    Beijing Duck came from Nanjing.
The third emperor Chengzu of Ming Dynasty, usurped the throne from his nephew, the emperor Jianwen, and moved the capital of Ming to Beijing from Nanjing during his reign. As the result, lots of officials with their families, cookers and so on went to Beijing, Nanjing duck has been spread out in Beijing since then and became domestic and been much different from the original ones.

You are supposed to just have a small bite on the soup dumpling first, and suck the juice out of it, then dip in vinegar and eat the rest. You can actually ride tandem bikes on these walls of Nanjing. Fall in Nanjing is particularly charming, the whole city is infused with the smell of osmanthus flowers.

You don’t eat duck stomach that way. We cut it into very thin slides and do a 凉拌菜。if you eat them in the while piece, it’s be a bit too intense and a bit gross. Even for chinese.

isntead of "full of flavour", can you describe what kind of flavour? the kind of spices... expand the culinary vocabulary, either in chinese or english. 除了入味,多汁,中国美食还可以有很多精彩的形容词。我中文也不好,不过我觉得可以形容的到位一点。我看到金陵烤鸭那段的感觉。
