, I’d love to meet you
I noticed like if price is low on temu then there is also some ebay sellers with low rate Bhai how to handle that? Even i checked iphone cases were not that cheap with shipment so i am trying to find out more cheap products as well
aoa zain as we have to use 3pl service they charge fees to fullfill the order can u please that cost to for better understanding and please make a details video on amazon too like this you are ,making on amazon
When you’re starting dropshipping, keep in mind that tools like AutoDS primarily connect you with suppliers, monitor stock levels, and adjust prices if the supplier changes them. For some suppliers, AutoDS can even automate order fulfillment, so you don’t have to do anything manually. In terms of dropshipping, AutoDS is one of the best tools available. However, if you’re looking to discuss the pros and cons of dropshipping, feel free to ask me specifically about them.
When you’re starting dropshipping, the main advantage is that you don’t need a large upfront investment-maybe £50 to £100 just to cover initial orders. Once you receive payouts, you can reinvest that money back into the business. It’s easy to get started and gives you access to a wide range of inventory. Dropshipping can be profitable, and you can certainly build a full-time income from it. However, when it comes to the downsides, while dropshipping can make money, it’s unreliable and unsustainable over the long term. The business model depends heavily on suppliers, and if they raise prices or run out of stock, it directly affects you. If you’re using a UK dropshipping supplier but sourcing products from China, the supplier will take a margin before allowing you to dropship. Instead, if you have a bit more capital, you could bypass that by sourcing directly from a factory in China, where prices are much lower. Another thing to consider is that you’re not the only one working with a given supplier. Other dropshippers are too, since the barrier to entry is so low. This often leads to heavy competition, driving down product prices and making profits unsustainable. For beginners, dropshipping is a great way to get started and make a full-time income. But if you see a product performing well, I recommend moving towards a wholesale model by sourcing directly from factories as soon as possible. That way, you’ll build a more sustainable business. If you’re worried about packing and shipping, yes, you’ll likely need to handle that yourself in the beginning. But as you grow, there are plenty of fulfillment centers that can take over that part of the business for you. Hope that clears things up!
@@hizainshah Brother actually I'm from Pakistan and have Uk based account. What will you suggest as I am beginner should i use Auto ds or do manual contact with the supplier? Some people says Auto ds have hidden charges and they don't have proper customer service and how they will manage returns?
Unfortunately I received a great number of damaged boxes from Temu. I typically return it unless it’s an item that can easily be posted in a shipping bag,
Problem with ebay is postage is killing me, to send a phone case cost £1.55 at royal mail, pretty much takes all the profit. How do you get the postage down??

Hello. Great video! Just had a question. Can I sell different categories on one store? So let’s say cases, dog stuff and shoes. Or is it recommended to open a new store for each category/niche? Thank you
When you sell any type of product in a single store, whether it's a different niche or business model, there’s no need to create multiple accounts for that. When you purchase items from eBay or Amazon, you typically don’t concern yourself with what other sellers are offering; you focus solely on the product you want. You don’t really care whether the seller operates a niche store or not. While eBay and Amazon have their differences, if you are designing your own website, sticking to one niche may be a beneficial strategy.
Many people who complain about having their eBay accounts banned are creating accounts from countries where eBay isn’t officially available. They often resort to questionable methods to set up their accounts, which eventually leads to bans. Then, they come back and blame eBay for the issue. Personally, I’ve never had any of my accounts banned. You’ll also see a lot of individuals complaining about high eBay fees and postage costs, claiming they can't make a profit. When I ask them why there are thousands of sellers, including myself, earning a decent income on eBay, they have no answer. These people tend to be lazy and look for excuses not to start a business. Don't let that negativity affect you. Running a business isn’t always smooth; there will be challenges, but there’s a solution for everything. The key is to take that first step and not focus on the negative voices. I hope that helps!
@@Xbot4Life Hi. Im a ebay seller for 4 yrs. That's not what I mean. I mean is some manufacturer don't like their items to be sold on other platforms, that is one reasons why accounts are being banned. So if Zain knows that some items are not sellable to ebay, at least he should warn us about it. I don't want my account banned because of just one item.
Beg to differ here. The only people making money are ebay themselves. Fees expensive. Postage expensive. Way to much competition on price. Secondly TEMU products are substandard. Thier packages are always damaged. You risk buyers returning items at your cost. As a new seller the likely hood of you making 50 sales a day is dreamland, absolutely not a chance as a new seller . Last week my online shop took less than £20.00 with this very method. It's frustrating. As for drop ship services look out for hidden fees as well as courier charges for remote areas. I had a customer order from me last week, the item was a drop ship to an area in Scotland. The price at the supplier then shot up. In the end sold at a loss of minus £10.00. This happens a lot. And ebay will constantly charge you fir the process. Additionally had many occasions where eBay charged me for under charging on postage. It's always at your cost and you are forever chasing money. It's not a fill time job. Long time experienced sellers will always have the advantage over a new seller, thier algorithms ensure it. Stay clear or lose money for a lot of effort and little return.
There are hundreds of thousands of people making a full-time living selling on eBay and Amazon, and all of them started somewhere. In the beginning, your profit might be small, but if you’ve got something else that can make you more money, by all means, go for it. However, if you’re just sitting around watching Netflix or scrolling through Instagram, you’re missing out on money you could be making. When I started selling iPhone cables, I was only making a 70p profit per sale. But I kept at it, and it got to the point where we were shipping 350 to 400 cables a day. I eventually outsourced my fulfillment, so now I don’t have to do much. The business makes about £280 to £300 profit every day just from that one item. Over the last 10 or 11 years, I’ve launched 207 private label products, and it all started with making 70p per sale and doing all the work myself, just like what you’re talking about. Business is always competitive, but where there’s a will, there’s a way. If you only focus on the problems without looking for solutions, that’s not the right mindset for success. Again, if you have another idea that can make you more money in less time, go for it. But most businesses start small and grow from there. This is just my opinion, and I could be wrong, but I’m confident I’m not, because I built my business from the ground up, and now it’s worth millions. I don’t mean to offend you, but it seems like you’re just making excuses instead of taking action.
Do you never promote your listings as on the fee calculator you dont include this aa profit would be lower. Also as a business seller its lower profit and you dont tick that box either
If your item is worth selling, you typically won’t need to promote the listing. I rarely run promotions myself; I only do so occasionally to generate initial momentum when I first launch a product.
Salam Zain bhai! I listed the product and got order that night and other night. After that, I got no sales and very slow views. I am from pakistan and planning to create LTD. Can I use virtual address to do so? Is it safe? Which is best bank in UK which is compatible with virtual address? I don't have anyone abroad. Pakistani accounts are in danger for dropshippers. By the way, you are awesome.
The products I recommend in my RUclips videos are proven to generate orders if you list them. I'm not referring to courses here-those operate on a whole different level, and the volume of orders you'll get from them can be overwhelming. At this stage, since the product has shown its potential, it's crucial to ensure your listing is fully optimized. If you're outside the country, I suggest outsourcing fulfillment to companies like 3PL to streamline the process.
For that, I contacted 3pl services. They are saying you should have a company. So I am gonna create LTD but I don't have address. That's why I am purchasing virtual address. I am just wondering if virtual address is safe or not for my ebay and payoneer as well? Need your expertise please ☺️@@hizainshah

Hi zain bhai 2, days back i listed my product on ebay, and account got suspended permanently, need guidance to retrieve account. I had created this account in may2024.
Hi Zain. When you by products from Temu after research etc how do you advertise on eBay ? and do you start a business or private account if starting off? Thank look forward to your reply
If you already have a private account with some feedback, you can start selling on that account. At some point, eBay will prompt you to upgrade, and you can do that then. If you don’t have an account yet, create a new business account. Start by listing a used item to gain some feedback. This approach helps ensure your account remains in good standing. Afterward, you can gradually list up to five items at a time until you begin to see sales. I hope this helps!
You can but expect a thousand others selling the same item cheaper than you. Advice. Choose a niche which you are familiar with and search for a product which has limited competition. Specialise in that niche. Research is key. Don't follow the crowd unless you want to waste your time and energy.
The course is applicable worldwide, regardless of your location. The only lecture that specifically addresses the UK tax system contains information that may not be relevant for those living outside the UK, but that represents just 0.1% of the content. The remaining 99.99% of the course material can be applied from anywhere.
Simply watching my videos on Amazon will help you, regardless of where you're located. The basic tips, tricks, and strategies for selling online-such as finding products, sourcing suppliers, and scaling your business-are largely the same everywhere. You can do this from anywhere. Make a list of 10 to 15 topics you need to learn, search for them on RUclips, and start watching videos. You'll pick up the knowledge quickly.
Here are 15 steps i normally recommend learning Here are 15 key steps to help you get started with selling on Amazon: 1. **Choose Your Niche/Products**: Research and decide on a niche or products you want to sell based on demand, competition, and profit potential. 2. **Create an Amazon Seller Account**: Sign up for an Amazon Seller Central account. Choose between individual or professional plans based on your expected sales volume. 3. **Conduct Product Research**: Use tools like Jungle Scout, Helium 10, or Amazon’s Best Sellers to find profitable products with high demand and low competition. 4. **Find a Reliable Supplier**: Source your products from reliable suppliers (e.g., Alibaba, local manufacturers, or wholesalers). Ensure they meet your quality and pricing expectations. 5. **Calculate Costs and Profit Margins**: Include product cost, shipping, Amazon fees, and marketing expenses. Ensure your profit margins are sufficient to scale. 6. **Order Samples**: Before placing a bulk order, order samples from suppliers to verify product quality. 7. **Create a Business Plan**: Outline your goals, budget, timeline, and strategy for launching and growing your Amazon business. 8. **Branding and Packaging**: Design your brand’s logo and packaging. A strong brand identity can set your products apart from competitors. 9. **Prepare Product Listings**: Write detailed, keyword-optimized product titles, descriptions, and bullet points. Use high-quality images and videos to showcase your product. 10. **Set Up Fulfillment**: Choose between Fulfillment by Amazon (FBA) or Fulfillment by Merchant (FBM). FBA allows Amazon to handle storage, shipping, and customer service. 11. **Register for Trademark and Brand Registry**: If you have a unique product, consider trademarking your brand and enrolling in Amazon Brand Registry for enhanced listing control and protection. 12. **Optimize SEO for Product Listings**: Research and implement high-ranking keywords in your listings to improve visibility on Amazon search results. 13. **Launch Your Product**: Use a launch strategy such as PPC ads, social media marketing, and giveaways to drive traffic and initial sales. 14. **Monitor Sales and Reviews**: Keep track of your sales performance and customer reviews. Respond to feedback and improve based on customer input. 15. **Scale and Automate**: Once your business is running smoothly, scale by adding more products, increasing advertising, or automating tasks like fulfillment and customer service using third-party tools or 3PLs.

Hello brother Zain Shah you are doing great job i have 1 question about VAT. in UK there is 20% VAT tax so how we will manage our profits after paying 20% VAT ??
You are right bro but the system doesn't really support entrepreneurship but frustrates them. Each has its pros and cons but l should return again to doing business but physical products l don't know.
hi brother i need job please help me i can do work with personally give me a basic salary like 3k or 4k per month so many problems in my life please help me
I understand your situation, but the best way to secure a job isn’t by sharing your problems. Instead, focus on explaining how you can add value to the business with skills you have. Also, amounts like 3k or 4k are quite high to consider as minimum wage, unless you’re talking about Pakistani Rupees, not British Pounds. Let’s say you make £14 a hour which is bit more than minimum with 180 hours per month you looking at gross 2520. Take away 20% income tax and 9% NI, you left with £1789.20

Hi,
The item doesn't cost 2.54£. When you select the item (184 pcs) the price goes to 8.91£. Unfortunately, you're making people confused sometimes :(
That’s why i did not order it at the end.
How much time you give daily with kids to your business? Are you doing wholesale ?
R u doing dropship or physical products?
I began with dropshipping and am now managing three products, each of which I initially started with a small quantity. I spend around 2-3 hours daily on this business, which suits my schedule since I have kids. I'm happy with the returns I'm seeing.
Thank you for this Amazing video!!!My only question is,how do you factor in transportation to the post office?isn't that a huge cost if you are only going to sell 2 items per 2day on average?
Yeah i try to include every significant cost
thanks for your sharing great information
My pleasure
Really great video. It would be great if you could factor in tax and Ebay fees on your profit margin in future videos to see a real net profit.
That just shows how lazy you are! I'm just joking! 😂😂
The reason I don’t usually calculate taxes is that everyone falls into a different tax bracket based on their circumstances, including how much money they make and whether they are registered as a VAT limited company. There are many factors to consider. Since I'm not a qualified accountant, I don't want to risk giving incorrect advice on such a sensitive matter. I recommend consulting with a qualified accountant for personalized guidance.
@@hizainshah Fair enough, and what about Ebay fees?
Nice share but unfortunately - the profit margins are just a race to the bottom!
Both!
Hi Zain, when we use royal mail 2nd class delivery service which costs 1.55 GBP then royal mail provide us tracking number or not?? because we have to give ebay a tracking number

Hi, does Temu charge VAT like AliExpress? Also, is VAT applicable for bulk orders from China.
Temu doesn’t charge, it’s all included in the price.
Hi zain, iphone case is vero brand/item right? So beginners can list that item too ?
it's not Vero, it not MADE by Apple
zabardast zain shah
Thanks
Great content inspiration to me
Means alot to me
Sir Zain, Temu doesn't allow us to purchase below 10£. How to tackle this.? Please reply
In this model, there is tackling this, this to the whole point to buy in bulk for cheap and sell it for high price with faster delivery.

The tracking number given by Temu is not the one you can upload inside Ebay if you watch the video again, you’re gonna get the products delivered to you first and then you can fulfil those if you are not in the country and you’re trying to do this from a different country, then you need a Third-party services

There doesn’t seem to be any drop shipping software that I can use for Amazon uk to eBay. Have they all been removed?
I use one called ecomsniper
Check auto ds
Isn't Drop Shipping a great way to get banned from eBay since it goes against their regulations
@@thomasodonnell2191 Not if you know
@zain shah brother I'm going to start drop shipping on ebay. I just wanna know what are prons and cons of using Auto ds?

Nice vids for all level of learner

hi, I have read that some people's account was banned on ebay for selling some of these products, can you clarify why?
Only ebay can clarify why it was banned, Zain didnt ban any accounts so how can he clarify why it was banned?

There is protocol i have advised many time for new accounts to follow, have you been doing it?
Yes… Zain asked us create account and do not list for 21 days. I created my account last week.. and I am waiting for 21 days to list.
I listed the product, after 4 months of account creation.
Can I sell the same products on Amazon as well?
You can but expect a thousand others selling the same item cheaper than you. Advice. Choose a niche which you are familiar with and search for a product which has limited competition. Specialise in that niche. Research is key. Don't follow the crowd unless you want to waste your time and energy.

How to sell to Amazon? I live in Sweden we dont have ebay :( any tips bro? Your videos are amazing 💪
Here are 15 steps i normally recommend learning
Here are 15 key steps to help you get started with selling on Amazon:
