Losing your tan is easy is you know why you get it, if you use good sunprotection (sunscreens) and if you exfoliate. The main treatment that works for tan removal is exfoliation and there are different types of exfoliation such as manual exfoliation and chemical exfoliation. In the video I have mentioned different homecare DIY treatments and clinic procedures that you can get done to reduce your tan.

Most of us wouldn't have even heard or considered these options to get rid of tan. Thank you for sharing this. Many years ago I had terrible acne, so bad that some people joked if it was chicken pox!! Dr. Manjot then put me on the oral medication, she explained how I was to change the dosage each month and it has been 6 years I haven't had a pimple!! Everytime someone asks me about my flawless skin I just tell me my dermatologist is awesome!!

When I wash my face it becomes brighter and clean with no tan but after a couple of hours my skin again gets dull and tanned. Can you tell me why so ??

It is because you don't use sunscreen regularly
It’s because of sebum secretions that is the oily skin…try using an oil control face wash and a clay mask once a week

Tan is the worst thing omg I can't wear Slevless and I don't know what to do. My inner skin far different from outer skin. It's struggles me alot
Same with me. In my case, I can't even wear half sleeve clothes because of my uneven skin tone. My hands & face are darker and my entire body is freaking pale 🤦♀️

Even if you're at your home, UVA rays will still affect your skin.

I used this medicine my dermatologist also recommend it for my cystic acne I just used it only 20 days and my hair fall as rain fall my skin turn normal to dry actually extremely dry I never ever used it again and even can't think to used it again thick to thin hair was very heart broken 💔 now it has been 7 years but my hair not grow back 😭😭😭 I personally recommend don't try any oral medicine like vit a ( medicine my dermatologist recommended me was " freeace " ) please don't use it you will regret it whole your life please just don't use it 💔💔💔💔

my college my skin problems started. im a hosteller... I use a lots of sunscreens... Shadow ' mamaearth' dr sheaths vitamin c and ceramide sunscreen... Here is too hot and after i applying sunscreen my skin getting dark.. I have combination skin and i dont know what to do... When i look at the mirror i feel so sad about myself.. Yuppp it is u can also go for weekly exfoliation by using AHA BHA peeling solution but sunscreen is the savior be consistent to apply it in every 2 hr whether u r home or in sun and be patient as well as consistent it will take time to fed tan

Depends of ur skin type of course but mostly from 14 to as long as your skin allows the retinol to work :)
How and when person should apply retinoil cream ?
Should be very short contact. Like fist use very little all over the face just for 1 hr, then wash it.. and then slowly slowly increase time over weeks. But this really depends on your skin and is not a generalized thing. If you have Rosacea.. it may never suit you also

Doc, can laser toning be helpful for slight pigmentation or tanning on left cheek and can it be done in a single sitting?
Laser toning does help but the results won't last long unless you get 4-5 sittings and use a Sunscreen along with it.

It is a vit A derivative based tablet with lots of side effects and needs blood tests to be taken when you are having it. So for everyone's safety.. I can't mention it on RUclips . I am sceptical people will try it and blame me for it 😅
Hi doc can retinol be used for under eye skin as well ? There is a lot of speculation for using it under the eyes in order to getting rid of wrinkles.
It can be in some... But if you have very thin skin it irritates the skin also the percentage of retinol matters. So it's a trial and error method. Vit C is a better option for under eye...if you want to use the same face and undereye serum
