Today they cancelled my order for realme phone....for 10th may out for delivery 11th may they said product is damaged, so they cancelled without my consent
Same thing happened with me. I had placed an order for iPhone 15 which had a one day delivery scheme. The product had reached the nearest hub but it didn't go out for delivery for over 6 days. In the end, when I ask the customer care people they are like, you just have to wait and ultimately cancelled my product. They weren't ready to even reveal the status of my product. Very poor service of flipkart and these scamsters must be exposed.

Maine I phone 15 order kiya tha BBD me 29th September ko aur mujhe flipkart ne assure kiya tha ki 2nd october ko product deliver ho jayega. aur product shipped status dikha raha tha aur nearest hub jo mention tha uska location mere area se 15 km hoga barely but aaj 10th october ko unhone apne taraf se is order ko cancel kar diya. :(

Literally same thing happened with me, that's why I left shopping from Flipkart. IT is literally waste.... I literally had 63000 on stake... And I was left with no option except to just call the customer care... The customer care was every single time lieing and staying unresponsive, and weren't helping... They were continuously trying to manipulate, and continuously increasing the date for delivery... My order was to be delivered on 17th of November 2022, and after continuous postponement, it went to 28 November... Now tell me, won't someone get really angry on this, because you leave all your work, and stay at home to recieve the product.... My timetable was ruined, and Flipkart was not ready to refund my amount... Then, I wrote a letter to RBI, and e-mailed Flipkart.. And finally got my refund.... It was nothing except for a 12 days head ache period, where you have literally 63000 at stake.. Only a middle class man could understand the pain of losing 63000 rupees...
I remember how almost all PS5 orders were getting cancelled whenever the sale came. It was already nearly impossible to place an order for PS5 and when finally ordered, Flipkart cancelled their orders. That was truly frustrating.

Same happened with me too these platforms don't take responsibility for any products you ordered now they start a scam like the replacement is confirmed by the seller if the product is defective or damaged not by us so, as of now buy a product and use it in front of the delivery agent if the product isn't functioning rightly give it back to him don't take delivery because they repair the defective product in service centre and give back to you because of service centre warrenty And once the product is opened it is hard to survive for longer years
I worked as a flipkart customer support executive and literally speaking 90% of the customers on flipkart are helpless and there is not even a single resolution for the issue happened with the cx, all we used to do was, just to give a date to customer or to place a fresh order, that was the reason which forced me to leave that job as I never wanted to be a part of scam 😢😢

I was working as a Flipkart customer support executive a couple of years back. I was "promoted" to the KNE (knowledge and escalation) team which was supposedly the senior team to which calls are forwarded. We had no special access to help solve the problem, just false assurance to the cx that they're talking to a senior team member and their problem would be resolved. I would sometimes get calls forwarded from the same cx with the same problems twice after several days. It was a very toxic work environment being helpless to the cx problems. I'm glad I quit.
Now a days Flipkart plays dirty... At first they charged for delivery under 500rs, after I became a Flipkart plus member they told that I don't have to pay delivery charges even after my cart value comes under Rs. 500...now they shifted that charge with another name. i.e. Handling fee 😂😂😂. Now, Everytime I order I get an additional handling fee on all orders. 😂 Thank you Rakesh Bhai..for bringing Flipkart to light

I have faced this issue multiple times on both Amazon and Flipkart. Mostly these happens during the time when the price is lowest either on sale or normally. After you try to contact customer support they will say same thing like we cannot do anything. Mostly Flipkart give cheap vouchers such as 50 or 100 rupees.

I have also faced the same issue sir....I ordered asus vivobook laptop for a friend on 63k , after 1 week the order got cancelled automatically and the price got hiked to 66k. I was working in flipkart as a customer executive and they just trained us to repeat the same lines as "your feedback will be shared and we hope that you don't face the same issue in future" and about gift card, some customers don't even gift card in their account after placing the order, so it's of no use to call customer care, hence don't order anything from Flipkart.

I ordered Returnal PS5 game & received a slip.. return policy was not there.. wen i called fraud cart.. only machine answers de call with whom u can't even argue.. she simply says product is recieved & product can't b returned.. I filed case in consumer court without much knowledge of such things but fraud card did a lawyer and lawyer in his reply to court wrote that we as a consumer are faking the fraud to harass de company & watever is bought on fraud cart is not de responsibility of the website.. / so instead of creating problems for us by attending the court dates & all.. we pulled de case to make it stronger but then completely dropped the idea one thing more I wud like to share is that Fraud cart put fake reviews on their products & if u try to tell people about cons or fraud about da product.. they simply dnt publish it.. in other way they r supporting their fraud sellers... I usually prefer Amazon but to support indian websites I tried fraud cart .. among 4 orders.. 2 were frauds.. in these years.. Amazon on de other side is very transparent about reviews & sellers.. I buy very confidently from Amazon
Yes same for amazon too. Once they cancelled my order because the delivery boy didn't want to deliver at my home and instead was insisting me to go to his location and collect my order and I called amazon customer care and I told both of them its a home delivery and I paid 100 for prime delivery but then the delivery guy himself cancelled my order mentioning I rejected it like wtf and then after doing so many calls the senior told me you place another order and we give you one month free prime as compensation but I am still waiting for my free prime lol since then I have stopped using both platforms and when it comes to mobile I try to continue using my old phones and purchase from official sites of brands.

This is a really serious issue, and myself faced the same. They cancels the orders which have higher discount and later on when you try to order they increases the price. This is a psychological play where you made your mind to buy it so at the end you will end up buying the same product at higher price.. great effort by you. Really appreciated ❤

You raised a very good issue, these people did the same thing with me, this is very wrong, after showing the offer, they sent the product to me as damaged, the seller then said that he will come, he is still coming, now he is telling me to cancel it.

My problem :- shipment🤬 problem Mene ek order kiya 9th may 2024 uski delivery date thi 13th may. Fir seller ne date bada kar 16 kar di. 15 ko product nearest hub me pahucha 16 ko inhone cancell kar diya 🤬🤬🤬. Fir mene amazon download kar liya no problem accurate delivery ✅ 👍

Abhi bhi Sept 2024 aisa problem ho raha h. Maine Samsung ka laptop 47,000 me order Kiya tha lekin product delivery date tak ship bhi nhi hua tha , uske ek din bad order cancel dikha raha tha. Aur laptop kar 13000 badh gya tha. Flipkart kewal 5000 hi compensation de rha wo bhi gift card me .
I experienced exactly the same, when I was buying my phone last year. Flipkart and/or seller cancelled it on the day of delivery and then shot up the price by 3k.They even dropped the value for my exchange item. They didn't even offer me any vouchers. I had to raise about 8 tickets/ complaint request, and called about a dozen times. I wasted almost two weeks behind this. horrible experience

Same happened to me 3 years ago when I ordered a laptop worth 59000 Rs. After weeks and multiple calls, they gave me price difference coupon since the product price increased after it got cancelled. Sahi hai i order realme x in 2018 with offer around 3000 discount product reached in my area but the delivery boy didn't bother to call me or reach me neither he is picking up my call.... And on evening he updated in my order that the customer didn't respond and rejected the order 😢 multiple complaints to flipkart no action from their side giving deadline after deadline and in the end i have to order phone on full price 😢😢
Same thing happened to me while I was buying a UPS. The product was left hanging in the delivery stage for 5-6 days after the date of delivery . Finally I had to cancel the order since the people at Flipkart had no knowledge why this was happening and neither had any control over the seller who raised the price after I placed the order
You are 100% correct, we are taken for granted even though their business runs with our money. We need a good reliable Indian platform, who can take online shopping to the next level and hope one day these companies shut shop in India forever.
Recently, I ordered a black wallet from Amazon, but they sent me a different color. I returned it and reordered, eventually receiving the black wallet. However, the previous wallet got lost during delivery. Despite this, Amazon refunded me within just two days (I had paid via debit card). This experience reinforced my trust in Amazon, which is why I avoid ordering expensive products from Flipkart.

This happened with me too last year, I ordered a laptop for 94000. Now just a day before the delivery day, the order got cancelled due to the same reason i.e. Out of Stock. Then, they called me and told me that if I reorder it within a week, I'd get a coupon worth 1500, but at the same time they increased the price from 94000 to 98000. Although luckily I got the same laptop for 94000 in an offline store. Since then, I never buy Electronics online.

Amazon does seem a bit more reliable than Flipkart, but there are some smartphones or laptops that are only available on Flipkart - like Motorola, Google Pixel and Nothing. It's the sad reality. I wish they either bring some of their smartphones offline and/or on Amazon as well so that Flipkart don't have that monopoly and then behave however they want. I totally agree with all the points mentioned in the video. Being the victim of this kind of incident from Flipkart.They have one of the worst customer support their customer support executive literally don't know anything. Even Amazon has good customer support in this regard.

Sir, Great video. Flipkart and Amazon blame sellers then do not provide the seller's number under disguise of privacy policy. They take Indian consumers for granted. If similar cases happen in Europe or the US they are held accountable for it but play dumb in India. Edit: Sir please file a consumer complaint if possible, we will be able to know about the response from our National Consumer Helpline.

As a seller on Amazon and I would like to say that Amazon is pretty consumer focused and does care a lot for the consumer. Stock and Order related issues happen with us too but amazon deals with it pretty well.

Products which are not returnable but only replaceable can also be returned if u call and tell them legit story that's the level of their service. Don't think flipkart will even think of doing it.
@@dhananjay6028 +1. Whole heartedly agree! I have faced many issues with Amazon too which were quickly resolved upon calling or texting their customer service. On multiple occasions, I needed to return products which were only replaceable in general (like electronics) and they were always sure to listen to my story and return them too. Only on one occasion did the delivery agent reject the package to return, even after contacting the customer service before but that was too quickly solved upon a second call to the customer service and then explaining the situation.
You are absolutely right, I have paid extra for secure packing for my phone but during delivery, I found normal packaging. I have complaint about that, they replyed that we will take care for next order. They have to short out these types of things.
I had the same experience recently. I ordered a Boat charging brick. It got cancelled after being delayed and then same thing .. Flipkart asked me to re order and they'll add a ₹150/- gift card. Furthermore the price also got increased and Flipkart told me the product seller had some issues with the delivery service.
This exactly happened with me during Corona time, I ordered Oximeter from Amazon, and it automatically got cancelled. They didn't even send any message, or call. Then I called customer care, and they mentioned same reason. They didn't even give my any voucher, simply ask to reorder with inflated price. Thanks for raising this issue, be it Amazon / Flipkart, both are same.

I'll add a couple more to this 1. The same thing happened with me ordered something at a lower price, the order got cancelled on the delivery date. I didn't get any voucher for the same. 2. If you order any electronic item from Flipkart, get the first one replaced wether it is working properly or not. I've seen it over and over that they tend to send some problematic thing at the first go. I'm not really sure how to explain this but try it with your experience. I recently ordered a Pixel, got a problematic one. Couldn't get it replaced in time. Now I'm stuck. 3. They tend to overshoot their delivery dates without any reason and prior information. Many times it simply shows that I was not available to take the order, without anyone trying to reach me. Plain and simple scam.
I got a non working product & my money was stuck with Flipkart for 15 days. I'm assuming they'll invest our money somewhere in that 15 days & earn their share of the profit & return back our money. Absolute garbage app. I'm using only Amazon after my scam. #deleteflipkart
I got a non working bluetooth home theatre & i had applied for the return within 5 min of opening the box. Everyday I get notification that pickup has been initiated in the morning but later the same day nobody shows up & it gets rescheduled automatically to the next day. Same thing happened over & over again for 2 weeks then finally item got picked up on the 16th day. My money was stuck with them for 16 days & now reading at the comments seems like it's the same thing with everyone. They're holding our money for 15 days without paying us interest & they're probably investing our money in stocks/Shares probably & making a profit in those 15days. Something is seriously wrong with Flipkart

Same thing happened with me. I had placed an order for iPhone 15 which had a one day delivery scheme. The product had reached the nearest hub but it didn't go out for delivery for over 6 days. In the end, when I ask the customer care people they are like, you just have to wait and ultimately cancelled my product. They weren't ready to even reveal the status of my product.
Very poor service of flipkart and these scamsters must be exposed.

Literally same thing happened with me, that's why I left shopping from Flipkart. IT is literally waste.... I literally had 63000 on stake... And I was left with no option except to just call the customer care... The customer care was every single time lieing and staying unresponsive, and weren't helping... They were continuously trying to manipulate, and continuously increasing the date for delivery... My order was to be delivered on 17th of November 2022, and after continuous postponement, it went to 28 November... Now tell me, won't someone get really angry on this, because you leave all your work, and stay at home to recieve the product.... My timetable was ruined, and Flipkart was not ready to refund my amount... Then, I wrote a letter to RBI, and e-mailed Flipkart.. And finally got my refund.... It was nothing except for a 12 days head ache period, where you have literally 63000 at stake.. Only a middle class man could understand the pain of losing 63000 rupees...

Same happened with me too these platforms don't take responsibility for any products you ordered now they start a scam like the replacement is confirmed by the seller if the product is defective or damaged not by us so, as of now buy a product and use it in front of the delivery agent if the product isn't functioning rightly give it back to him don't take delivery because they repair the defective product in service centre and give back to you because of service centre warrenty
And once the product is opened it is hard to survive for longer years
I worked as a flipkart customer support executive and literally speaking 90% of the customers on flipkart are helpless and there is not even a single resolution for the issue happened with the cx, all we used to do was, just to give a date to customer or to place a fresh order, that was the reason which forced me to leave that job as I never wanted to be a part of scam 😢😢

I was working as a Flipkart customer support executive a couple of years back. I was "promoted" to the KNE (knowledge and escalation) team which was supposedly the senior team to which calls are forwarded. We had no special access to help solve the problem, just false assurance to the cx that they're talking to a senior team member and their problem would be resolved. I would sometimes get calls forwarded from the same cx with the same problems twice after several days. It was a very toxic work environment being helpless to the cx problems. I'm glad I quit.
Now a days Flipkart plays dirty... At first they charged for delivery under 500rs, after I became a Flipkart plus member they told that I don't have to pay delivery charges even after my cart value comes under Rs. 500...now they shifted that charge with another name.
i.e. Handling fee 😂😂😂. Now, Everytime I order I get an additional handling fee on all orders. 😂

I have faced this issue multiple times on both Amazon and Flipkart. Mostly these happens during the time when the price is lowest either on sale or normally.
After you try to contact customer support they will say same thing like we cannot do anything.
Mostly Flipkart give cheap vouchers such as 50 or 100 rupees.
One of the very few creator who stands against these matters.

I was working in flipkart as a customer executive and they just trained us to repeat the same lines as "your feedback will be shared and we hope that you don't face the same issue in future" and about gift card, some customers don't even gift card in their account after placing the order, so it's of no use to call customer care, hence don't order anything from Flipkart.

I ordered Returnal PS5 game & received a slip.. return policy was not there.. wen i called fraud cart.. only machine answers de call with whom u can't even argue.. she simply says product is recieved & product can't b returned.. I filed case in consumer court without much knowledge of such things but fraud card did a lawyer and lawyer in his reply to court wrote that we as a consumer are faking the fraud to harass de company & watever is bought on fraud cart is not de responsibility of the website.. / so instead of creating problems for us by attending the court dates & all.. we pulled de case to make it stronger but then completely dropped the idea
one thing more I wud like to share is that Fraud cart put fake reviews on their products & if u try to tell people about cons or fraud about da product.. they simply dnt publish it.. in other way they r supporting their fraud sellers... I usually prefer Amazon but to support indian websites I tried fraud cart .. among 4 orders.. 2 were frauds.. in these years.. Amazon on de other side is very transparent about reviews & sellers.. I buy very confidently from Amazon

Once they cancelled my order because the delivery boy didn't want to deliver at my home and instead was insisting me to go to his location and collect my order and I called amazon customer care and I told both of them its a home delivery and I paid 100 for prime delivery but then the delivery guy himself cancelled my order mentioning I rejected it like wtf and then after doing so many calls the senior told me you place another order and we give you one month free prime as compensation but I am still waiting for my free prime lol since then I have stopped using both platforms and when it comes to mobile I try to continue using my old phones and purchase from official sites of brands.

Thanks for taking this up, again as of us say that you are the only one to take these problems every now and then, same thing happened with me in spite of paying prelaunch payment of 2000rs when Nothing Phone 1 was launched, I was so angry and dejected, again there is one thing that I'm facing in Pune, Tonnes of product are showing not deliverable, don't know why.

This is a really serious issue, and myself faced the same. They cancels the orders which have higher discount and later on when you try to order they increases the price. This is a psychological play where you made your mind to buy it so at the end you will end up buying the same product at higher price.. great effort by you. Really appreciated ❤

Same thing happened to me while booking flight tickets using Flipkart and no-one from their customer care was ready to accept the issues I faced, finally I had to pay 1.5k additionally.

Maine Samsung ka laptop 47,000 me order Kiya tha lekin product delivery date tak ship bhi nhi hua tha , uske ek din bad order cancel dikha raha tha.

I experienced exactly the same, when I was buying my phone last year.
Flipkart and/or seller cancelled it on the day of delivery and then shot up the price by 3k.They even dropped the value for my exchange item. They didn't even offer me any vouchers. I had to raise about 8 tickets/ complaint request, and called about a dozen times.
I wasted almost two weeks behind this. horrible experience
I can preety much relate this frustration because I'm working as a customer service agent in an Ecommerce company. We can do nothing about this situation & it's very hard to make them understand. As a result of which customers are giving negative feedback(which is very obvious from their side) but the irony is we're facing issues in our job.
It's better if this giants are focusing on their operations rather than spending billions in marketing.

Sahi hai i order realme x in 2018 with offer around 3000 discount product reached in my area but the delivery boy didn't bother to call me or reach me neither he is picking up my call.... And on evening he updated in my order that the customer didn't respond and rejected the order 😢 multiple complaints to flipkart no action from their side giving deadline after deadline and in the end i have to order phone on full price 😢😢

Same thing happened to me while I was buying a UPS. The product was left hanging in the delivery stage for 5-6 days after the date of delivery . Finally I had to cancel the order since the people at Flipkart had no knowledge why this was happening and neither had any control over the seller who raised the price after I placed the order

Recently, I ordered a black wallet from Amazon, but they sent me a different color. I returned it and reordered, eventually receiving the black wallet. However, the previous wallet got lost during delivery. Despite this, Amazon refunded me within just two days (I had paid via debit card). This experience reinforced my trust in Amazon, which is why I avoid ordering expensive products from Flipkart.

This happened with me too last year, I ordered a laptop for 94000. Now just a day before the delivery day, the order got cancelled due to the same reason i.e. Out of Stock. Then, they called me and told me that if I reorder it within a week, I'd get a coupon worth 1500, but at the same time they increased the price from 94000 to 98000.
Although luckily I got the same laptop for 94000 in an offline store. Since then, I never buy Electronics online.

Amazon does seem a bit more reliable than Flipkart, but there are some smartphones or laptops that are only available on Flipkart - like Motorola, Google Pixel and Nothing. It's the sad reality. I wish they either bring some of their smartphones offline and/or on Amazon as well so that Flipkart don't have that monopoly and then behave however they want. I totally agree with all the points mentioned in the video. Being the victim of this kind of incident from Flipkart.They have one of the worst customer support their customer support executive literally don't know anything.
Even Amazon has good customer support in this regard.
That "main ₹500 bachane ke liye 1500 du" gives me the same feeling as day before yesterday when I tried to order a burger and Zomato charged me delivery charges triple the amount of that burger 😂😂

Thanks for highlighting this issue. Several customer including me have faced issue with Flipkart. I have already switched to offline platform for most things. Second Amazon is also somewhat reliable.
Sir, Great video. Flipkart and Amazon blame sellers then do not provide the seller's number under disguise of privacy policy. They take Indian consumers for granted. If similar cases happen in Europe or the US they are held accountable for it but play dumb in India.
Edit: Sir please file a consumer complaint if possible, we will be able to know about the response from our National Consumer Helpline.

As a seller on Amazon and I would like to say that Amazon is pretty consumer focused and does care a lot for the consumer. Stock and Order related issues happen with us too but amazon deals with it pretty well.

@@ayushranjan5098 Actually with amazon u must have been exceptional case but in general amazon is better or even best in customer service. Products which are not returnable but only replaceable can also be returned if u call and tell them legit story that's the level of their service. Don't think flipkart will even think of doing it.

@@dhananjay6028 +1. Whole heartedly agree! I have faced many issues with Amazon too which were quickly resolved upon calling or texting their customer service. On multiple occasions, I needed to return products which were only replaceable in general (like electronics) and they were always sure to listen to my story and return them too. Only on one occasion did the delivery agent reject the package to return, even after contacting the customer service before but that was too quickly solved upon a second call to the customer service and then explaining the situation.

I have complaint about that, they replyed that we will take care for next order.

I had the same experience recently. I ordered a Boat charging brick. It got cancelled after being delayed and then same thing .. Flipkart asked me to re order and they'll add a ₹150/- gift card. Furthermore the price also got increased and Flipkart told me the product seller had some issues with the delivery service.

This exactly happened with me during Corona time, I ordered Oximeter from Amazon, and it automatically got cancelled. They didn't even send any message, or call. Then I called customer care, and they mentioned same reason. They didn't even give my any voucher, simply ask to reorder with inflated price.

It's very unfortunate that Flipkart takes ₹5 or ₹10 due to packaging, which they didn't charge earlier
they took this fee for secure packaging, they will unbox the product in front of you for security purpose.

@@NOTONtechsx don't know, but ye acha hai ki vo simply 10-30 rupees charge krte hai. But secure packaging k bina agar koi COD mangata hai to pehle payment krega then hi usko unboxing krne ko milega.
But us time kuch bhi hoga toh delivery person will not be withheld for that.

i had ordered a Rs 2500 fireboult cyclone watch way back in Nov 2023 and was working fine for a week... then it stopped working and flipkart didnt replace or return the order and told me to take it to fireboult service center
I'll add a couple more to this
1. The same thing happened with me ordered something at a lower price, the order got cancelled on the delivery date. I didn't get any voucher for the same.
2. If you order any electronic item from Flipkart, get the first one replaced wether it is working properly or not. I've seen it over and over that they tend to send some problematic thing at the first go. I'm not really sure how to explain this but try it with your experience. I recently ordered a Pixel, got a problematic one. Couldn't get it replaced in time. Now I'm stuck.
3. They tend to overshoot their delivery dates without any reason and prior information. Many times it simply shows that I was not available to take the order, without anyone trying to reach me. Plain and simple scam.
I got a non working product & my money was stuck with Flipkart for 15 days. I'm assuming they'll invest our money somewhere in that 15 days & earn their share of the profit & return back our money. Absolute garbage app. I'm using only Amazon after my scam. #deleteflipkart
I got a non working bluetooth home theatre & i had applied for the return within 5 min of opening the box. Everyday I get notification that pickup has been initiated in the morning but later the same day nobody shows up & it gets rescheduled automatically to the next day. Same thing happened over & over again for 2 weeks then finally item got picked up on the 16th day. My money was stuck with them for 16 days & now reading at the comments seems like it's the same thing with everyone. They're holding our money for 15 days without paying us interest & they're probably investing our money in stocks/Shares probably & making a profit in those 15days. Something is seriously wrong with Flipkart
