    Otherwise Bahut logo ka experience Amazon ke sath achha ya kharaab ho jata hai same Flipkart ya other online platform ke liye !
    So it depends ki kiske sath kya hua lakin aajkal ye sahi hai Flipkart user ko zyada problem face karni pad rahi hai ...... So i hope flipkart new rule leke aaye apne platform service ko better karne ke liye !!

      Apne Sahi Baat uthaya he . Mera Pas Tribit ka speaker tha Amazon seh Purchased kiya tha but product warrenty pe tha and uska charging pe issue aarha tha. So uska refund almost 8 mahine baad mila tha 😂

      Its Walmart in flipkart's skin. And walmart is well know for befooling customers. First Sachin Bansal was forced to exit, then binny bansal was also accused of misconduct and forced to step down from CeO post. And now Binny also left flipkart and sold all his stake saying "sampat hi nahi pad raha ki kya chal raha hai meri hi company me".
      If you order anything from flipkart, some stupid add ons have to be added to move from product page to cart. Although that useless addon can be removed from cart; but this kind of stupid things were not on flipkart till both Bansals were there. Flipkart used to give better services than amazon earlier in my locality. But now they have spoiled themselves by this kind of frauds.

    Flipkart new scam- If you purchase any electronic gadget whether it's 20rs or 2000 rs they have started open box delivery. On time of delivery they only check if it's broken/if everything is there or not.
    My story:- I purchased Truke earbud and when delivered I came to know left side earbud is defective. I tried to place a return/replacement request but it's showing 1error -Hence it's open box delivery we can't return it. But on portal it's showing 10 days return policy. I called customer service but they also told the same.
    My 1500 rs gone to waste. Please create a next video on this scam.
    Flipkart should stop there scamming business in India.

Not only that try to take your friend or elder men with you. Because sometimes delivery partner can be a bad guy and may harras Or yell at you. So be aware.

    Man, my recent experiences with Flipkart have been so frustrating. I ordered three phones on EMI, one after the other, and guess what? They canceled each one after they'd shipped. 😭 It's seriously disappointing. When I talked to their customer support, it felt like all they could say was refund refund. But it's not just about the money it's the time and excitement I've lost.
    It's sad to see that trust in Flipkart is fading away, just like that. I hope your video helps push Flipkart to improve their services.

      Same happened with me. I ordered a trackpant in a special price which was cancelled by Flipkart after 5 days stating that product went OOS. After 1-2 days, I saw that the same product was available to order by the same seller in a higher price. I ordered the product and asked the FK to match the price but FK refused. Sad part is, in case of wrong product we can make videos but in above situation customers can't do anything.

    My suggestion to Gyan Therapy team is as multiple products are delivered everyday to you. You should assign one small room only for unpacking where a CCTV should be placed . It will be convenient as you should not have to make a separate unpacking video of the products.
    And if something happens you can check CCTV footage of that particular product unboxing.

      Par mera ye video ka target ye nahi ki mere sath galat hua balki is video ki wajah se information jaaye aur isiliye video ka most part me Consumer ko kya dhayaan rakhna chaiye wo bataya gaya hai
      And Honesty se kahoon to Mera loss se zyada earning is video se aa jayega lakin aapke sath aisa hoga to aapka paisa doob jayega aur sach ye bhi hai ki maine ye video earning ke liye bhi nahi diya wo to bas youtube par video aaya to uska part ban gaya apne aap
      Maine sirf ye video awareness ke liye diya aur koi wajah nahi 🙂

      सुबह मुझे पता चला
      रिफ़ंड में पूरा पैसा शो हो रहा था बट मैंने 1 दिन पहले अपने अकाउंट बैलेंस का स्क्रीन शॉट लिया हुआ था उसकेबाद कोई transaction भी नहीं किया था flipkart ने 30% काटके रिफ़ंड दिया उसकेबाद से मैंने ऑनलाइन shopping ही बंद कर दी 😢

    Thank you sir for talking about this. For average Customer - please avoid buying from flipkart for saving some amount. Recently bought a laptop worth 50k , received defective product, Asus technician visited and confirmed the defect and approved the replacement , then the replacement product was delayed by almost 1week even though it reached the nearest hub and finaly after almost 3 weeks from the date of the purchase it was out of delivery and then it was not delivered and replacement was cancelled. Now they are saying that the whole process will be done again. SO after 1 month of purchase i don't have a working product and the expected date is showing another 2 weeks.

    Bina customer ki marji ke kaise cancel kar sakta hai aur kaise paise kat sakta hai.
    Aap logon se request hai hamesha cash on delivery hi mangwaye.
    1 rupee bhi advance na de.
    Warna aap customer ko call kar karke pareshan ho jaoge or koi kuchh nahi sunega.

    I still remember the video which was about online loan scam, where viewers found the reality. Now this video is about the delivery fraud which is according to me should be the most awaited and necessary topic. Actually i am unboxing my products on camera since 2015 just because of these reasons.
    Although my first product purchased from flipkart but Amazon is at priority among all.

    The biggest problem in this whole scenario is that in our country online platforms are given complete license to do business according to their wish, make and break their own rules but there is no authority to regulate these platforms and address genuine consumer grievances.. that’s why brand like flipkart has become arrogant and don’t give a damn to a consumers actual problems..inko bas business apne tarikei se Karni hai aur consumer ko lootna hai

      Online companies ko daily millions of transactions and deliveries karne hote hai!!! and they also try their best to resolve customer issues but we should also be aware. Like there are a lot of hacking in credit and debit cards, bank accounts; but bank can only try to reduce it as much as possible and to say that they are the main cause of hacking is wrong and stupid....

No ordinary man can pursue a case longer than expected, various states work differently and you cannot expect everyone to get relief. To set the right example, the state government shall set up a grievance redressal mechanism as a first step to identify the issues. Second step if the company is liable penalty shall be imposed or the required action be taken.
      Thirdly companies should be warned against the practices and it is open for consumers to seek required action
      Fourthly :- Buyers should be given preference everywhere, online and offline stores give return and replacement policy within the period or brand in case of major defects.
      How flipkart is enjoying the privilege of being one of the most careless e-commerce is just because they are not slapped with a fine yet for being more supportive and loyal to their sellers

    I also have same problem or Feeling with Flipkart, I don’t know why but when it comes to online shopping I trust more Amazon than any other online store. Even if price is slightly higher on Amazon than Flipkart, I will still buy it from Amazon. 😅 Anyway for small purchases I prefer Meshoo only😊

    Sir i am a seller on flipkart and amazon. I have never sent any wrong or fake product ever in my 5 year career. Humey returns mein customers used underwear, socks, fatey purane kapde pencil, aur bohot kuch bhejte hai whereas our product is mobile cases and that is the reason i regularly watch your videos so i can get knowledge of which model is upcoming and which is liked and will sell high so we can purchase cases of those models. Aap sirf sellers ko chor kehte ho but aapko andaza nahi customers kitne chor hotey hai and even people whose name is titled as Dr. are returning different used items.

    Jaise ki aapne suna ya khud socha bhi hoga, yeh thoda double-edged problem ho jaata hai, especially open box waali delivery mein. Ek taraf se dekha jaaye toh keh sakte hai ki accha hai apni aankhon ke saamne box kholke check karlo. Wahin dusri taraf, agar aapne koi product kisi aur ko gift karne li ho (aur unko aap sealed dena chahte ho) ya aap khud delivery ke waqt na ho aur ghar ka koi aur kam jaankaar sadasya use accept karle aur phir baad mein koi dikkat aaye toh kya karenge? Plus, kabhi kabhi aap chah ke bhi on-the-spot pura product toh test nahi kar sakte. Agar 1-2 din baad koi dikkat aa jaaye toh us waqt kya use return ya refund karne ka option nahi hona chahiye?

    I wanna share something with you Bhai I order one type of cream it charged 40rs delivery charges for that I accept that but I increased the quantity to 3 now I am getting 120 delivery charges for that . Jab mai same chiz ek hi dukan se hi le Raha hoon toh delivery charges 3 baar kio waisa I am Plus premium member of Flipkart. So pathetic 😐

    Well said, completely agree with you sir. I felt Amazon is somehow user friendly so they may provide a proper solution for these glitches or fraud, but never expect it from flipkart. Flipkart cheated me two times, I tried to replace my product and placed return requests several times, lastly I gave up and took a lesson for 3500 rupees. Recently my friend ordered a laptop for 33000, and got a used monitor, we are trying to replace or refund, flipkart and seller has accepted the request but can't believe them until unless they replace it.
    Ya to ye sudhar jaye nhi to inki dukan bnd ho jaye🙏,
    Lastly thank you so much for this video you genuinely raised customers concern.

      Ye true i have using Flipkart since 2016 but till now I've faced only 1 issue. That was in grocery. I ordered a bunch of chocolates costing well over 200 rupees but when I opened the box (which was packed exceptionally well with duct and tapes just like a phone), to my surprise there was just a single 1 rupee Eclairs. I contacted Flipkart immediately, they apologised and refunded the amount in a day through Gift Card. That was quite an experience lmao. I think the seller played a prank on me 🤣😂
      I hope nobody gets pranked like this while ordering an electrical appliance XD
