Hi King Super, it was officially announced to be the 17th but that is not correct. In the vesting contract it says the tokens will unlock on timestamp 1616113800, which is Fri Mar 19 2021 00:30:00 GMT. It's the 19th.
I think that's because the releaseStartTime parameter was included to override the default release schedule. It performed the first release on the configured time. After that initial release it will continue with the default schedule.

One small correction: Calling release releases everything that is possible to release. You cannot select the amount you want to release.
