Adult Henry lived/filmed in Howard Beach, Karen lived/filmed North Woodmere. The scene at the beach club is located in Atlantic Beach called Catalina. Good amount of locations filmed in the Five Towns...After all she may own the whole block
The scene where you see Morey and his wife dead in their car was shot under the Long Island Railroad tracks on Bessemer Street in Richmond Hill, right off Hillside Avenue.

I've passed the Airline Diner several times but I've eaten at other Jackson Hole locations in Manhattan. Excellent burgers
