I've never seen that instrument played like that, ever. Amazing.
Fantastic.. I play concertina.. I think I will go and have a lie down in a darkened room.
Or just give up & throw your concertina into a hedge somewhere. PS: he is just brilliant, outstanding, along with the four bands he plays in.
beautiful beautiful beautiful
With the 2 mic it looks like he's playing the head of dead bee xD
Brilliant remark. Still laughing here
Phenom. Brilliant. The joy of life sparked by his fingertips.
It is brilliant. I play the concertina, and this is brilliant inspiration for other people who are considering starting on this fabulous instrument. I am am about to go to the All-Ireland, so just listening to this as 'warm-up' for the big day.
What kind of concertina is he playing in the video?
@@JelmavanAmersfoort Suttner A4 38-key
@@squeezebox C/G? Sounded like minor key details
To play the way he does, I bet he imagines a shape like a star and really concentrates!
Have seen him live several times, & my bald head is somewhere in the audience there.
Go Mohsen on that concertina. YES!!
Check out talisk that’s this guys band. They are brilliant
Simply unreal!

Was Mohsen taught by Niaill Vallely? Style is resembling.
Jesus Christ Super Star! This was astonishing!
wow... those fingers
Yep! Really fast...
Look at their feet tapping synchronised
To be the only virtuoso in the world of the concertina must be a wild responsibility.
Without your guidance the instrument could die.
Gotta wreck your day.
Luv and Peace.
Concertina isn't dying 😂 It's actually more popular now than it was for a lot of the 20th century.
This guy (who I heard of only now) is good, *really* good, but far from the only virtuoso.
curious as to why the pics are not getting a clunk sound when hitting the hands......
warren fahey turn up your volume i can hear when he is hitting the mic
Wow.wot playin!
What is that small accordion kind of instrument called? and where can i buy one from? :-)
It's an anglo concertina, I belive his is made by Suttner
@@DavidNorthUK thank you. I’ve been fascinated by the Argentine Bandoneon for many years. I didn’t know about this instrument
@@mellowmonsoon278 It's like a more portable Bandoneon, with much less notes and is also diatonic and bisonoric
@@googleuser3163 thanks
hot
Agreed 😍
I am jealous of people with good fast twitch muscles
👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
Anyone recognize what mics he's using? I've been dying to find a better mikin setup for my concertina.
+Mark Tichenor They are "Shure Beta 98H/c" and I have used them for the past few years without much hassle at all!
Has this been on any of his recordings? With Talisk or Imar etc?
It's with Talisk. First track on the Abyss album.
@@seanmcginnis7865 It's basically a mix of Abyss & The Millhouse!
Puto amo
tapadh leibh
Good to see a Scots Gaelic speaker. 😊
Like.. it's too much talent for one man lol
I hate to change the subject but those look like $1-2k shoes he’s wearing.
Still not fast enough...!
The man has clearly made a pact with the devil,,,
