yo bro, for me it says some adobe genuine service alert, and its just a notice that pops up when i open and use my adobe premiere for sometime, but after the message comes up, it automatically closes whatever adobe thing im using within some time limit, can you plz help
Try turning your internet off ...then if anything pop up when working just drag the box to any extreme edge of ur screen till it barely visible
for those who have issues still after completing the steps with firewall: make sure that your firewall is actually ENABLED in Windows in order to him to actually block the Adobe connections.

Thanks for the suggestion regarding enabling YES or NO of defender even if I don't understand well what I have to evaluate in this regard... it honestly seems to ME that it is enabled (and I also crossed out the "BLOCK" entries) but I find it that when I start the program it doesn't hold any surprises for me except that after "X" 5 and/or 10 minutes of time the banner still appears, why?
I close it and notice that it no longer appears...oddities after oddities
I then asked myself a question but in all respects does anything really happen after 5 days? Does it REALLY crash? Another oddity is that this problem DOES NOT appear on After Affects... arcane mystery DON'T you think?

Good idea but after a lot of different try (block adobe folder, photoshop folder, photoshop exe and reinstall uninstall etc) this doesn’t work, always have the same pb

Hello, so I followed your instructions and also downloaded AVG. However today after a reboot the pop up is appearing again? Does this fix only work on ADOBE apps while you internet turned off? Example, i'm not even using Adobe Acrobat Pro but I continue to get the pop up window? Did I miss something?

The Firewall asks for the path to file of the program, not the file location. Any reason why you put in the file location? Thank you BTW. It works for now :D

Can confirm! After selecting the actual .exe rather than the whole folder in both inbound and outbound rules (at first I only did inbound and it didn't work), Illustrator & Photoshop work flawlessly!

so what can i do
MAKE SURE YOU GET THE ACTUAL .exe PATH THROUGH THE FILE BROWSER, for me it was hidden in the Adobe files as a folder that LOOKED like an .exe, but by using the file browser itself to look around I was able to locate the real .exe %ProgramFiles%\Adobe\Adobe Photoshop 2024\Photoshop.exe
Until the shmucks at Adobe decide to offer anything actually reasonable, hope this helps :)

I thought this was a Permanente fix but after reading thru the comments it seems like he recommends that while using any adobe app you have to use it while your internet is turned off. I was looking for a more Permanente solutions w/o having to turn off internet. Correct me if i'm wrong?
