    sir i am speaking from West Bengal. My 1600m run isn't improving, eight laps on the 200m track. About to enter at 6.30 minutes, my time there is about 8 minutes and 10 seconds. I don't have a long steps. It would be better if you give some information on how to reduce the time. Currently my weight is 69 kg

Baaki jis din core kro us din stride maaro. Minimum pehle din 8 marna 30 sec k gap m. Thoda push kro. Kisi coach ki help l lo warna koi esa friend pakdo jo push kre aur jab na kre to dande maare. Jaldi line p aa jaega. Baaki kab kitni speed rkhni h y apko khud sochni pdegi.
      Mere according ap 3 km to 60-70% ki energy s bhagie fir 1 km ap 80% then half km ap upar ki body ko rok k sirf per jitni tej chala skte ho chalao kyunki itne time m apki saans thoda normal p aegi then last k ese maaro jese Jaan nikalne wali ho.
      Ek hafte kr k dekho. Baaki hame btana

      @@rahulyt8843 ni. Week m teen din running 50 min s 1 hr tk. Plus streching roj krni h he with pushup aur jitni bhi apki exercise h uski 15 k 3 set. Aur baaki teen din stairs climbing kro. Thighs m pain rhega but wahi per strong bnaega aur thakan kam krega. Stairs climbing k sath cardio plus 8 strides aur streching. Ek din ap rest lo ya walk kro bs.
