  • Loren Lee, AGPCNP-BC, a Nurse Practitioner specializing in Addiction Medicine shares information about Zaza Red, tiana, or tianeptine, which is a substance that we have helped a number of patients detox off of using our unique, accelerated detox protocol.
    -Safe, Comfortable Outpatient Detox
    The Coleman Institute for Addiction Medicine has been a leading outpatient addiction treatment center since 1998. Our innovative withdrawal management programs, often referred to as The Coleman Method, have helped thousands of people free themselves from addiction to Alcohol, Opioids, and Benzodiazepines. Originally founded in Richmond, Virginia, our network has expanded to cover 12 cities across the US.
    -3 - 8 Day Opioid Detoxification Process
    For short-acting opiates like oxycodone, most patients complete their detox and begin Naltrexone therapy within 5 days. Longer-acting opiates like Suboxone and Methadone typically take 8 days. Our standard opioid treatment package in Richmond, VA includes the detox and 6 months of case management and Naltrexone therapy. As a non-addictive opioid blocker, Naltrexone dramatically reduces cravings so that patients can focus on their recovery. We have a 98% success rate for completing detoxification and starting Naltrexone therapy. During the detox, we work with patients and their families to develop an appropriate aftercare plan. We also offer a convenient, 3-day outpatient alcohol detox and a 10-day Benzodiazepine Detox.
    -Caring, Empathetic Environment
    Our founder Dr. Peter Coleman understands first-hand the challenges our patients are facing due to his own personal struggle with the disease of addiction. He has been in long term recovery since 1984. Dr. Coleman has dedicated his career to treating addiction patients and creating a team and an environment conducive to long term recovery for his patients.

    I've heard the withdrawals are actually way worse than normal opiates

    • @Shiesty_Summer
      @Shiesty_Summer Год назад +1

      Yes, they are. Because of the SSRI effect they have with seritonin similiar to tramadol. Ive heard they are literally the same as a tramadol. Thats why the withdrawl is so agonizing

    • @user-rw6ui5nv5i
      @user-rw6ui5nv5i Год назад +1

      Tianeptine actually has very little impact on serotonin. It was initially believed to be a serotonin reuptake enhancer (as opposed to a reuptake inhibitor), but this has been disproven.

      From experience... some of the products that contain it have MUCH WORSE withdraw symptoms. Tiana being the worst. And it only took 1 week of taking it for those symptoms to occur. The following week was one of the worst I've ever been through.

    First off, I want to say thank you for giving people information about this product, it can be very dangerous and addicting, but it also can be very life-changing and amazing if you take it in the right dosage. I take the maximum dosage a doctor will recommend for their patients. And that dosage is 12.5 mg which equals out to 0.0125 mL on a scale. I take three doses daily. The first dose I take at 9 AM the second dose I take at 1 PM and the third dose I take at 5 PM. Now that last me all day, and what it does is, helps me with my anxiety, depression, and PTSD. I have never had any withdrawal symptoms or bad side effects from ZaZa red extra strength, or any of the other names for this product. I have nothing but good things to say because it helps with my mental health and energy level daily. If anyone needs any help or information about dosing, please don’t hesitate to respond to me I’m here for anybody in need.
    Now, I think the reason why people are hearing such bad things about this product is because people are abusing it or not knowing anything about it. I literally have to open up one pill to weigh out 0.0125 mL to get my dosage I’ll end up having some left over for the next dosage. If you open up the pills and take it with water just like you would with kratom, It works tremendously faster about 15 to 30 minutes to start to kick in. I put a timer on and it usually takes about 32 minutes for it to kick in for me.

      How is this being prescribed to you? Do you live in the U.S.? I thought it was only sold in gas stations here. I have a family member who is having problems getting off of this and am desperate to get him help.

      Sorry it took so long for my response, but I do not get it prescribed to me, my buddy does that lives outside of the United States. But that is the dose he takes so I go off that.

      Tianeptine. It is a NASTY drug. I've known people who have withdrawn from taking high amounts of heroin and methadone but couldn't kick this drug. Research is just now showing that people can have seizures in withdrawal. If you know someone who is on it and in w/d, take them to a detox place. Ost ERs aren't going to know what it is.
