Assuming everybody who got their copy of the game at least started it, that means that about 2,500 people just naturally got a shiny intro Pokémon when they first started the game... and probably wouldn't have figured the fact that it was shiny...

I remember my old copy of Pokémon Gold version where my odd egg hatched a shiny Elekid. I had the preconceived notion that like the Red Gyarados, the odd egg forcibly gave you a shiny. If only I had known I got super lucky, I might have actually raised an Electabuzz. Also, I ran across a shiny Wobbafett in Ruby version, but it was a safari zone nightmare and I failed to catch it. I died a little on the inside that day.
That fact about Wallys Ralt being shiny, but not shiny throughout the game can also happen in Pokémon Y. It happened too me when Serena caught a shiny Flecthinder, but it wasn't shiny in any other encounter.

It was only once, but I ran into a hiker who had a shiny Graveler. Catherine's unused Pokemon track was probably a composition that Shoji Meguro made in his free time, that he likely let the development team use to test the engine's music playback. Still pretty awesome to hear a track from one game composed in the established style of another game composer though.
Well Pokémon mythos makes you wonder when these events take place along so many games. Silver and Gold were direct sequels to the original so it makes the fan base wonder.
I like the corrupted stuff like shadow Pokémon but the nuclear types from Pokémon Uranium are even more interesting. Imagine a whole region dedicated to an apocalyptic setting with mutations and crap, the Hiroshima region if you would... lol.

Catherine's unused Pokemon track was probably a composition that Shoji Meguro made in his free time, that he likely let the development team use to test the engine's music playback. Still pretty awesome to hear a track from one game composed in the established style of another game composer though.

Well Pokémon mythos makes you wonder when these events take place along so many games. Silver and Gold were direct sequels to the original so it makes the fan base wonder.

It's got a bit of continuity going on, so a timeline helps keep things consistent.
Everything needs a timeline. And the pokemon games do reference previous titles every now and then so it clears things up.

I like the corrupted stuff like shadow Pokémon but the nuclear types from Pokémon Uranium are even more interesting. Imagine a whole region dedicated to an apocalyptic setting with mutations and crap, the Hiroshima region if you would... lol.
