Hello, I tried these modifications. For those who are wondering, the cruise control no longer works with this coding... I think it's really impossible to deactivate adaptive control
It is possible. Just did it. Remove ACC from all the module features. Most important is that you remove ACC module Itself from gateway, so it would not know it has it (module nr 13) Works like normal cruise control after. Only error with vcds due to stalk stick being detected as 'wrongly programmed' due to it being acc stick, instead of ordinary one.
@@sten6994sorry im very new to this. Is it possible to remove the front distance sensor in the lower grill? It keeps going off when there leaves or dust and its annoying. If i do this am i able to remove that sensor and have no issues/lights coming on the dash? i want to remove it entirely and the bracket as well. also, i dont care about using cruise control, i never use it
@@issakorean just do the calibration at dealer, shouldnt cause such erratic behaviours. Or just disconnect it and sell module to me, il buy it off u :))
I bet nearly ever view on this video had the same question as many of the commenters here. It would be very helpful if the poster would check the comments.
Hello, I have just tried on an Audi RS6 C7. I carried out all the operations but at startup. I have the EPC light on, when I reset the entire coding to the original configuration, the light no longer lights up. Do you have a solution?
The owner needs to be careful with this and advise his insurer that it's been removed. If he rear ends someone and the front assist system has been disabled they could refuse to pay out for his vehicle damage.
Worked a treat on my 2013 Touareg with same >£2k dilemma - what a find. Thank you sir!

Hello m8... I have the same problem on my Q5 would you be able to just revert it to normal cruise with out the radar?
So, does normal cruise work now?
I wondering, Is it a normal manual Cruise control after this operation?
Hey mate, Which VCDSS system do you use ?
Tried this on a3 sline didnt work also when removing the engine module 1 my glow plug light flashes constant 😔
Did anyone ever get an answer if the standard cruise still worked?
After deleting the ACC, did the normal cruise control work?
I wondering the same.
