guys i just found the solution im leaving here maybe it helps you. Switch internet connection use like a different wifi or mobile hotspot data whatever then launch discord. After it updates you can go back to your default network

@@Hani-se7uu Check your propherties and Look for the commandline to the exe File. For me it Shows Always a wrong exe. Name. Had to Change that.
