I lost 40,000 rs during big billion days sale . I ordered graphic card but got scrap delivered. After 20 days of customer calls they refused to return my money. Flipkart is a scam website. Better buy from company website or physical stores, and completely avoid big billions days sale before Diwali.

Most of the time the delivery agent (both amazon and flipkart) won't allow you to check your product peacefully and take the OTP and go away !
I stopped Buying at Flipkart after they Started Open Box Delivery. You should have Instructed your Father how to Check the Product. I think you can Approach a Consumer Court for this. 😊

But uske app me koi ek option nhi aa raha tha jisse process aage nahi badh raha tha. Usne aadha ghnta tak try kia, apne superior se bhi baat ki but app me wo prblm solve nahi hua. Wo bechara bhi pareshan ho gaya to maine bola bhai rehne de. Fir usne bola M size ka hai to mujhe dedo me kharid lunga but bade size ka tha to maine rakh lia. Delivery agents ka behaviour unke supervisor aur trainer ke upar depend karta hai. Mere town ke saare delivry agents(amazon, flipkart, myntra) acche hai. Aur jo kharab ya galat products aate hai wo to seller aur warehouse walo ki responsiblity hai.

I always recommend amazon or agar jyada mehangi product h to buy from official site or local stores. Or fir kahte he Indian brands ko support kro. Mere sath hogaya hai. mene 850 vala ek color toner mangaya tha 560 me mila par bulkul tuta hua used or non working. Replace kardiya par dusra bhu old hi mila.
