I had orthodontics for 8 years when I was younger, now as an adult I still wear my retainers every single night and my teeth haven't moved at all. I highly suggest actually wearing your retainers forever.
This is so true. People really need to realize how important it is!! I had braces for almost 3 years, about 18 years ago. I lost my retainer twice and didn't realize how serious the consequences were. My teeth shifted, and it bothered me for years and years but I couldn't afford to get them fixed again. Now here I am, finally ready to go through this painful and expensive process again but this time with Invisalign instead of metal.

From me a braces and now Invisalign user, I highly advise you guys to wear your retainer at night for the REST of your LIFE!!!! It’s no harm, just continue your journey to make sure teeth is not moved. Even if your dentist said no, you have to ask more questions! if not it will shift back (even just few hours!) also through ageing, so do wear retainer everyday after completing your treatment. Of course you will go back for checkups time to time and don’t hesitate to ask to scan for new retainer (and pay a little) when it gets worn out, since you will be using it for your life. I actually did braces when I was younger but it shifted since I stopped wearing retainer listening to my dentist. And now I have to do this all over again with Invisalign. I’m such perfectionist my treatment was supposed to end set 1 tray 36 but I’m now on my set 3 refinements! There’s also a thing called permanent retainer! They will add a wire at the back of teeth. Especially for your “worse” teeth that always move.
Same here. 3 years of braces, no retainer. And now at 33 I'm getting assessed for invisalign because my teeth have shifted so much and my gap has come back. Not a total waste of money because i had ectopic canines and a massive overbite that were corrected. But definitely a waste of my money now to fix it!

I also started invisalign later in life (12/27/19) a month before my 60th birthday. I put my last tray in on Saturday (had 24 in total) but it really has flown by. I go in on 8/5 to have new scans done for refinement stage. So glad I did it...Wish I could have afforded it earlier in life. Good luck!!!
Me too, Ladies! I had regular braces in my 40’s. By age 58 and slacking off on wearing my retainers, my teeth shifted enough to really bother me. Took me a while to decide if I wanted to invest more money in straightening my teeth again. Well, I’m 60 and a half now and just got my first trays and attachments including rubber bands today! I’m excited and happy to perfect my current smile! Good luck to all! And it’s never too late to invest in your health, beauty and self confidence!
I use hydrogen peroxide to clean my aligners. I soak them while I eat my breakfast, and it has been the best to keep them stain free and I never have an issue with plaque on them when I do that. Definitely cheaper than denture cleaner.
Hi Olivia, did you use special food grade hydrogen peroxide? and do you mind sharing where you bought it? It sounds like a good alternative to using denture cleaner.
Speaking from a former braces wearer (I went the Fast Braces route), it’s more than an aesthetic. Having straighter teeth will alleviate any future issues that you will have with your teeth and gums that is not advertised. I had an open bite corrected and crown lengthening. Those were the best decisions that I ever made to my smile. So excited to see you and witness your teeth journey.
I watched your video right before I got Invisalign and now I’m watching it again 4 months in and I COMPLETELY AGREE!!! It’s one of the best decisions I’ve ever made for myself! Recommend 10/10
Your smile looks so great! I had metal braces recently for 16 months because I didn’t qualify for Invisalign. It was the best decision I’ve ever made. I always felt bad about my smile but never realized how much it really bothered me until it was fixed. It’s amazing the amount of confidence you get when you are happy with your smile :)
I have Invisalign, and I change my trays every 10 days! I have had braces twice before this and my teeth have moved back over the last ten years since I've had braces last. It is SO MUCH EASIER than having braces and I love that you're going through this journey too!! Also, that toothpaste really is a game changer!
My goodness. I came for information because I’m about to start the Invisalign journey. Ended up watching the video twice more purely because this lass is a brilliant orator. Really well done.
Wear your retainers like your life depends on it!! My teeth have shifted slightly since I got my braces off 15 years ago and I will never forgive myself 😭 trying to use the quarantine time to shove my old retainers in and move them back 🤣❤️
@@plumpbosom3670 they managed to keep my two front teeth from climbing on each other, so that good. But, unfortunately not much change for my bottom teeth. I left them off for too long. I guess I have to get new retainers. But I'm still wearing them though.
It is so funny bc I have watched you for years and can honestly say I never noticed or thought twice about your teeth. But now, those pictures are so shocking how much they’ve changed. Glad you are so happy with the progress!
Best cosmetic investment is your teeth. My parents didn't believe me when I said my teeth shifted after my retainer broke (after 5 years of use). I got a new one for I believe $250 and well worth it.
It was so nice listening to you! Im starting my invisalign soon and it was nice to hear how you have been dealing with it. I cant wait to be my best and put up a great smile in spring 2024 and start dating again with confidence!

Jessica - I’m so excited for you! I had adult braces (Damon style) that I just got off in April and I have to say, having the pretty, straight smile that I always wanted has been such a confidence booster. I smile so much more now and people think I’m so much friendlier (I normally have RBF - lol!)
OMG, the coffee thing!! That has seriously been the biggest problem for me after starting Invisalign. I love to drink coffee all day long and don't want to brush my teeth 20 times a day. I will use your trip with the straw and cooling down the coffee. Love your humor too, this helped greatly!

You’re teeth look SO good. You are a really good candidate/example for Invisalign. Honestly if people are looking at your teeth, it’s because they look so nice.
Do I have perfectly straight teeth and will never need Invisalign? Yes. Will I watch a nearly 30 minute video of Jess talking about Invisalign because I'll watch anything she puts out? Also yes. Lol real talk though I think your teeth look great and I'm glad you're putting this info out there for others who will find it personally useful. 😁
I just turned 50 and am 6 months into traditional braces. (Was not a candidate for invisilign) I feel the same. Best decision I have ever made and wish I would have done it sooner. My smile has changed so much and I can’t wait to see the final results.
I absolutely love your personality! Thanks for explaining about your experience. I just started....99 trays, 7 attachments, have to change them every 2 days (!) and go back to see the Orthodontist in 3 months. You gave great tips!
I started invisalign now, am still in my first week, 48 trays (way more than I thought it would be, sigh). I´m still having to figure out how to get them out easier, it´s difficult to get them off my teeth. But I am willing to learn, and I follow the instructions and am so excited about seeing a change. I´m almost 50 years old, and have been recommended that for a while, but never had the money till now. So now I finally do it! Thanks for your videos, yours are some of the absolute best on youtube!
I know this was an innocent comment but I’m currently doing Invisalign and I hate when my friends say this to me because it’s a personal insecurity of mine your opinion on the teeth I hate is really unnecessary I’m obviously trying to fix it so just support that. hope this didn’t come off bad but just something to keep in mind.
Rashido she is supporting her by saying she looks great either way. And no you’re not coming of the wrong way. Its always good to know how these comments are receive. Sometimes when a person says something with the intent to compliment might not be receive as such. I think we were just saying she looks great then and now and that just as long as shes doing what she wants thats all that matters. ❤️
It’s always mildly irritating when people say that there was nothing wrong with my teeth 😊 most don’t pay close enough attention to notice. I had to live with them everyday so I noticed
It's not about how her smile looks now, as you age, if your teeths are crooked, then that would cause a lot of dental issues. You do not want to go for flap surgery, tooth extractions, implants and all that horror.
My 15 year old daughter had Invisalign and we loved it!!! She was able to go through her dentist and we thought that was great. I liked watching you go through the same things she did.
Thank you for this channel. I am in my 70s and decided to do something for myself. Yes, it's work, sometimes inconvenient and uncomfortable, but I'm excited to be on this journey. I needed the insight and information I am getting from you.

The way you talk about this is how I feel about Lasik! Before I got it, I wore glasses literally everyday for 15 years--it was a part of my style; I wore glasses on my wedding day and rocked them! Since I got Lasik in December though, it feels sooo *normal* and *me*. Glad you're loving your results!
Ahh Jessica (nice name btw), you’ve saved me in many ways more than one! I’m on week one and when I searched up Invisalign, I was so surprised to see someone familiar! I have been watching you for YEARS, so thank you so so much for this (these) videos. Thank you!
I have brackets and I was completely unprepared for how sore my teeth were. Now after about 4 months they are feeling normal. I wish I could have had Invisalign, but I have some missing teeth and bone loss. But I am glad I am doing braces at 42. I will get implants when I am done. Glad you are having a good experience.
Thanks for the informative video. I had invisaline when I was a teen, never wore my retainer, and just had to restart the 5 month process as an adult. I was kind of hesitant to go through this all over again, but I'm very encouraged hearing your story!
I'm starting my invisiline next week, I have to go back in every 6-8 weeks and it costs $8000 here in Australia I can't wait though 😍😍😍😍 I'm so glad i have found your channel xx
I LOVE how thorough you are with your explanations! Thank you for this video. I’m going to share it with my sister, who’s been wanting to get this done.
Thank you for your video, I'm 40 and just started invisalign 2 days ago. I related to everything you said. I too grappled with whether or not to do them for 10+ yrs, regret not doing it before my wedding, always had to make sure during pictures I was on my good side, etc etc. So far 2 days in and no issues. No one can even tell I'm wearing them and I have zero lisp luckily. I luckily only have to wear them for 23 weeks and change them once a week so it seems like a lot and I'm kinda nervous, but watching your video with your good energy about the product is a nice relief to make me realize 'I got this' Thank you ~ Kim
Oh my gosh this was amazing. I have Invisalign right now. As shallow as it sounds, I was so nervous about people noticing, not being able to get drinks with friends or having my morning coffee. I have so many ways around it. Haha. I'm only on week 6 right now but I wish I had seen you video before I got them. I also bought a travel toothbrush and travel toothpaste which as been a game changer! I keep them in my purse and whip them out if I need to after a meal with friends or a night out.
I always had straight teeth but had terrible TMJ pain for a few years. I now have clear aligners after wearing a jaw splint to correct my bite for almost two years. When I first got the aligners my teeth would hardly touch in the back. Eating was hard. After about 6 months of the trays my teeth are looking and feeling awesome. They are really straight and my bite is getting better! They are relatively easy to deal with and I have less pain each time I get new trays. I change my trays every 3 weeks and have to go to the orthodontist every 6 weeks, I think because of my special case. I'm a fan!
I’m so happy I found your videos! I am getting Invisalign in a few weeks and it is so refreshing to hear about your good experience! I am also nervous of the change it will have on my life but you have made me feel a lot better ☺️. Your smile looks great too!
I am finally finishing up my Invisalign...over 3 years since I started it. I changed every two weeks, had to have 3 sets of trays made, and had to have small “brackets” (like mini-braces) on my bottom teeth. I also had to use rubber bands. My orthodontist is amazing and his particular system is that I paid one price (in monthly installments), even if extra time or work was needed. It was definitely more involved (and took longer) than I anticipated, but I’m so glad I did it ☺️
So helpful! I had my consult yesterday and your journey and tips and tricks brought up things I hadn’t considered. I also love that you’re smart, real, and talk fast-absolutely my style! Glad I stumbled across your channel!
Thank you for sharing your experiences! I’ve been considering Invisalign for years. BTW - you are legit one of my absolute favorite beauty channels on here! Always awesome, helpful, honest, reliable and fantastic to watch. Beautiful smile😃
I had Invisalign until August 2019, and treatment was a total of 18 months. The most annoying things were that I had a 6 month revision because I developed an open bite in my molars that tends to happen a lot with Invisalign, so that had to be corrected. I switched my trays every two weeks, and by far my biggest tip was to put my new trays on at night. I didn't have much pain in the beginning, but once they started correcting the open bite in my molars it was KILLER. I definitely had a lisp throughout my whole treatment, and I noticed my tongue would get tripped up a lot while talking, and I kind of had to train my tongue to speak differently or I'd fumble my words a lot.
I have Invisalign and I also drink my coffee with a straw. Ppl are worried about staining but I change my trays every ten days and if the back of trays get slightly stained it does not bother me. I am doing almost everything what you are suggesting so it’s nice to see that I am not the only one. Good luck.
There are different levels of Invisalign providers. There are general dentists that offer this as well traditional orthodontists. If you get told you can’t do them go to someone that can do more complicated cases. Your smile looks awesome Jessica ☺️

Me too! I’m 63 & just started. My tray #2 (of 14) is tonight! can’t wait! changing trays every 2 weeks.
P.S. Have quite a lithp.
@@renee6863 I also have rubber band, aren't they fun?!! 😜
I use hydrogen peroxide to clean my aligners. I soak them while I eat my breakfast, and it has been the best to keep them stain free and I never have an issue with plaque on them when I do that. Definitely cheaper than denture cleaner.
@@limy7430 Not in moderation, as in a pea-sized amount once a month for teeth whitening. Otherwise, it will damage enamel and break down dentin.
It will also prevent you from accidentally biting your lip when eating, make it easier to floss, and help prevent cavities
I hate this general perception that straighter teeth is purely aesthetic
I watched your video right before I got Invisalign and now I’m watching it again 4 months in and I COMPLETELY AGREE!!! It’s one of the best decisions I’ve ever made for myself! Recommend 10/10
Girl, she looked so good with her glasses and her hair pulled back I was like 😳
Your smile looks so great!
I really did not think you had a bad smile but when you showed the pictures of before and now. WOW! Bid difference in your smile. Beautiful 💕
My goodness. I came for information because I’m about to start the Invisalign journey. Ended up watching the video twice more purely because this lass is a brilliant orator. Really well done.
Wear your retainers like your life depends on it!! My teeth have shifted slightly since I got my braces off 15 years ago and I will never forgive myself 😭 trying to use the quarantine time to shove my old retainers in and move them back 🤣❤️
Oh my gosh. The same happened to me! Has it worked?
I just started wearing my old retainers in hopes my teeth will shift back.
do you have any updates as to how it’s been working?
@@plumpbosom3670 they managed to keep my two front teeth from climbing on each other, so that good. But, unfortunately not much change for my bottom teeth. I left them off for too long. I guess I have to get new retainers. But I'm still wearing them though.
Just be cautious, using poorly fitting old retainers can actually be dangerous if your teeth have shifted too much since then.
SAME
It is so funny bc I have watched you for years and can honestly say I never noticed or thought twice about your teeth. But now, those pictures are so shocking how much they’ve changed. Glad you are so happy with the progress!
I know right?! My smile is very similar to her before pic and I was on the fence whether to get this done, but seeing the difference with her sold me!
Best cosmetic investment is your teeth. My parents didn't believe me when I said my teeth shifted after my retainer broke (after 5 years of use). I got a new one for I believe $250 and well worth it.
Michele Ann I totally agree. I find it so crazy in some other countries they don’t agree with us here 😂
It was so nice listening to you! Im starting my invisalign soon and it was nice to hear how you have been dealing with it. I cant wait to be my best and put up a great smile in spring 2024 and start dating again with confidence!
Returning back to this video to say THANK YOU for sharing your Invisalign experience! I just got my first trays today and have begun my journey. Hearing your experience really helped in my research and decision, so thank you!
I've paid my down-payment and get my first trays mid-December. Feel nervous about spending so much money on myself but I'm really excited about the idea of being free of my one insecurity/vanity. Thanks for these videos that helped convince me to take the first steps to look into my options 😁🙏
You just gave me so much motivation….. my teeth currently look EXACTLY like yours did before you started and I get mine started hopefully this week……I was wanting 12 months to go by so fast but to see your difference in just 6 months makes me so happy!!!!!
How is it going??
@@td31g … going great!!! I’m done with my treatment and my teeth look beautiful! I get compliments alll the time and I feel so good about myself. If it let me share pics on here I’d send you one! Lll
So funny almost every ad in this video is for a different aligner company! 🤣
Oddly I have been looking forward to this even though I already had regular braces years ago. I hope you all (especially Tyler with Disney closing) are doing well and stay safe and healthy!
I thought the same thing when I heard Disney was closing.
Michaela Carlson-Juarez off topic- but your profile picture is beautiful! 💖
wendy darling- thank you so much!
Amazing results. Im on day 3 of my journey and nobody warned me about the ache and pains!! Praying my results are as good as yours.
You convinced me to go get a consultation myself! I have a much much more extreme case, but i still qualified. Its going to take 20 months total, so much longer. I get my trays in a couple week and I'm so excited!
Hey, how’s your progress coming along? Have you noticed any changes in your teeth?
@@marcuscx9643 So far I can feel some minor changes. It doesnt look that much different yet, but I can certainly feel it!
Tiara O I’m so excited to get mine, i get them in 2 weeks after months of waiting cause of this virus, mainly need my top teeth done cause the right side is very spaced since I had a teeth removed when I had a jaw infection, the teeth on side where the tooth was removed all spaced out since I had a teeth missing
Heyy, any updates on your progress ?
@@damienpiat8275 Its going really well! I was a bit delayed in getting my aligners thanks to covid, but I'm on #38 now! I can see a massive difference in my teeth and the pain has been much less than i expected.
I had metal braces as an adult and it was the absolute best decision for me. I'm gregarious and have become so much more genuine because I'm not trying to hide my smile. :D
Jessica - I’m so excited for you! I had adult braces (Damon style) that I just got off in April and I have to say, having the pretty, straight smile that I always wanted has been such a confidence booster. I smile so much more now and people think I’m so much friendlier (I normally have RBF - lol!)
Me: had braces growing up, doesn’t plan on getting Invisalign, really doesn’t care about Invisalign, still watches because it’s Jessica 💜
OMG, the coffee thing!! That has seriously been the biggest problem for me after starting Invisalign. I love to drink coffee all day long and don't want to brush my teeth 20 times a day. I will use your trip with the straw and cooling down the coffee. Love your humor too, this helped greatly!
LOVE HOW DETAILED AND FAST YOU ARE ! I WAS THINKING ABOUT REG BRACES, BUT AFTER WATCHING THIS I BELIEVE I’LL GET INVISIBLE JUST BECAUSE YOU ANSWERED ALL MY QUESTIONS AND GAVE TIPS. NO NEED TO WATCH OTHER VIDEOS. THANK YOU.
You’re teeth look SO good. You are a really good candidate/example for Invisalign. Honestly if people are looking at your teeth, it’s because they look so nice.
Thank you for all your honest experiences with Invisalign. I am 41 and I want to fix my smile so badly. ❤️
Thanks for your videos, yours are some of the absolute best on youtube!
hey how did it go for u? did u c gud results?
I actually think your smile was adorable before! I understand why you got invisalign but you look great either way☆
Tina G I always thought this. I loved her smile before also. It made her look so cute and young. But I agree she does look great either way. ❤️
How did she cope with having to take them out, brush, etc during school? Did she just swish out her mouth with water instead?
Thank you for this channel. I am in my 70s and decided to do something for myself. Yes, it's work, sometimes inconvenient and uncomfortable, but I'm excited to be on this journey. I needed the insight and information I am getting from you.
The way you talk about this is how I feel about Lasik! Before I got it, I wore glasses literally everyday for 15 years--it was a part of my style; I wore glasses on my wedding day and rocked them! Since I got Lasik in December though, it feels sooo *normal* and *me*. Glad you're loving your results!
I thought about lasik but I can't deal with the fact of them touching my eyes...aren't you awake when they do the procedure?
I wear them every 2 weeks and there's no pain at all. They feel tight the first 2 days but after that it's not bad at all.
Brilliant video! You answered ALL of my questions after years of overthinking this!!! I’m 45 and been overthinking it since I was 18!!!
❤❤❤ thankyou this is really informative. So nervous but you make it sound ok
Thanks for the informative video. I had invisaline when I was a teen, never wore my retainer, and just had to restart the 5 month process as an adult. I was kind of hesitant to go through this all over again, but I'm very encouraged hearing your story!
I'm starting my invisiline next week, I have to go back in every 6-8 weeks and it costs $8000 here in Australia I can't wait though 😍😍😍😍
I'm so glad i have found your channel xx
I LOVE how thorough you are with your explanations! Thank you for this video. I’m going to share it with my sister, who’s been wanting to get this done.
Just booked an appointment after stalling for like 3 years. Thanks for the info!
Your teeth look incredible. I'm so happy for you and feeling better about your gorgeous smile!
I'm 42 and getting Invisalign very soon, already had a consultation, all good to go ahead, excited!
Thank you. I got my Invisalign today and you have helped ease my nerves so much because I have an 18 months journey ahead of me. Thanks again 😊
I'm almost 40 and getting Invisalign on Wednesday and omg I'm nervous so thank you thank you for posting these vids. Your smile looks amazing BTW 😍😍
On an unrelated note, your hair looks so shiny, healthy, and soft!
@ 20:10 “It’s not a big a deal as you’re making it in your head...” I needed to hear that. Day 4 with Invisalign for me,. Great video:)
Your videos are my absolute favorite! As a dental student, I just love this video. It combines the best of both worlds in my opinion😂 I can tell such a difference in your confidence in your videos and your smile is beautiful!! I’m so excited to see the final result💕
Thank you SO much for posting these videos! I just started Invisalign a week ago and I came across your first video and loved it- super informative! Also, I can see why some people commented that they don’t have Invisalign, they just love watching your videos, because I feel the same way. Something about you and the way you talk is very captivating. :)
Oh Jessica, I have just binge watched your 3 Invisalign videos - all brilliant, but the story on the plane is the best 😅 and incredible how much your teeth moved back in just 6 hours! 😮 Thanks so much for sharing your journey. I have had the initial digital scans and just pressed the button to start the ClinCheck! 😃🙏🏻
I'm 73 and just started. All my life I've hated my teeth, especially when it came to being attractive the opposite sex. Actually, I've always had very attractive women in my life, but I've always wondered what it would have been like to have attractive teeth. Great video, just leave your hair alone. You have a beautiful smile. Thank you.
WTH did her hair do to you?!!😂😂😂😂
I love your new smile. ❤💕 And I am so glad to know my teeth can be fixed in less than a year.
Your teeth look great! I am on my last Invisalign tray (30 trays) and about to get fitted for my retainers. It feels so good to be done, it’s been 2 years for me because they were fixing the shifting then correcting my bite
You no what am just watching your teeth Invisalign right now and I love it , my doctor actually told me I need to do this and I have being so novice about it but you made me so comfortable doing it right now, I use to be so shy to smile in public 😞...now I will be so confidence with my teeth just like you said lol, can’t wait for my appointment anymore 🥰
I just got my invisalign yesterday and I'm 14 its hurts but I know it's going to be better. I also bite my nails and have my whole life and hopefully breaks my habit. And I dont have a lisp and its covid-19 and I'm glad I have to wear a mask so nobody sees 💗
I don’t have invisiline, not thinking about getting it, just like watching your videos while I do laundry and other housework. Thanks for the company 🤗
I got laid off for six weeks because my work is shut down and hearing you say “5 weeks is a blink of an eye” made me feel so much better. I’ve been freaking out about it but oddly enough that help put things in perspective
Today is my second day of Invisalign and I am loving it!!!! Better hygiene can’t wait to get results. ❤️😘
Could you please let us know how it was? And how much did it hurt?
Finally found someone that talks about the biggest problem... coffee!!!! I miss my coffee so much!!!
Thank you for some great information! I get my first set of aligners in 3 weeks. Your videos were go great in helping me prepare for this! I've had crooked teeth my whole life (I'm 59) and am so excited to do this!!! I will FINALLY have a nice smile. Thank you!
I finally decided to do invisalign and I'm so excited! Your video makes me even more excited!
Invisalign cured my lisp! I had a bad one growing up until I got in Invisalign and now it only comes out when I’m drinking (alcohol) lol
Great advice! I work in the hospital and I have a patient that wear inviciline; she almost lost hers, because she took it off and put it in her food tray, and sure enough she forgot to take it before I collected the tray; she got lucky because I was able to trace where and the kitchen haven't clean her tray. You're right that never take it off and not put it in the container.
I just got invisaline today. It was hard to take the trays out and put them back but I think I'll get better with practice. It was reassuring to see your video! 😊
Your glow up is REAL !! LOVE U
Hi Jessica, you can see such a difference when you show the before. Either way you are so lovely but I'm happy for you and all the work and life change to make it work so well. I think they should use your positive experience and beautiful smile as a model for Invisalign :) Love you and your channel xoxo
Omg I am so happy to see you can still drink coffee with Invisalign in your mouth. This is my third day with Invisalign. This is my only concern cuz I love coffee so much. I will start drinking coffee with straws from tmr! Thanks 😆
I was totally scared about starting my treatment. You changed my perspective 100%!! I must admit, I love the thought of drinking coffee through a straw. I’m going to go for it!
I was told I need Invisalign to correct a jaw issue (or I could wait and get jaw surgery in 5-10 years... so not a choice). I've been angry and disgruntled about having to do it but this really did help with my apprehension. Thank you!
9:34 Jessica, I have come here for this!!! THANK YOU!!! I often joke that, in my family, we are caffeine-based life forms. 🤣 Coffee is life and I hope the day never comes in which I must avoid it.
Yes!!! I’ve been so excited to hear your update about Invisalign! I’m strongly considering them and I really appreciate all the information and tricks!
Thank you for the feedback. I’m on week 8. Definitely see the difference. Keep these coming.
Omggg the not bitting your nails part sounds just perfect! Looking forward to kicking this habit!!
I just got my Invisalign yesterday. Love the first two videos I watched. Thanks
getting mine in two weeks and for some reason im so excited. i've been waiting on straighter teeth for so long! 😁
I just got mine yesterday and it’s so painful lmao
So glad I found this! Getting them next year to correct some overcrowding my wisdom teeth caused and help with my overbite. If I survived 2 years of braces when I was younger I can totally rock this
Your teeth look amazing!!! I am in the process of getting Invisalign! Can't wait.
I am getting invisiline tomorrow. This was the best video ever! Thanks for sharing!
oh my gosh im so happy i came across ur channel. I'm getting invisalign soon and u covered some of my concerns especiallly the coffee!!!
