Great tutorial!!! Method 1 did not work for me because I have a antivirus software - bitdefender. So Method 2 works well for me. The AVG tutorial has a similar system as the bitdefender software except that it is with a different interface. It's easy, Just turn your internet off, when your about to open the app and when you have opened the app up. just wait a few seconds and than turn your internet on again and it should work again.
I tried the same thing awhile back with Adobe Indesign and it works even when the internet is on. However, it seems this method with Photoshop only works if the internet is henceforth turned off. Is this correct? (I note other people have asked this question and not received an answer). bro if you use any anti virus, it bypasses firewall and puts its own security. so go inside the anti virus setting and change it to follow windows firewall rules.

MAKE SURE YOU GET THE ACTUAL .exe PATH THROUGH THE FILE BROWSER, for me it was hidden in the Adobe files as a folder that LOOKED like an .exe, but by using the file browser itself to look around I was able to locate the real .exe %ProgramFiles%\Adobe\Adobe Photoshop 2024\Photoshop.exe Until the shmucks at Adobe decide to offer anything actually reasonable, hope this helps :)
