I've used the Radio Silence app on Mac and blocked all adobe apps from connecting, it's worked so far. Better solution than having to disconnect the wifi altogether.
Thanks for the comment. I tried some of the methods but then all Adobe programs stopped opening. Now that I fixed it, I tried using Radio Silence and it seems to be much easier. I'm currently on a trial but I guess I will buy it. It $9 only... :) Has anyone tried it for a longer period?
Edit: Actually it doesn't work at all... Programs keep crashing when Radio Silence is on.
You can connect WiFi again after starting adobe apps
After trying all 6 method of @ProAttique, only 7 works perfectly. Sadly, that won't be possible when learning how to use photoshop online. Radio-silence worked, going 30 mins without a pop up from AGCC. Thanks to you both.

On 3rd method how do I know which one is connected to the internet so I know which one to delete?

Renaming folder "AdobeGCClient" to something else (or deleting) in /Library/Application Support/Adobe seems to work for now.

Thanks for sharing your knowledge! Its a shame but it didnt work with my setup. Ive got a macbook mid 2015 with osx 12.7.2. and adobe 2024 creative suite. Perhaps it is because i'm not in the warning fase anymore but in the expired fase. Switching of internet or activating the firewall doesnt remove the certificate/expiration window after opening photoshop/premiere/indesign. Any suggestion is very welcome. Thanks, kind regards,
I appreciate your detailed comment. Well, Adobe Photoshop and other Adobe apps will work according to the operating system and the versions.
It is not always necessary that Adobe 2024 will have AdobeGCC file. It also depends on the apple versions, such as Sonoma or Ventura versions on macOS.
Adobe 2024 is the beta version depending much on the Internet due to generative fill options and other AI integrations. I recommend you to revert back to Adobe 2022. Of course, Beta versions have AI that will need Internet and genuine software subscriptions. Without subscription you can’t use these features so just get back to version 2022 or the older one. If it doesn’t solve your issue, feel free to DM me on Instagram.
In your case it seems you had genuine subscription which expired now and you need to renew subscription. Everything on your osx 12.7.0 was genuine. My video is bit different of those who use genuine adobe suite subscriptions. I can’t type whole lot details here coz you know the RUclips policies. Simply! My solution is about the adobe genuine integrity issues caused due to the 3rd party software providers. You have two options. 1) pay again to get Adobe subscription
2) remove all adobe apps from your mac and also clear cache and temporary files. Clear leftovers related to adobe. Then use other sources to install any adobe App -- you know what i mean

I share institutional account with a friend, the institution is so slow and bureaucratic that we wait already some weeks for the next years subscription. My Microsoft Student account with 1TB storage suddenly stopped because my former university didn’t upgrade subscription as i was using an official account provided by the university, so I lost data on my OneDrive. This is why I always keep backup on external HDDs. Institutional arrangements are always late because of the negotiations and funds process. Hope you will fix this issue sooner or later 👋 peace ✌️
once wifi off, then works fine, but once wifi ON, then after a 30min pop up window came back! Should block Adobe outgoing connections some how.
For me it works okay without any time limit and am using macOS sonoma with adobe version 2022

Is there anyway to retrieve back an 2019 adobe software that was downloaded years back, and now wont open anymore after mac was updated to Sonoma , i was avoiding updating my mac for 5 years, as i nearly lost my photoshop back then after the first update of the new mac, now i forgot and really needed to update my mac for some other reasons, and with a dreadful realization i discovered i can't open the photoshop any longer, tried following many of the tips from the video, but no luck with any... it is a hopeless case now? please help, i heavily rely on PS for work ...
Well, thank you for posting the details. You cannot revert back to 2019 version but yes, of course you can download the new copy from any third-party source. If you definitely have to use Sonoma version then it’s OK but you can still revert back to Ventura or other macOS versions. I have a dedicated video on my channel about downgrading macOS. I have different Adobe versions on my OneDrive, but unfortunately, I am out of China these days to visit my hometown. So my OneDrive (on chinese store) link doesn’t work, otherwise I could help you with a download link. Try using radio silence app to block Internet for Adobe extensions. It is most probably due to the Internet, trying to connect Adobe to the server.

Actually there is something simpler, with the app "Radio Silence" you can block all services on an app to connect to internet, so it should work this way (im gonna try later)
I know about the radio silence, but the app is no more available in free options. Of course it’s your choice to be connected to the Internet or keep your Mac off-line while installing adobe. Either way will work.

This solved the problem, but after using VPN for 2 months, the problem started again. This time the error message was in Dutch, because my VPN was connected to Netherlands.

It’s not the problem with a VPN coz i use or don’t, this error will appear on my Mac in the same Dutch language. I also used netherlands location coz i need VPNs in china all the time. These days am not in china and the error is same in dutch language without having any vpn. So the problem is with adobe trying to access internet. Locate sai_helper and delete it. Also turn off wifi and open adobe then turn it on once adobe started properly
have the problem with Ai. When I block Adobe connections after 30 seconds it makes me save and the application closes. do you have any suggestions?
AI integration with adobe needs genuine software with a subscription otherwise it wouldn’t work

Keep the back up of your software, and then perform these tasks. If something happens, you can install it again from the back up.
i tried them all but it didnt work its says “ we cant verify your subscription status” it also says this may be because you’re not connected to internet. So even though I turn my WiFi off i still get it. I am using after effects 2022. Any tips?

the problem is not just adobegcc file. there are multiple extentions. follow the complete video and one of the procedures will work. for me the end solution works fine. you also go to setting and check what programs are allowed on login. remove adobe if that is allowed there. adobegcc file is also not available on my mac but it works. so follow all steps and one of them will definitely work for you

You can try different adobe versions as well. Using the VPN is also an option.
Also use Mac cleaner to clean unnecessary temporary files related to Adobe
I tried all the methods that you proposed but only the 7th method worked.
Finally, something worked and now you are able to use adobe apps. This is why i described 7 methods coz users have different iOS versions and also different adobe versions. So, any of the methods may work for them.

Better than facing app freeze, crash, and close. It also lead to unsaved data lost on application auto quit. If we need generative, fill in photoshop and other adobe apps then of course that will not work without the internet and paid subscription.
Furthermore, you can connect back to the internet after creating a new project in adobe app. In my case, it’s not crashing down if i start it offline and later connect to the internet

None of these work except turning off WiFi. Why did it work before for me? After trying to install premiere pro, this pop up happened to my photoshop and now none of these programs work. I have an old dmg file that I used that made it work with WiFi as if it was normal but now it doesn’t work with WiFi. I have tried everything from deleting any file named adobe at all and shredded the files using cleanmymac. Only thing I haven’t and will not try is clean erasing my Mac. Any help?
Unfortunately, there is no direct way unless you pay for the Adobe Apps. But don’t worry disconnect Wi-Fi while opening any Adobe app and once app is initialised, connect to the Wi-Fi again. This is the matter of pressing one button.
My premiere pro version doesn’t cause any problem in my case only Adobe Photoshop is causing these problems. You don’t need to keep the Internet “switched off” for the entire time u use any adobe App. Just turn it off and open the adobe app. Then, turn it back to normal. For your convenience, go to mac settings and switch on the toggle to show WiFi button on the top right corner of your mac

@@hunchostunnah I guess it’s not about the location. It is more about the AI integration into Adobe. As you know, Adobe has tested new Beta versions such as generative fill, and so many other tools. These tools are more likely to be integrated with the Internet. In a result, tools will work with the genuine subscription. In the meantime, problems started with Sonoma versions on MacOS. I don’t know which Macos version you are using, but the problem on my MacBook started after upgrading to Sonoma version. Of course Apple is also updating security measures and things on how different software behave on macOS.

The strange thing is it happened few days ago, I never encountered this kind of issue before. Is it possible that Adobe may have released some sort of spyware without our consent? I have reinstalled Mac OS ventura, but the issue persists. When I am not connected to WiFi both ps and ai work without interruptions.
Of course, they keep updating with the help of a huge team. It’s not a spyware but genuine integrity protection. You know what I mean. 😢
@@ProAttique I have found the simplest solution to all our problems regarding Ps and Ai. Just went to versions 2022 and never received any pop ups and warnings. It seems that older versions of photoshop , indesign and illustrator are not affected by the genuine software.

So of course it’s for the genuine software users. Any version may get such an issue coz new internet plugins may work for older versions too.
@@ProAttique In my case the older versions of 2022 that I found don’t seem to be affected by the genuine integrity software, as I have tried working with WiFi on and there are no pop up messages. But installing later versions of ps and ai 2023 have these problems.
@Wilderhaus23 yeah! We use devices differently. Some of us prefer online security meanwhile others may take it on a lighter note. Yes! AI integration is something causing problems. I tested adobe 2022 in this tutorial and turned off wifi. After turning it off, i started Adobe app and then turn it back on. It doesn’t show that error in that way. But yeah! At the time of opening App, i need to turn it off. For some other users GCC option works. So, all these 7 methods are essential for multiple users and one of them will definitely work. It works differently for different users using macOS versions. Believe many chinese use Windows XP here in China in 2024. So, let’s have something for those dudes too 😂
Remove entirely the current versions of Adobe cc 2023 and go back to 2022, older versions of 2022 actually work in Mac OS Ventura on M1 Pro.
Mine is Sonoma on M2 Mac with adobe version 2022 in this tutorial. Error may come sooner or later on adobe 2022 as you can see how am solving it on 2022 version.
@@ProAttiqueMaybe it also depends on the Mac OS? I am not certain, but I have decided to stick with Ventura and never upgrade to later versions of Mac OS, at least for my needs it is not required. Of course we could always buy a one time purchase of affinity software, which is quite similar to Adobe in terms of workflow!
@@Wilderhaus23 i got lifetime canva subscription so working both on canva and adobe for thumbnails and some templates. My use in adobe is limited to only thumbnails. Yes it does matter a lot. Sonoma version brought so many new security and protection features that also disrupt the normal use of these apps. I mean unpaid you know

Nothing works. Last method isn't an accepted method, can't work without internet.

you can turn wifi on late after initiating adobe ps. just wait a minute and then start working normal as before. adobe tries to connect to the internet at the very beginning of opening the app
