Sorry if the audio isn't the best and is echoey. I'll make sure to check the audio next time before recording.
It's ok😊🤖
Audio is very annoying and puts off straight away… Also, please have proper punctuation when speaking as after a minute it becomes too monotone and unable to follow what you’re talking about. Otherwise, well done and keep up the good work 👍
Sounds like you have 2 audio sources recording at same time... maybe laptop or webcam... and studio mic recording too... one reason you might want to have 2 audio recording devices is incase one goes bad and so you don't have to rerecorded it.... but set one on right channel and one and left channel... then mute one on post production and upload video... just an fyi so you don't have to redo part of skit all over again
just make sure you switch it to mono before uploading or you will have it just all on one side...LOL
@@robrocco5420 Thanks a lot for the tip. I'm not sure what happened but that may be the case. I've always had decent audio when I'm recording through OBS. I'll double check next time if Audio is ok before I record everything
Very helpful for those people who doesn't have hands-on experience about ticketing system! Keep it up ate!
Glad it was helpful! I'm really happy to share my experience and best practice tips! I'll keep uploading more vids like this
I'm about to give an interview for IT Support in a few days, your videos about real world examples will come in handy. Saving them in a playlist and watching them all before my interview. Thank You!
wow goodluck to your interview!! Yes it's better to be overprepared and it's good to have an idea on real world scenarios
if they ask you troubleshooting questions. just make sure you know the Troubleshooting Methodology, There's several, but they're all similar. Also, almost always they ask this.. if an executive, really important person or someone in payroll calls you about a situation and they are already mad, how would you handle that situation? be prepared for that.
keep these vides coming! Thank you for sharing your experience with us!
Will do! More videos to come with better audio!
You saved me alot... This is what i did in the jobs... I was working on telecom industry as IT service desk

@@EastCharmer you're awesome!!
thank you for the vids! I have trainings on CCNA, MTCNA Certified and Sysad training certified. I'm also knowledgeable on troubleshooting issues like these but in philippines they need someone with 1-2yrs exp on a junior role thats why my roadmap for network engineer hasnt started yet, im still job hunting 😂😂
you're welcome!! hhmm yeah it's tough if they are requiring exp for a junior role. Are there any contract jobs in PH? If there are maybe you can try that so you can gain exp. Goodluck!!
Thanks for sharing, i love your channel.
I'm currently employed as a Technical Support Engineer/Field Engineer, a role that I find both enjoyable and enriching in terms of skill development. However, here in the Philippines, the compensation doesn't fully meet the needs of supporting a family.😢
You're welcome! Glad you like the channel!!! Oh I see 🥺 I hope you can find a job that will compensate you better. Lalo na you got the skills naman. Maybe try to find an American company
Yes I learn from you so much please make like this video

You're very welcome!! I'll keep posting more informative videos with better audio for all of you
@EastCharmer do you need a Basherlor degree for it or a AS will be fine? Thanks
You don't really need a Bachelor's for entry level IT like Helpdesk. AS or certificates + projects are enough
No, you don't need formal education in this field, but you really need experience to get a job in IT. The catch is, in order to get a job, you need experience, and to get experience, you need a job. So, I would really push to get experience however you can - internship, working as tech support for ISPs or Geek Squad or wherever you can. Try to get an A+ certification. Basically, what shows you have basically six months of experience to employers. Work wherever you can for 6 months to 1 year; it's probably going to be a basic job to start with, so you can gain experience. That's your goal in the beginning: experience, experience, experience. Your goal is to get a job like she has. Then, your goal should be learning more about networking and getting certifications like CCNA or MCSE or some kind of Linux certification, something like that, to get into networking engineering, running cables, etc. So, what her goal for her next steps in IT should be is getting into more networking and server administration - servers and routers. After that would be security, and after that would be engineering and pen testing, stuff like that. I would still say formal education is still good, but to answer your question, no, it's not required.
also to add to this, once you get your training or certs, you can try looking for contract jobs to get experience because these jobs don't have a lot of requirements especially with experience so even if you get just a 6 month contract, atleast you gained experience
hello do you have a video on how I can land on a entry level it job ? :) thanks in advanced
Hello! I don't have a video on that yet but I'll try to make one
Hello mam, if we need to implement ticketing sytem in our small business what will be a suitable ticketing tool.
Please suggest.
You can try ZenDesk
can i ask something if the ticket sent within the company or other person that outside the company?
Inside the company
I'm heading to a final interview today as a Onsite Support. May I ask what is the meaning of P4 Incident Tiickets?? is it most priority or not?
BTW. are you a Filipina? hehe.
Ok so it goes like this: P1 is critical like business down or outage then P2 major operations affected P3 operations unaffected but multiple people's functions are impacted P4 issue of inconvenience not really impactful P5 low priority. Goodluck with your interview and I'm a pinay
@@EastCharmer Thank you so much! And this content of urs are helpful for someone like me who does not have much experience in professional settings but atleast we gain knowledge to have an edge to other candidates!!
Yes i knew it! Ur a filipina hahaha. Shout out me in ur next uploads!
@narcisomarvinmadrigal8065 I'm really happy to help with my videos!! Yeah I think it's really important to see how it is in real world practice. Sige shoutout kita next time hehe
@@EastCharmer Dumugo ilong ko kaka english nakakapag tagalog kapa po pala. Ang fluent mo po haha. BTW what specific role po kayo sa company? Network engineer? Network support? IT support? Network admin?.
@@narcisomarvinmadrigal8065 ay sorry hehe oo fluent ako sa pinas ako lumaki eh 😬 IT Specialist ang role ko. Parang all around IT xa kasi user support ako , i do tech projects din, I do networking like configuring switches, AP, IP phones, also a little bit of security, a little bit of scripting and admin tasks 😆
Hi ms Charm, have you encountered a Printer error where the Network PC's cannot locate the network shared printer? The error is "windows couldn't connect to the printer. check the printer name and try again. If this is a network printer, make sure that the printer is on, and that the printer address is correct."
By the way, the error only occurs on Windows 11 OS.. Thank you
First step in troubleshooting network printer issue: is the Printer on?
2. Check it's IP address.
3. Can you ping the IP address from the computer?
4. Check the Printer properties, does it have the correct IP address set matching what's on the printer. Try to avoid using WSD port.
5. Reinstall drivers???
6. Grab a baseball bat and the printer and take it outside and whack it Office Space style.
7. Buy a better printer.
@@R_C_x I would ping it and then shut down the printer and reping it again. (It could be a duplicate static IP). System admins love to set up printers statically, but this is a no-no. They should set it up as DHCP with a reserved IP out of the scope of the IP range that DHCP gives out. Also, check the printer's IP address; if it's 169, it means DHCP was not found. This is if no one can connect to it. Also, check the IP addresses of the computer and printer to make sure both are on the same network. Sometimes they are on different networks.
@@robrocco5420 That's literally what's step 3 implies. Im not gonna spoonfeed you with 100 steps of everything to do. Also, I prefer Static IPs. We use a range of IPs just for printers that's blocked off from DHCP range. The problem with reserving IP is when you need to change IP or the printer it requires bothering the network team for reserving mac address. What you're stating doesn't even make sense. How would it even get an IP address without it being in the DHCP range????.only way to do that is to create another VLAN and set that port to said VLAN and have its own IP. That just complicates things. I was in a network team and I dont want to be bothered with crap like this. In our environment, we assign our printers from 40-59. That's enough for at least 20 printers on a site. If they happen to have more, then DHCP scope gets bumped up.
bad drive specialy ssd, can be fix by formatting from cmd
Sure chkdsk. But this wasn't the case for our issue
ssd must not to be chkdsk., u can use disk part
maybe the partion got deleted or distroy.. it can be fix.. but if i where the technician on that if there is a replacement ssd.. obcourse i will change asap.. it saves time for me
@gelloydaratan3077 yeah most likely damaged. It was just a scratch drive so we didn't care about the files. But yeah I'd repair too if there's important files. That's why we keep spare drives all the time because they come in handy
@gelloydaratan3077 ah yeah it's for HDD. Keep forgetting that tbh
What’s your ethnicity @EastCharmer?
Filipino
@@EastCharmer I thought so :) great job kabayan
