I can’t believe how much better his skin got already. GY takes it like a champ because this has to be extremely painful. Every video, you can see his improvement. The jawline! Definitely the toughest part for him. And for Thuy. But she will be as gentle as she can in removing the cores and plugs. She is bringing his skin back to life. Keep believing,young man.
If I may, I disagree about the jawline being the worst. The upper lip is absolutely the most sensitive. But in any event, he's been brave during the whole ordeal. He's a good soul who deserves Thuy's loving care.

It’s so painful to watch when you know the areas Thuy is working in is going to be really painful, like under chin and onto the neck. My goodness, this young man is so brave. I would be screaming my head off all the way through. I totally respect GY for bearing the pain and Thuy who is being very careful with him, to try and avoid the extractions hurting him too much! Yes, and Thuy is NOT gentle nor does she do a thorough job. She should be ashamed of her poor work as she hurts her clients unnecessarily. I can no longer watch Sac Dep Spa videos.
We can already see healthier pink skin under all the inflammation and pus and acne. GY's mom was wise to choose Thuy. He is a champ.

Think many people don't understand that in all cases the object is to remove as much as possible causing as little pain as possible.
@@DiM2646 I think you’re correct. I’ll see some people say “squeeze harder!” on inflamed, even infected pimples. Which-I have to admit-was me when I first started watching pimple popping videos a few years ago. I didn’t fully connect that there’s a human under those pimples… and they’re already hurting before the first pimple is touched.
Squeezing those inflamed areas harder or more than once can cause excruciating pain… which will likely result in them never coming back and never seeking treatment elsewhere. And it’s guaranteed to cause more & worsened scarring… among other things.
It’s definitely been an educational experience for me since I first started watching these. Based on comments and conversations with other kind “long-termers” here, I think it’s been that way for a lot of us.

I know some may disagree with me but I think his skin is drying up. It is looking so much better. Great job Thuy!
Medication can dry the skin, not this incessant poking. It will all come back without medication and, maybe, occasional touchups
@@trninfan but they don't just poke the skin. They do treatments on their clients. They use medication. They tell the client what to get at the pharmacy and how to either apply it or take it. After they do an extraction session, they use a machine that gently sucks any remaining debris. They also use other treatments. I've seen them use a mister or steam. They do everything they can so their clients will get better. The before and after pictures speak for themselves.
I'm rewatching Hung and GY. You know, to compare them at each stage. Just because.

Look how nice his neck is! I hope he'll get the acne on his face cleared up, and can shave some of those strangely long hairs, and gain or regain his self-confidence. He'll be a great young man, who is compassionate and able to look beyond superficial looks.

Part 15 and Thuy is still extracting some monster comedones. Poor Gy has so much under his skin, I really don't think his skin would have ever cleared if Thuy wasn't working so hard to extract everything.
I was thinking she was about done with the pus ones but boy was I wrong.

Do we know if she does anything besides the extractions on his skin? Like masks or medication? His skin does look so much better, less red, less scabs, less puss but I'd imagine repeatedly doing extractions would only do so much to prevent and heal

The dreaded jawline. He has had issues with her trying to work on it in all his videos. I'm proud that he tried to tolerate it and Thuy for being as gentle as she could.
I remember this being the most painful area for Hung, too.

He’ll have some scars, but not as bad as if this had gone any longer untreated.

@@DiM2646 Was this a Vietnamese family living in Taiwan? At the first video I was wondering how they were communicating with each other. Mandarin Chinese is very different to Vietnamese.
@@saritataylor4235 I think the mother was Vietnamese, but I haven't heard about the father. Maybe he was Taiwanese. Can't remember! The mother said they had been in Taiwan about 1 to 2 years.
I wish that people who complain about the “stabbing” and how much blood it brings out could watch this video. She can stick that blade right in there and even dig things out and he is fine but it’s the squeezing that makes him flinch and moan.
Exactly. Squeezing is so much more painful.

Since we don't have a new video today decided to rewatch this one again lol. Something I've noticed with Gy, his acne plugs are odd. They have odd almost sharp edges, not smooth or symmetrical. Don't think I've ever seen anything quite like it before but I bet it makes things more uncomfortable to extract. He's so brave and tough!!❤❤❤
I thought at the start, those "nodules" were not unlike milia, Pearl acne, rock acne. So yes, understand that!
They look like little acne stones to me.

What is the purpose of squeezing the pimple, then putting the contents on a piece of cotton and rolling it around?
Thuy is checking to see if the core was removed. Also, I think Thuy really enjoys her work, so when she sees something that is interesting, meaning an extraction, she will place it on the cotton swab for viewers to see.✌️

There's so much pressure aon fullness, she just barely presses on some and they burst. Can you imagine what this poor kids pillow must look like everyone morning? Especially in the very beginning when his whole face was so inflamed. Amazing work as always the progress is undeniable.

Look up chloracne. Agent orange residue still exists in the soil in Vietname and can cause real serious problems like this

transformation of face continues, the regime of extractions, diet and perhaps meds external/internal? In 6 months when the pain is forgotten, he will look at his facial change and be happy...at least thats what I hope for him.

Well done GY your a trooper my little mate , I suffered with acne on my neck and jaw and they are painful but mine was nowhere near as bad as this , so brave . Unfortunately because it's so painful for him she can't fully empty any of the pores so his progress isn't as fast as it could be. It's so sore though when someone else squeezes your spots far more so than when you do your own.
He need take each day RACUTAN for tree mounth with the supervition dermatology doctor. Is very deep the infection
oh, please...this is his 15th visit! he knows what to expect and should buck up, prepare himself.
You have really tapped into the layers of hidden acne to get ahead of the next breakout on much of his skin. Some are very deep with more than one solid mass of sebum, while others are very long almost running parallel under the skin to find another pore to come out of. Amazing work to watch. Impressed with how many released multiple chunks of debris. This has to feel and look wonderful the next day seeing such improvements.
Very nice job of GENTLY and thoroughly clearing those pores. If he continues to go to you, he should have excellent results.

I don't think some even realise there has been more, and will be more.
I admire his determination to keep coming in so he can get better. I imagine it must be painful, though less pain than he was probably feeling when he started. He's already improving so much!
The good thing is the more he has this done the less pain he should feel. Your body just gets used to it and doesn't really acknowledge the pain in that area anymore, however the inflamed ones probably hurt the same as always, there's just less of them. I'm speaking from personal experience, no matter where I have blackhead I can get them out without any pain, but if there's an inflamrd pimple it's always uncomfortable.

The reason you didn’t see a difference in the first set of videos is that those were all one session. Thuy took the whole day for just this one sweet child. He is crying through all these vids, so painful.

I remember the majority of the material in Hung’s pores was mostly pure white, while GY has normal acne-colored stuff. 🤔

I can't deny his face has gotten so much better. However, you can take a bucket and empty a full bath tub, but it will continue to fill up if you don't cut the water off. Same thing applies here. If he isn't on a retinoid to control his oil/sebum production, then he will continue to flare regardless of how many times he has a treatment like this. Hopefully he is on both an antibiotic and retinoid if he is able to afford it.
So true. In my country retinol is not so expensive, I hope he can get it in Vietnam like that
How familiar are you with the side affects? Sensitive skin? How do you know he wasn’t treated using that before? Do you know there are less harsh alternatives?
@@4EverGoth we are all talking (for days) that he should consult a good dermatologist, because the last one made him like this. No one is giving prescription, just advice.
@@draganab9948 According to translations, he saw a dermatologist in Taiwan. Treatment didn’t work. What if it was Retinol that caused this? Another translation said he didn’t see one. He went to a “spa”. I guess like what he is doing now.
Retinoids are pretty strong and must be carefully used. Asian skin is extremely sensitive and oilier. They also live in a hot, humid environment.
@@4EverGoth That's why I said good dermatologist, someone who can follow him and change treatment that doesn't work. However, he must also have this esthetician treatment. We can only assume, but good doctor can find the proper approach
Thuy, your fingers are magic. G.Y.'s face is already so much better. It really is incredible how quickly the body heals if given the right help. The fact that all of his inflammatory pimples seem to have ingrown hairs makes me wonder if G.Y. would perhaps be better off maintaining a short beard instead of shaving?
I don't think he's shaved yet, he's 12.
