They are so unprofessional. Last year when I query, they called a lot after one year when I faced an issue with my retainer I called on 22nd Sept. They mailed me that I got a call within 24-48 hr I did not get a call till 7th Nov. They did not pick up my number also I called from another number and fixed my scan and it has completed on 9th Nov. Today is the 14th and they didn't give me any update on my smile plane. This is my experience with toothsi who want to choose toothsi think a while for your money and time then decide.
