To stop my hair fall, I began using a soft silk pillow case to sleep on. I also applied liitlextraa cocooionn nourishing shampoo and hair oil. These changes helped me lose less hair. After a couple of months of applying them every day, my strands stopped falling out completely.

You may want to research on Clary Sage essential oil too.
Clary Sage is great for balancing the hormones and super good solution for almost all kinds of hair problems.

Dude directly applying rosemary oil can ruin your hair more, you HAVE TO dilute it with something.
