I used to have this problem. I bout the cpc that you can’t return for 2k and that wasn’t the problem. It turns out there is a wiring connector above the transmission that is for the acm that usually gets lose or messed with when ur tune person is deleting the truck. It will need to be reconnected and secured
Bro that is first cascadia with a start stop button you invited lol. My truck had the same problem. Check engine light on and says accelerator pedal problem. Changed pedal and sensor still some times doesn't accelerate... can be cpc?
What’s up man did u have any issue with gauges B4 board went out completely? My def gauge is inaccurately decreasing as I drive / idol but once I cut it off and truck sits it goes back up to half a tank. Def tank is almost completely full.

Lol.I traced the problem back to the cpc . Most of the time with electronics when it goes bad it's because of a open or short circuit. I knew the cpc was bad i guess I got lucky when i pressed the chip down and the truck started.
Has to be flashed by the dealer. You could take the part to the dealer with your vin..make sure when they flash it they don't add progressive shift and to keep your speed limit open

Also, check the R1 relay. It's in the fuse box that sticks out over the driverside tire.

I don't recall seeing the def gauge being inaccurate. I did notice all my gauges would turn off while driving and then come back on.

Sounds like a delamination problem on the mother board. Usually caused by excess heat.

I’m having the same issue but my truck starts. I do get the ABS 11 no engine on my dash and def light is flashing.

I didn't check for power to the starter. When mine went out it didn't want to start until i opened the cpc and squeezed on the big chip
