I use it. Isn't magic, but helps a lot.
We're glad to hear it helps, thanks for you support!
Hej Slice, could you please share a statement regarding PFAS?
Nozzlehelp :) more than funny .... Thx
How durable is the coating of PTFE left behind? I'm using a brass bristled brush as a nozzle wipe and need to know if that would need to be removed or if after the coating is applied.
A brass brush is quite abrasive and will wear down the plastic repellent coating, requiring you to reapply much more frequently. If you want to use a nozzle wipe, we'd recommend a less abrasive option like a nylon brush, silicone, or even PTFE wipe.
@@SliceEngineering thanks! I'll get some PTFE when I get the plastic repellent
Can we see the demo with a less porous material like polished nickel? I don't tend to use nozzles made of rough surfaces like brushed metal used in the demo..
What spool containment box is that which is behind you in the vid? Thx.
It's a Repkord Repbox v2.5 with our Filament Drying Desiccant!
@@SliceEngineering Working really good it looks like, with the moisture level all the way down to 44%!
@@lhoumark Our Repbox isn't fully gasketed (e.g. airtight) as it was built for display, not as a drybox. That being said, our offices average 53% relative humidity and we haven't recharged the desiccant in months since we don't print from the marketing box, so it's working great at 44%!
Just ordered some to try out. I hate seeing even slight build up on nozzle worrying about it getting stuck on print outer wall.
Thank you for your order! Let us know how it works for you!
Got keep that hot end clean 🧼
It's essential ✅
They should call it snake oil…
Tried it, never worked. its expensive and a waste of money
Same have 4 bottles and it does nothing hey
Thanks, that is helpful
It works for me as long as you re apply it before every print
Yes sheep, just buy more useless stuff.
