It’s made the Faderport usable, it was just a light up box taking up space on my desk before lol.

Hi enjoying the trial so far. Couple things ive noticed. One being that when the fader in pro tools is at unity the fader port fader is actually at around -2 or 3. The other is that when i try panning with the fader it doesnt always (quite often really) get the pro tools pot to 100 meaning by the time the fader is all the way at one end of its throw panning still isnt 100 right or left if that makes sense. Also wondering if there will be a way in the future to get access to more pro tools sends than the first four. Thanks

Yes. Works great all by itself.
And we have another feature coming next week that lets you adjust a plug-in parameter. Great for writing automation.

Another question. What about the click button? Does it always activate sends? Is there no way to activate the click while using this?

I am having an issue getting this to work with Raven. I add the Faderport FP2 in the controllers section of the V-Control Setups window, but Pro Tools is greyed out with Raven under it also greyed out. It does not automatically propagate a Faderport setup. Is there something I am doing wrong?
When Pro Tools launches it will add FaderPort to the setup.
@@neyrinckaudio1604 Unfortunately it did not. Even when Pro Tools is running it is greyed out in the setup window. I also run Mio Console and that is not greyed out. It is listed under software and not setups. I don't use V-Control with Mio Console.

I'm having problems with v control pro and faderport 2. I contacted tech support yesterday and today with no responds. Can you help me? I add the faderport 2 under controls. But there no pro tools under setup and software. For some reason the v control pro doesn't see pro tools. I reinstalled a couple of times with same results. Can you help me

I tried using these commands in the free trial license but almost none of them are working. I can play/pause and change the volume of each channel but the physical fader stays where I left it as if it weren't motorized.

I got to say. SHAME ON PRESONUS . How is possible that other company makes more value to the product than the creator itself. I switched to pro tools for work reasons and the fader port is not doing the job on HUI. Sooooo big claps to Neyrinck what a great tool, I will get it.! And again SHAME ON PRESONUS
I understand your frustration. For the last eight years I have been innovating how HUI can be used and reinventing some control surface paradigms. But these things are not easy to figure out so don't be too hard on Presonus. I'd be forever grateful if you can tell everyone you know about V-Control Pro. :)
