Thank you so much. I have been looking for videos like this for a while now. Happy to stumble on your channel. Please continue posting more videos and simulations they are really great for someone trying to get into IT.
East Charmer, I cant thank you enough for these videos. You're helping break down the barrier for people trying to get into this industry. I hope to see continued content on everything that you can replay from your line of work in a lab environment. You're one of my top channels now 🔥🔥🔥
Thank you for these kinds of videos. They really excite me to study and upskill every time I watch your videos, Ate. I would like to suggest creating a video about certifications, particularly which certifications we should pursue, especially for those who are aspiring to work in IT and want to be like you in the future. Thank you so much!
Very informative lahat ng mga videos nyo maam, for Service desk /helpdesk this video is very helpful. inaabangan ko din mga new video uploads nyo. Keep sharing sana di po kayo mag sawa na e share ung IT knowledge nyo..God bless po
A new subscriber to your channel. I found this video very helpful. Km first line support and alot of these queries do come up. Would love to see more vids on AD and troubleshoot printers. Thank you ❤
Welcome aboard! Thank you for subscribing! I'm glad this was helpful! I'm planning to post more ticketing videos like this and definitely with printers (I absolutely hate them lol)
In our company we used ARS (Active Roles Server) not sure if this is a 3rd party application where in we can also check end-user's accounts who are connected to the company's domain.
If possible can you show some remote computer tickets from home. I would like to see how it would look like to troubleshoot remotely and fix issues. Example for someone who wants to work remotely as IT support.
hhmm if the user is having this issue, you really have to troubleshoot it immediately as they're not able to log in at all. But it depends on the scenario too. If the user is remote, it's harder to troubleshoot this because you have to log in with the local admin account and also need to connect to the company network to rejoin the domain. So if they're remote, it's best to have them bring the computer in
I'm confused, I thought that no one should have Full Control? I noticed this when you were adding the user to the HR workgroup and seen the permissions that account had.
MAAM please I was waiting fr your reply for MCSE Windows Server 2022 series, please can you make series for us for free of cost please, am underprivileged
Mirroring User account security is a rookie 1st line mistake. Never do that, or assume they just need the HR drive. That can often lead to users getting access to folders they should not have access too. Only apply Drives / Shares as approved by their Line Manager on the support ticket. Ie. They may only have approval for the HOLIDAY folder within a HR share and no other folders.
Of course everything has to go through approval. And we follow what's on the ticket. But based on my experience, in the ticket the managers would always say mirror this member's access unless the explicitly say they just need this folder. And of course in real world they will be trained on the company policies with user accounts so we can't also assume that it's not done in the workplace just because we have a different experience. This is really interesting in IT. We can't always say in the comments that "you shouldn't do this" "you should do that". It also boils down to the company policies coz not every workplace is the same. This is just an example to simulate an issue. That's why I also explained in a previous video about NTFS permissions where it's more specific
@babajikathullu311 it's "lose" and this is just showing how to fix the issues. Of course they will be trained on what the company policies are on what they should do and don't do. We also make mistakes in IT but we don't just "LOSE" our jobs on stuff like this
Ask a Windows network administrator what AD means and they will say Active Directory. Ask a network administrator or network engineer what AD means and they will say Administrative Distance 🙂

We don't get a lot of those anymore but will try to compile those kind of issues.
Thank you very much again and again..👏. I hope the next video is about disaster recovery.
You're very welcome!! hhmm ,maybe not the next video but yes eventually
for 'workstation trust relationship' error. is required to troubleshoot and approach this kind error while your having live chat with the user?

I'm confused, I thought that no one should have Full Control? I noticed this when you were adding the user to the HR workgroup and seen the permissions that account had.
Full control for files pertaining to HR…Meaning read write and execute permissions.
It was just for the HR folder and that is fine. But yeah we don't give full control for the actual Shared Network folder
How do I contact you ? I need 1-1 help from you
