You picked up a lot of the major points of the song but got confused when you tried to put it into the context of the 4 Season 4 Color project so I'll give you a summary of 4S4C and explain how Gogobebe fits into it and also Moonbyul's clever numerology.
4S4C consisted of 4 mini-albums released one per season from early spring in March 2018 to late winter in March 2019. Each album had a theme season & color of course and each featured a self-composed solo song by one of the members. Each title track single was about a stage of love in a 4 part relationship cycle. The main concepts and cyclical symbolism used throughout the series are summarized in the project's theme song Paint Me, which was an unpromoted pre-release single from the first 4S4C album Yellow Flower.
Spring/Yellow: Yellow Flower album, title track Starry Night. Stage: Attraction. Solo song: Hwasa's Be Calm.
Summer/Red: Red Moon album, title track Egotistic. Stage: Passion. Solo song: Moonbyul's Selfish.
Fall/Blue: Blue;S album, title track Wind Flower. Stage: Heartbreak. Solo song: Solar's Hello.
Winter/White: White Wind album, title track Gogobebe. Stage: Unattached (or Innocence). Solo song: Wheein's 25.
In the Gogobebe MV we see the members at the end of a winter of emotional hibernation following the breakup in Wind Flower. As you noticed, each member is stuck in a different rut - isolated, depressed and stagnant. The invitation to a house party serves as a wake up call. Their emotional withdrawal was a necessary phase just like winter is a necessary season but eventually you've got to put aside your troubles and dance the night away and move on with your life. Spring is just around the corner and with it comes spring fever, attraction and a new cycle of love. I listed Gogobebe's stage as Unattached or Innocence because another cycle described in Paint Me is a life cycle of seasons: Childhood (White), Adolescence (Yellow), Adulthood (Red), and Old Age (Blue). White is the color of childhood innocence prior to sexual awakening but as we cycle through the loves of our lives White also represents the times when we're not with anyone, which I described as Unattached. You could also think of it as a blank slate since it's not colored by an emotional attachment. The prankster kids in the MV aren't just random comedic relief - the innocent, mischievous playfulness of childhood is one expression of the essence of this season's spirit and they take that with them when they invade the overly serious study group and turn it into a party.
As you noticed, gogobebe is written so that g flips into b. That's a clue to the numerology. gogobebe is aka 9966 so both the letters and numbers flip very conveniently, like the house numbers in the MV. 9 / 6 is the standard Korean work day. 6 19 is Mamamoo's debut date in 2014. In another flip, 9 / 6, 6 19 is a palindrome with the slash becoming a one when reversed. My translation of "9 / 6, 6 19. 9 / 6 gogobebe" is "We've been working nonstop since our debut and it's time to Go Go Baby and Par-tay!!"
There are lots of amusing details in the MV that help to convey the members' state of mind but I think you'll figure them out as you rewatch the MV. I don't think you noticed that when Moonbyul broke out of the stifling office environment she busted up through the ceiling and her head emerged through the sidewalk, almost like a daffodil coming up through the late winter snow as a harbinger of spring. I suspect that's exactly what they had in mind since daffodils are yellow and that's the next color in the cycle.

You literally just blew my mind with all this information🤯Thank you so much for explaining this all to me I really didn't know the details for the 4S4C just the very basic information. I loved all the symbolism you pointed out and explaining more of the whole storyline to me. And thank you for telling me the meaning behind the numbers I really wasn't sure what they meant. The hidden details are literally amazing!

But seriously, I think the extra layers of meaning in MMM MVs are impossible to catch on first view. The MVs are sensory overload between the visuals, the music and their voices and good luck trying to read the lyrics at the same time. Many MMM MVs are deceptively simple or so wacky that a lot of folks probably just think it's Mamamoo being Mamamoo (crackheads) but nothing in an MV is there by accident and I think it's fun to dig a little deeper. You noticed a lot of the important points and asked good questions and once you start looking for answers the method behind their beagle madness will emerge, esp with the help of other moomoos. For example, I had no idea that 9 to 6 is the standard Korean work day until a moomoo mentioned it and provided the final clue to the number riddle.
Btw, in case you haven't noticed, Mamamoo likes to play with letter, number and word substitutions. Other examples are Yes I Am with Hwasa's iconic line "Me, me, 4 with the sun," which translates to "I love myself," and Moonbyul's solo song G999.

this is random of me... i absolutely love your reactions! but i don't think its your keyboards fault at the beginning.... i've noticed when you are tapping space to start the video it doesn't work, thats because the last icon that you clicked on was the "Settings" icon, so it was highlighting that again for you. the space bar will work to "play" and "pause" once you have clicked the video again or tapped the "play" button again to get it from thinking you're still trying to use the "settings"... i used to get so mad at mine as well till i realized it thought i was still messing with the settings and not ready to play the video. i hope i am making sense.. i try to change the settings, then click the full screen button, and then when i tap space it works! i hope that helps!

Then their 4S4C concerts were split basically into two different versions because of the timeline in which they were performed (meaning what albums had been released at the time). First it was S/S (Spring/Summer) version which was slightly different in songs than the F/W (Fall/Winter) version of the concerts simply because the F/W had all of the seasons/songs available for it.
As for "9/6" is in reference to the work hours... like for the US we typically say 8 to 5.... and then Moonbyul says "6.19" which is their debut date. June 19th, 2014.
