    I read somewhere that as long as you keep the mixture between 80 to 100 degrees, while adding the essential oils and such, you will not kill the good vitamins off the butters. I got myself a laser temperature gauge . Made my life easier. Thanks for sharing!

    Hello 👋🏽
    I purchased and received my bottle of Nutiva Hemp Seed oil today! I take prescription pain meds 10/325 that barely helps! For the first time today I took the Hemp Oil, when I tell you it REALLY helped the back pain I was having that Oxycodone wasn’t taking away. It did make feel a slight high, seriously! I have a hard time sleeping at night, I was sleepy not even 10 minutes after taking. This is now my forever go to oil!
    Thank you for this video, still helpful 4 years later 🥰🌹🙏🏽

    Use a 4 cup glass measuring cup in the hot water, you will have less mess, and easy clean up. I would put the measuring cup in the hot water again and wipe clean with a paper towel, then clean in your dish washing liquid, and some hot water.I sanitize my molds in hot water and allow to dry, then spray with 99 percent Alcohol, and wipe dry with paper towel, also use gloves! Thanks for sharing your great video! Have a great day...going to try your recipe! :)

    I love this and your energy 🙏💜. I actually make a frankincense body butter with the same combination of essential oils 🙂. I infuse frankincense resin in oil and use that as the oil part of the butter (and also add a little frankincense essential oil).

    Love it...going to send my sister some cuz she needs some cheering up and something nice to put in her nice new bathroom (she spends too much time running after the kids so something that is just for her is a great idea!) She's into stuff like this and things I make myself so I will make some pretty ones for her and keep a couple for me...they actually look edible (don't worry I won't! Lol!).

    Awesome Video! Stirring in love energy. Sigh.. they really need to create a WILDLY ENTHUSIASTIC THUMBS US ... with fireworks and applause yet. Very cool. I use straight unrefined shea butter on my legs after a shower and have footie set to put on right after so they get infused with shea butter and keep my feet clean. I think I will start to get the ingredients you have here amassed and make some of these. I can imagine how amazing they smell and how comforting they are. Love the recycled storage ideas as well. I have been doing that as well. Love how you open each video with " if you think this interests you, or you might like to find out more.. etc. " Rock on, Cali!

      Diane Espinoza I just looked through her fb. Omg that was the saddest thing I’ve ever seen 😞 from her diagnosis post to the post from her daughter asking for donations it was literally a little over three months. Jan 31 to April 10 that was an extremely quick moving cancer and stole her away so fast. She seemed to be a beautiful soul.

    I loved this video. You really shared some great tips. Thanks for letting us know the supplies came from Amazon. It makes it easy to one stop shop. The storage containers are pretty. I know my granddaughter would enjoy this craft. For daily storage, what do you recommend? I hate
    soap stuck to the tub. I have tried sponges and wax paper. However I still get stuck in soap. If you have a suggestion for my silly pet peeve I would like to hear it. Thanks for taking the time to make this video.👍

    I have been experimenting with the 3 ingredient lotion bars. My first batch was awesome, but the last two have been either too greasy or too mushy. After watching your video, I have decided to start adding cornstarch for the greasiness. And also going to add Vit E oil for better preservation. BUT, my question for you today is - Is there anyway to "fix" my last batch of lotion bars that are mushy? Can I melt them back down and add something to make them come out more solid? I just hate this waste! Thank you so much! ***Sherri***

    I use to have a soap and body lotion business out of my home in Utah before I was divorced back in the 90s it was so fun to make and sell... I loved it I had a lot off stuff but that went to the way side when I got divorced as we all know who have been in that boat you find different things to do.... I love it Cali.... Do you just rub this body butter all over your body?

    • @witchypoo420
      @witchypoo420  8 лет назад +2

      That sounds like a great business to have Nancy , it is a lot of work though and I imagine could be quite pricey in the end but I really enjoyed whipping these up :) Yes, yo ujust glide these over your skin and rub them in, they work great and stay solid at room temperature :) Hope you are having a great week :)

    Ecosoya Q210 works great in products like these as it’s the only Soy Wax That has been dermatology tested safe for skin types plus it also makes your candles and Melts skin safe which is great if you sell them like I do. Make sure if your pregnant, breast feeding, on heart, blood pressure medications or on antidepressants as there are some oils you can’t have even in a lotion bar..

      Thanks so much for watching and your commenting :) You rub the body bars all over your skin and the heat of your skin melts the butter ,and then you rub it in like a moisturizer .Hope you have a wonderful week, Peace & Love

    Hi Cali-I never used body butter. Do you just rub it on after shower?

    • @witchypoo420
      @witchypoo420  8 лет назад

      You can use it whenever you would use any moisturizer....after a shower or just when your skin is dry ( my skin is like an alligator in the Winter lol)...let me know if you make these, I would love to hear how you like them XO

    That combination of oils is definitely gonna be greasy. It makes a difference which ones you combine. Instead coco butter I would use Kokum butter it is less greasy. The hemp is greasy by itself I would substitute argan for the second oil not Almond. Beeswax is great substitute for the Candilla . I love it better. Amazon is an expensive place to buy wax and oils. Candle melting pot instead of a glass bowl to melt in too. I use the double boiler method . An old one handle pot to put water in and the candle melting pot fits right in there to melt your oil, butter and wax combo.

    Amazing project and very grateful for the sharing. I do get so sad about all the plastic packaging though :( Hope we can start more local bulk shops again and find a better alternative to the insane amounts of this plastic ending up in our delicate, essential soils which is where all these other lovely products included in this project come from :) Look forward to having a go at this.

      hairstyle4you mercado right , it slows oxidation , rather than preserves. Also make sure you are buying the natural version not the synthetic , the synthetic forms of vitamin E are labeled with a dl- prefix.
