Great in depth video! I was wondering if you could elaborate on Zilean? I am a Zilean main in plat and I feel a bit odd with item changes nerfing my past build. Hard to find good zilean players that are active to get insight from. Any bit of elaboration would be greatly appreciated!
IMO HP without resistances is not a great investment unless you're playing someone like Leona who can get Armor/MR from her W. With how prevalent Crit builds are right now I feel like ADC's don't have much trouble chewing through that extra health, and Warmog's is much more expensive than something like Zeke's or Locket.
@@Russiansism Yeah 1000 HP might look good on paper but at 3100 gold you could have a Locket/Zeke's/Knights Vow plus components for another item. Only Tahm Kench or Skarner could benefit from Warmogs but at that point you would prefer to just get Heartsteel if you want HP scaling.
I can guarantee you that playing Karma with first strike is INSANE. I've been playing Karma full ap with First Strike, cashback and Treasure Hunter. It is a slow build BUT if you perform decently you should be ahead anyways, imo is extremely forgiving and easy to pilot, plus the performance mid to late game is insane, early game is fine but it's definitely the worst part of the tech. Proc as much first strike as you can and rush Dark Seal/Malignance + pick ZakZak, go for Sorcerers and followed by Horizon Focus, at this point you have INSANE damage, you can literally R + Q a carry and deal like 50% of their HP, tanks are obviously your demise but everything else just melts, at some point if you had good Dark Seal stacks go for Mejai's if you deemed it safe, otherwise Liandrys or Deathcap, and try to keep 1 slot for pink wards, extremely important. I know it's a very ambitious build because there's no supportive power in it but i think because of how forgiving it is it makes up for it, plus even if you don't have support items you can give fat shields of 500 or something. I guarantee you the damage is just mind boggling, makes no sense whatsoever.
from trying it out myself, symbiotic boots feel absolutly terrible on thresh, it takes forever to max it out compared to pyke because ur creeping across the map with 360 movement speed for ATLEAST 10 minutes if you dont die at all
i think sho's personal build for helias janna is helias and then moonstone but that was a few patches back. he doesnt build dawncore on her as far as i know
I play Janna with Zak'zak or dream maker supp item, imperial mandate and go helias second item, i take boots of swiftness and shurelya, you could take dark seal to transform it into mejai if you are good in your game, if its not the case sell it and take as last item vigilant wardstone for survivability and wards or dawncore as you have 475% mana regen with the items mentionned so 8% heal and shield power and 40 AP from the passive.(i'm trash at math so uhh.. figure it yourself if i'm wrong) My runes are: *Arcane comet* *Domination* Manaflow band Eyeball collection(can also take zombie ward or ghost poro, depends on elo) Celerity Relentless hunter Gathering storm Rune stats: +9 adaptive force, +2% movespeed, +65 health (Could also play glacial augment for utility, the build would be: Magical footwear, biscuit delivery and approach velocity, the rest stays the same, aery is cool too but i'm not sure about it, i enjoy arcane comet more. I am platinum so i may say some mistakes, i took time to pull that out i had to test things out to be sure so be gratefull >:c also may be kinda outdated haha.. still think its good tho even if its a little bit old. )

I'm not gona lie i dont know where your getting the fact that helia is broken now..its numbers were adjusted and its better but it used to be literally the worst support item. The buffs aren't big enough.
I have tested it myself every time it has been adjusted and this is the patch where it is op. There is no other support item that will do as much healing/damage as helia for a first item.

I picked up Seraphine a couple patches ago so the First Strike changes have been an absolute win for me.
