Great content Darren - keep it up ! I'm using your tips and those of Mike Trees to get my 5k time down to 20 minutes while also becoming a better sprinter. Sprinting is so much fun - everyone should be doing it. Just wish I'd started earlier instead of waiting 35 years since school!
@@1betterrun 22.15 and aiming for under 20 minutes. I've been lazy and running under 20km per week. Need to up my mileage and targe regular weekly speed sessions. My 100m time was 11.5 secs without weights - aiming to get a lot faster. Age is not a limiting factor - just knowledge.
