Sir, I have a doubt regarding determining the analytical tool. I have a dependent variable in liket scale & 6 independent variables also in likert scale. And I am trying to find the impact of the independent variable on the dependent which type of regression should I use?

Gender is my independent variable and purchase intention is dependent variable. How can I study whether there is significant impact of male- female on purchase intention as its shown in Independence T test
There are so many analytical techniques to see the significant value. for example, if u use SPSS the output will give you a significant value. Try to see the output value, the significant value will be shown there.
Sir plz provide guidance on how to run regression analysis with sub group of dependent variable like gender i.e it should define male female
My hypothesis are as under
1 there is no significant difference in purchase intention of male and female
@@Bgeetanjali dear, you have to understand that it is not regression. you have to apply a t-test to find the difference in male and female groups or you can apply multi-group analysis in PLS. You can see my video on running a t-test.
