This Dr. has good bedside manner and he did a really neat and precise job. At 5:04 I cracked up at how excited he was lol. I liked the two camera angles too.
Yes, the two cameras issue was wonderful. Great thing being able to see the monster from two totally different angles!!
LOL you're silly Dee and so was he when he got that thing. YEAAAAAA!!!!!
In my humble opinion, the larger extraction site was worth it to be able to get the entire DPOW in just about one clean piece. Completely worth it.
I think Penny is a sweet lady.. And Dr. Vaughan is definitely a sweet and professional Dr. Thank you both!
Thank you so much Penny for allowing Dr. Vaughn to film and remove that WONDERFUL POW for us! That was truly spectacular!

"Oh man, Penny, this is wonderful." Gotta love a doc who loves his job.
I love my job.
@@auburnmedicalgroup We can tell! And it's wonderful to see.
@@auburnmedicalgroup It may be disgusting, but it's also satisfying.
I love your reaction!!
You and your partner are so caring and sweet. Doctors like you are amazing, and it shows how much you care for your patients.
I keep watching this video, over and over, because I love this lady "Penny" and I so much admire the good doctor!❤
The doctor is just so darn cute. He gets so excited when its comes out.
I wish my doc was like that!
You won't catch me questioning about the sac or anything else. You're the doctor and i thoroughly enjoyed this video. Thank you and your patient for sharing this with us.👍👍👍👍
Roses are red, violets are blue, the whole thing comes out at 5:02
Audrey Henry lol cute.
Blahahaha 😂😂
I said "whole thing". Not the start of it 🙄
I know what you're referring to. What I'M referring to is the exact moment the entire piece came out.. not from the start of the extraction.
My hero
Penny is so lovely, thanks for letting us watch your extraction procedure.
Thanks for sharing, Doc🥰
I wish I would’ve thought about popping zits for a living in the 90’s. I’d totally be a dermatologist by now.
Right! I totally didn't know this was a thing back then
It always amazes me that people don’t squeeze these themselves. I wouldn’t be able to resist!
You usually people do before they become that large, therefore most of the larger ones are found on peoples backs.
I have to imagine that it might be well rooted by time you discovered it, in that spot.
Maybe it was attempted and decided it was futile.
How can you squeeze your own back?
@@silviavousden3316 Um… it’s easy? I guess if you’re overweight or have arthritis it might be hard. Get someone to squeeze it for you?
This Dr. is excellent and extraordinary ~ He treats every patient with such dignity, integrity, and RESPECT- He tends to treat many Elderly Senior patients. His care is genuine ! I have a caregiving background - from caring for patients in general hospitals to nursing homes, to independent living centers, We all know it takes a lot of patience and care - even when some refuse bath x showers, changing diapers of elderly was difficult at times, so I dabbed vicks rub under my nose I wore a mask and I performed the task, more often than not, the patient would thank Me for being respectful and kind, At that , my eyes teared!
No need to be not nice, Seniors contributed and worked hard 50yrs -
This doctor LEADS by genuine example-
Penny is a lovely patient and you are such a caring doctor. I agree that the two different camera angles is great!
Wow, that’s one of THE best come-out-all-at-once extractions ever seen, out of all blackhead videos let alone a dpow one. 10/10
It looked like a cotton ball.
Thank you Penny for sharing your DPOW with us! And nicely done Doc 👍🌞
Thanks, Kelly.
B.
You have such wonderful patients! Thanks Penny for letting us watch!
IndyJudy, we do have wonderful patients. We also have patients who you will never see on a video, just like every medical practice.
Have you been catching some of our live Monday afternoon videos?

What's with the shaky hands, though? Next maybe drop a couple of diazepam before you start slicing a person up
@@auburnmedicalgroup😊
If you were my doc and Penny was my grandma, I'd be a happy camper. You guys are great.
It just keeps getting BETTER AND BETTER! I'm finding it hard to NOT keep starting your videos OVER AND OVER AGAIN immediately after discovering them! This one looked SO GUD from the very beginning. Thank you again for sharing your work.
Thank you for enjoying it.
Thanks again Penny! Yours was the cleanest DILATED PORE OF WINER coming out! GREAT JOB DOC!! I love this channel
Thanks Penny!! 😊 You are a delightful lady and I love that you shared this with us. Thank you from Canada 🍁
can't help to say why i particularly love this video! I keep coming back and coming back to watch it, no longer curious about the procedure, but because I like watching that delightful betty, again and again, and the natural familiarity between the good doctor and the humorous lady. thank you much!👏
Wow, thank you!
@@auburnmedicalgroup it's just that I love you guys...and that wonderful and lovable and humourous lady! thank you! 😍🙏
Wow! That was a good one! I love DPOW extractions as they are so satisfying.
Penny is a lovely lady and I enjoyed the Dr.'s enthusiasm. Well done, thank you! 👍👍
What a pleasantly satisfying video! Very professional and it's nice to meet the patient and the provider for a change 👍
Hi Dr Vaughan, I have been offline due to my ongoing health problems and I come back to the best video I have seen for a long time. Wow! That was a superb removal of a heck of a DPOW!! Your removal technique was flawless and it was so satisfying when it came out whole. Your lovely patient Penny must be so glad that it is gone 😄.
Thank you so much for sharing this video ( and big thanks to Penny for letting it be filmed). Sending many best wishes and positivity from Wales, and I look forward to your next video 👍🏻
It is always wonderful to hear from our favorite subscriber in Wales. Be sure to find any great DPOW in your neighbors for if we ever take the show on the road.
Dr. Vaughn you have such a careful touch, so gentle, and i love the way you actually talk WITH your patients, rather than talk AT them. Thank you!!😂❤❤❤❤
Wow...that was ginormous. Amazing job there Doctor. You're wonderful with your awesome bedside manner. PENNY was a sweetheart too and I hope she feels more comfortable and confident ☆
Thank you Penny for saving the "big on" to share with all the DPOW Fan Club. Great job Doctor, I had no idea how hard Pores of Winer were until you tapped it on the metal table! WoW. Fantastic video...More please! xo

This Dr. is very nice and polite, he gets as excited as i was, love it! ❤️
You have lovely patients and I love your bedside manner. You’re a very kind and considerate Dr. Thank you for all the different educational videos you show!
OMG! Just happened upon this video and subbed before it was over. Love seeing it from different angles.
No complaints in the comments? Amazing. Only nice people must watch your videos. Lol!
The negative comments usually come later. The first day or so of comments come from subscribers who get notifications about the video. These are usually fans. The rude comments dominate once a video has been posted for a long time. I am considering just turning comments off on the videos which have been posted for a while.
@@auburnmedicalgroup I don't blame you. No one wants to read rude comments. It sets off my anxiety. Lol!
@@auburnmedicalgroup that's actually a GENIUS idea. 😀👍
I don't understand why most of their videos have massive amounts of dislikes. They have great camerawork among others.
@@anxiousscribe I don't understand why people watch these videos and then complain about them. Why bother watching them at all if they don't like them?
Dr. Vaughn, you have the best bedside manner of any Dr. I've ever met.
It's so cool watching the different techniques channel to channel.
I love this comment.
Oh, man! That was one of the absolute DPOW videos EVER! Lovely patient, very kind and personable Dr and great camera work; can't ask for much more than that!
It's wild how these massive blackheads develop in one large pore while most of the skin is pretty clear. How long does it take for something like that to develop, is it from an injury, does it hurt?
.
When he starts cheering on about getting it entirely out, he became my spirit animal.
You seem more gentle than other doctors on line. Good for you.
Extracting a dilated pore of winner is very satisfying, especially when they come out clean and easy like this one Doc. A gentle and smooth extraction, very pleasing for us(the ppl who enjoy watching) and for the patient who hardly felt a thing...very good job Doc...:)
Wow, this is a great one! Thanks for sharing

I love this video, Penny's such a lovely, funny patient, I like how she doesn't want to scare the kids with her DPOW!! Doesn't scare us, huh guys?!?
It did me when he began to invade it surgically.
Whelp, perhaps this isn’t the channel for you!
Dang... It looked small until he put his hand up there. I was like holy cow...lol
I absolutely love how excited you sounded, when you pulled that out perfectly 👌Like a kid on Christmas morning 😊 I love these videos, but other people are like ewww gross!! Only a few fellow popper friends. Lol...yes, I'm back a second viewing.
Thank you so much!!
Penny is a beautiful young lady inside and out. Thank you so much for sharing. Great video!!!
The BEST DPOW EVER!!!! And great job filming!! Wish I had been there to assist you!!
The doctor seems really nice and and is very good about explaining the process and the lady is so sweet.🌼💕
What an excellent video Doctor! Penny, what a peach you are for sharing this with all of us 😍❤️
Thanks to both, this is marvelous ❤️
You look like a peach yourself
I'm pretty sure I have Chronic Care Management; a health professional/nurse calls me every so often to check in about my conditions, and make sure I'm getting the care I need. It's really valuable! I have memory issues related to a brain tumor, so it's easy for me to forget to mention things when I'm with my doctor.
Chronic Care Management is a great advance in the delivery of healthcare. Medicare has found that after 18 months they spend $74 less per month per patient on CCM. These costs are mostly saved in the areas if inpatient and skilled nursing facility costs.
Auburn Medical Group that's awesome. It's refreshing to see they've found a solution that doesn't disenfranchise the patients/clients. My medical center also has coordinated care, so my doctors talk to each other and to my care manager.
Penny is an absolute doll!!!
This is wonderful. So satisfying to watch and lovely Penny and Doctor Marks manner. These videos calm my anxiety
Awesome work! I wish I had been a dermatologist. I never knew such things existed. I have considered going to esthetician’s school though! I’m
Me too, Stephanie!
Ditto!! I'm looking into financial aid then hope to start esthetician school!!
Nice! One clean, solid piece of material. Penny, we couldn't have asked for a better example than this. Thanks to her and to you doc for filming it for us all. :)

Because we are weirdos 😅
And we got to see the extraction from 2 angles. Bravo!
What an elegant lady. I'm glad the doctor got rid of the growth after she endured it for years. The doctor seems like an awfully nice person too, as well as a good practitioner. Great video!
Penny is awesome, thank you for sharing your visit with Penny with us. She is Great!
I worked for a dermatologist for ten years before retiring almost four years ago. Watching these videos are my surgery fix. I really miss surgery and comedone extraction.
Nice one, Dr. Thanks to Penny for letting this procedure to be filmed!
We are also grateful to Penny for letting us share this.
Thanks Penny! That was awesome.
I love how you were mindful attempt to keep the incision to a minimum
Thank you, Penny! That was AWESOME!!

I’ve never seen a dilated pore come out like that! Nice job 👍
OMG I already love this guy! He mentioned Dr PP! Lol! Lovely patient too! Thank you!
Kids these days wouldn't be scared. They'd be like, "let me get my extractor! Let me film it! I'll put on RUclips!" This thing looks like a rice dumpling with wasabi in it, lol. Thanks for sharing it with us! Thank you Penny!
Thank you for commenting, sunsethillssnuggles.

You are so right! LOL! Love this comment and loved the video too!
Oh my gosh I can’t.. LMBO!!
Great description!
5:32 thought he said "we just clean out the crapness material" 😆 I had to take a second listen
THANK YOU for mentioning the chronic care management! I’m going to look into this since the Medicare window is open.
As soon as I got saline breast implants, I developed so many issues with my back (now chronic pain), and I now have about autoimmune diseases from breast implants, and mold toxicity! No one ever mentioned this to me, and I’ve had most of these things for over 16 years… and then I had my implants removed in 2018. Then, from the hospital and its unclean conditions, I got the dreaded pseudomonas aeriginosa bacterial infection in my chest wall that caused excruciating pain! I was absolutely in pain for lasted 7 weeks. No one believed I had anything because it couldn’t be seen, until my incision festered and I couldn’t breathe. My doctor sent me to ER and they did a culture 7 weeks later because my original incision festered. Two days later, I got a call from the hospital saying to get to my doctor ASAP. I couldn’t be seen that I had to pay out of pocket for because it was related to “cosmetic surgery”, but if you saw the capsules that came out of my body, you would have thought it was a dried up slab of overcooked bacon or salami! I couldn’t breathe before and the ER doctor said it was NOT my implant, and I knew it was. I had had 3 major surgeries in 2017 within 5 months, and had to get well enough to have another surgery. I almost died on the table because I stopped breathing since it was a complicated problem since the capsules had migrated into my lungs. I had those in for 13.5 tears (Freudian slip?), I mean years. Then, one day an “Angel” my daughter was dating, and clued us into the fact that there was such a thing, and I had to detox. I used a heal and she said I was a very, very sick woman.
I submitted a claim to BCBSM, but was turned down because they said I had the wrong codes that my doctor had given me. This was a fiasco on the part of BCBSM!!! I need this so I have a back up person to keep me organized! This is a full time job!
He’s right about many of us wanting to extract all manner of stuff out of people’s skin. That one was something to behold!
Great outcome for your patient l was curling my toes as you were squeezing the gunk out BRILLIANT.
That was a beautiful extraction! You guys are great with your patients too! 😊👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👏🏻
I just loved this video and how excited the doctor was when it finally came out ❤️

I agree
Penny was a great sport and the doctor is super nice. Great video for us pimple popping weirdos lol 😊
That pretty much summed up how much I like to watch dermatology procedures also. I especially like the cyst, whiner & lipoma removals- I've learned alot, inc. what not toInc. You provide relaxing entertainment too.
What a nice lady. She makes me think about my own granny. 💕
Did anyone else notice while it was coming out it sorta looked like a dinosaur head, turtle head or lizard head??? Lol (5:28)
I saw that too!!
Thank you for sharing your DPOW Penny. 💕
My absolute favorite. I wish I had a Peggy in my life. She is a delight.
If I'd have seen all these videos in my teens, I would have gone to school for dermatologist. I love all of the ways you make folks happy😊.
Wow! Great extraction! Penney, your a treasure! Thanks Dr.!
Love Penny. If the world was filled with Pennys, we would be ok.
Such a sweet heart. She is one of my favorites.
