Great interview. I will throw my +1 vote for the Nano Polymer. Been using it for a couple of years and it has been a game changer and project saver.
Thanks Ashley! We love it too!
Great video and I even saw myself in there. Glad you all were there.
Woah, glad you made it to RMRRF! Thanks for watching!
Rockin! Thanks for the interview!
Thanks for letting us tag along!
Great interview, machine and I'm trying thier Nano Adhesive this year, cheers
Thanks for watching, Christian!
I love infomercials.
What's your favorite infomercial? Ours is Sham-Wow!
Vision Miner looks awesome on surface and paper (technical) but there's quite few points I don't like and don't understand: if their products are so good and all why we don't see much (real) reviews of their machines on YT or elsewhere ? I understand they are towards industrial/commercial users but still... when you search on Reddit and forums, it doesn't look like good machines for the high cost paid plus they seems to not support their customers that much. The ethernet connection optional and only for DOD user... really wtf ?
I bought one and ended up returning it. There is a support group I created on FB but not too many have joined.
@@marcozacarias1675 what machine did you use instead ? What is a comparable model ?
It's not comparable in the since the temps are not as high and build plate not as big. But the user interface and print quality blows the 22IDEX (version 2) out of the water when printing in ASA and PLA. The IDEX broke the probe, bent a nozzle and the bed couldn't level itself for me to try the higher temp materials. So ended up going with X1E...
Thank you Marco for sharing your experience with our 22 IDEX. Since your purchase in early 2022, we've made significant strides: Your feedback, along with that of other early adopters, has been invaluable in shaping the evolution of our product.
We take all customer input seriously, which is why we offered you a full refund and thoroughly analyzed the returned unit. Your concerns didn't fall on deaf ears - they became the catalyst for over 150 improvements implemented over the past two years.
Here are a few significant actions we have taken:
Complete product overhaul: The current 22 IDEX is a far cry from its early predecessor, with enhancements touching every aspect of its design and functionality.
Vertical integration: We've acquired Addwise in a significant deal, bringing manufacturing in-house. This strategic move allows us unprecedented control over quality and the ability to rapidly implement improvements. Interested readers can find more details about this acquisition in industry publications like 3D Printing Industry. 3dprintingindustry.com/news/vision-miner-acquires-addwise-in-a-14m-deal-231289/
Continuous refinement: The constant focus and hard work of our engineers and team along with your comments and others has paved the way for our upcoming V3 release.
Industry validation: Feedback from aerospace, military, defense, and government clients has further refined the 22 IDEX, ensuring it meets the most stringent professional standards.
We're confident that the 22 IDEX of today would exceed your expectations. It's a testament to how we've transformed customer challenges into opportunities for innovation.
We appreciate your role in this journey. If you're open to it, we'd love the opportunity to demonstrate how your initial feedback has translated into a product that's now setting new industry standards.
Thank you again for your candid review. It's through such honest communication that we continue to grow and improve.

You can have my nano adhesive when you pry it for my cold dead fingers. It makes anything stick to anything.
We wouldn't dare to try and take it from you

sad the printer use a slice engineering hotend
As opposed to what readily available commercial hotend that hits 500c?
Phaetus Dragon is a very popular 500 hotend.
Dyze pro hotend 500deg easily
Well Alex - let us know when YOUR company launches with top of the line 3D printers and accessories and we will all line up to do business with you.
Until that happens, why not try to support these companies and provide positive feedback about what you want instead of just being an ass??
Oh sorry for the misunderstanding. My comment was referring to slice engineering peoples being ass*****
Are you aware of what I am talking about?
