Plowing through a 5,000 dollar Sutner Concertina every two years--just one of the many amazing things about this guy.

I'm guessing that's a slight exaggeration. He probably needs his instrument heavily overhauled every 2 years: replacing the bellows, valve pads, springs and reed leathers. And that's a lot! But the reeds should last much longer than that, and the woodwork, button and levers should be pretty much unscathed.

It's a suttner Anglo concertina

Looks like the Suttner A4. It doesn't look like he cares too much about which tuning since he has those pedals.
