In the quick start guide, it explains how to turn the bike on properly, and how to use the drive modes. If you’re in dirt mode on the asphalt, it can flip over. If you used the street modes or wheelie mode, it would it flip over on acceleration. Also, in the quick start it is explained on how to shut the flywheel off so it turns off more quickly.
It must be completely still to calibrate the MS6X. If you leave the radio on and turn off the flywheel, it will stop much faster. Your mode is key for the surface. It's all in the manuals/vids. Better preparation will help.

You should of done your homework before borrowing the Losi bike to give it a fair review.. I can tell you not that into bikes😂 but was cool of you to make the trip to bring the bike to your viewers 👍. Between the QR manual and available videos on the losi moto bike there is lots of useful information like the brake & steering trims and the 3 drive modes. You would have liked “Wheelie” mode because the smart technology is made to prevent the bike from falling backwards unintentionally. If it helps, Proline does make ProMoto street tires and they come pre mounted on moto rims. I find this video useful on the wear & tear on the rider’s suit in terms of rode rash. I was also surprised how well it took the jump on the steep raised edge to the walkway. This is one of those things where “It’s cool” you know😎🤷♂️ the kind of thing you want to hold and appreciate up close and admire the craftsmanship and just get to experience what it’s like just to feel complete, bcs we love rc 😝 so it’s a matter of how bad do you want it. I’m sure ppl will be speed running it soon 🏍️

Nope he did what 99% of ppl do with a new rc when they get it. I am on to read manuals first but thos is a great representation of what most should expect when getting one amd the outcome of that. Props to Earl for keeping it real and being human
When you get something new read the instructions that’s why they are included so you know how to get the most out of your purchase - When you turn the bike on it needs to be on it’s side or on it’s stand and you turn the gyro off on the transmitter because this will engage an electric brake and will stop the gyro after about 40 seconds otherwise it will keep spinning for up to 5 minutes.
With Any rc bike the steering is opposite so it ca lean into the turn. You use the throttle control the width/radius of The turn. You are the most honest rc RUclipsr I’ve watched. Great vid man. Keep it going.
9:46 what drive mode are you in? I know there’s 3 and in street mode it shouldn’t do that. I feel like your in dirt mode maybe. Wheelie mode should allow you to just pull a wheelie and the mx rate knob controls the angle I believe. Back to the video 👊👊👍👍

I knew you were in trouble when you had the steering backwards, but didnt realize it when you set it up. I have a fleet of rc bikes. There are other videos showing this bike in a completely different light. It does wheelies all day long without flipping over. Read the manual to learn about the cool modes and functions before you do a review. You seemed confused start to finish...lol.
Wow! This should be entitled how to mess up my beautiful RC motorcycle in less than three minutes! I fly collective pitch helicopters before I even get off the ground I read the manual and need to know the boundaries of the Helicopter period. Kudos on making the video though you can teach people how not to start any RC model before you read the directions and learn about the model before you even buy it. Good video right on!
It makes me SAD for all of us that have pre-ordered this bike, watched every video, and know exactly what to do the moment the battery is charged. The hobby store that loaned it to you should be PISSED for killing sales, not to mention LOSI for trash talking their product due to lack of knowledge. I’m a basher/UDR guy & never had a bike because they all drove like yours did in your video. From what I have seen, LOSI really did the research for a long time before releasing this model. All other vids out there show first time drivers getting it within minutes. Benefit of the doubt Brother… maybe yours really is broken?

Ya I went back and watched again. You started in street called it non wheely then you went into dirt which is why it was flipping. The last mode is wheelie where it will stay in a wheelie without flipping. Looks like at times you were in street and at times in dirt. Never saw wheelie mode unless you have a defective bike. Also don’t unplug the bike before you shut off the flywheel, it will use a drag brake instead of slowing down over a couple of minutes when you just unplug the battery.
Still looks like a lot of fun. Didn't realize you were local to me. I love that Hobby Shop. They are super helpful. And I've never seen that park that empty.
I'd be curious to see how it ran without the rider figure at all. I feel like he's just extra weight and not required for it to work. It may not self right as well without him on it but if you were more experienced at keeping the rubber side down it might just end up a better experience without him. Sure it would look a bit funny just ghost riding everywhere but it would be better in the long run I think.

Looks like someone needs to offer aftermarket elbow guards, wheelie bar and a hard back/chest plate. It's cool but I think people will find it to be a novelty. I know Traxxas has been working on a motorcycle for close to a decade but never released one. I bet they'll get on it now. I also think a street version will be cool, but still a novelty. Got to give Losi props because it looks really cool and it has to be the best handling dirt bike produced (yet). I bet people will be afraid to drive it if they add a bunch of anodized aluminum goodies. Cheers!

Yeah, I think you’ll do better in the dirt ,but I know you didn’t want to take it there cause you didn’t want to get it all dirty because it’s the demo. and you have to leave the power on so the Gyro spins down quicker. It has a has a brake !

I’m still a caveman😂. I don’t read manuals either….but in this day and age there is YT! 10 minutes of video watching would have saved at least a 80 to 100 bucks in damage to something that was only on for about 10min and not even his.

The way it’s flipping over it even looks capable of a backflip, maybe it can if you can turn it off but the gyro might stop it doing a complete rotation. I bet someone will figure it out. Who do you think is going to do the 1st backflip with this thing?
the way you have gone about this unboxing is the same as most would do and showing all the true to life ups and downs with this drop is cool as other ppl on RUclips show it like its their first run and not telling you that they have already ran it for two or three packs as theirs is scuff marks and so on on it so ppl be grateful for the truth straight up just like with all of Earl Mooreheads video's
My cousin drove this rc and crashed into my cousin's car and went under the bumper. Just a dislocated shoulder was the damage, but he didn't feel pain. There is no report for the accident, tho lol popped the shoulder right in lol.
I have been trying on the wheelies as well. I managed to balance at least 50 feet on my street, and when I go offroad, I tip over a lot it's a tough rc to balance on loose dirt.
It’s a demo model not a display there display they sell them for there demo models they store byes them and let people try them on Sunday’s when the host there parking lot race events good way to sell rc’s is to let customers play with them 👌

I'm watching this video and shaking my head. It's like you did everything wrong. You need to read the instruction manual, and explains everything from the startup to even shutting down the flywheel. It did it all wrong. The wheeling shouldn't do that. The turning can be adjusted. You just take it out of the box and go without looking at anything? I guarantee the bike runs fine it's 100% user error.
You need to turn the ms6 rate all the way down to see how much you can bring the front wheel up. Then turn higher a little at a time to get your desired wheel hight .
These are not real things people experience because most people will do some research like reading the manual or watching the multiple videos Losi have put out explaning exactly how to operate it?
I've never head a controller play that time. 100° is too damn hot to RC! We were out crawling the other day and it was 90 ° the rigs weren't real happy with us. Can't wait to see the cycle rip
How bout reading the entire owners manual before even turning the bike on. You remind me of my kids never wanting to read the instructions for any toy they get. The steering is not backwards, it suppose to be that way.

You keep doing the same thing over and over and expecting a different outcome. I’ve seen you do this to so many rc’s and always blame the manufacturer. If your would have read everything and did your research it wouldn’t have damaged it so much. All the other RUclips’s did fine with their’s.
Hard to watch you just keep flipping on tarmac after going up that curb over and over then wonder why it had so much wear and tear..!! This video at least showed the durability of the rider and that his head won't easily be ripped from his shoulders. I wonder if the novelty of this model will wear off after a lot of owners have done 20 wheelies up the street..?

Did you engage the flywheel I Don't hear it running and it's supposed to be able to lay against those rollers on the side when you tight turns

Transmitter to close to the bike. Mine does that move away about 4ft an it connects

You need to turn the ms6 rate all the way down to see how much you can bring the front wheel up. Then turn higher a little at a time to get your desired wheel hight .

How bout reading the entire owners manual before even turning the bike on. You remind me of my kids never wanting to read the instructions for any toy they get. The steering is not backwards, it suppose to be that way.

You keep doing the same thing over and over and expecting a different outcome. I’ve seen you do this to so many rc’s and always blame the manufacturer. If your would have read everything and did your research it wouldn’t have damaged it so much. All the other RUclips’s did fine with their’s.

Hard to watch you just keep flipping on tarmac after going up that curb over and over then wonder why it had so much wear and tear..!! This video at least showed the durability of the rider and that his head won't easily be ripped from his shoulders. I wonder if the novelty of this model will wear off after a lot of owners have done 20 wheelies up the street..?
