“jungle dont need leashes” as a hardstuck gold/sliver player, i knew this already but the AMOUNT of junglers who will get mad if i dont help with leash, its actually insane. they will throw on purpose or say they will never gank bot lane. its insane but no pro player will ever understand :(
Hey! Amazing video. Just wanted to make a slight correction. Level 3 is now from only 2 Melee Minion (or one melee one caster) of the 4th wave due to EXP changes in 14.10. With these exp changes as well, something worth noting is if you and your adc both share exp on a ward kill, you can now get level 2 on the second wave with only 2 melee minions.
10:21 you are so right on this. It’s crazy enchanters have such bad rep. Support fulfills a role and it doesn’t matter if the supp is tanky or an enchanter. Both does different things. Saying enchanters are useless completely wrong. Like for example Nami has more peel than some of the tanks and yes they can roam greatly too. Not only Bard. You just need better timings. It just depends on the player. If an enchanter plays perfect they have a huge impact.
Thank you for talking about spacing and trading. Too many people think playing Support (And ADC by extenstion) is just sitting back and reacting to plays, but they don't realize how lane interactions are like a tango. With every action, there should be an appropriate reaction. Players who don't react to trades find themselves losing and start blaming everyone else.
Playing both bot and support is so important for this, i get so irrationally mad at supports hiding behind me like bro your hp bar is a currency you can spend to protect me and mess with their bot what the fuck are you hiding for you don’t lose cs if you have to back off…
Hi Shodesu, loved the video! You said about the first item spike on enchanter supports, going magical footwear on runes is a great option don't you think? Cause I will have 300g to spare on my spike.
Good tips for high elo in early game. In low elo, however, players dont know their advantage or disadvantage so you cannot zone the bot line away with upcoming lvl advantage. Most dont even utilize lvl2 and lvl3 power spikes. When i go in with lvl2 or lvl3 spike I often go alone and ADC just keeps farming even when pinging before the engage. Do you have tactic for these scenarios?
Can i ask which champs counters tank supps best? I found amazing value on Janna for this and kinda struggled with Nami and kind of specific but where is Karma shines? Is Karma also good for engage tanks?
@@emranao his new range in Q has made him very opressive in lane phase, much easier to punish melee sups, even to trade pokes. But yes, positioning is key to be able to disengage and ult right.
Is this spastic ability area effect guide spam and constant scoreboard checking really necessary? It’s so hard to focus on what’s being said when it feels like I’m watching a flickering street lamp.
Hi guys! I recently started playing ranked ( im on bronze 3 for the moment) but I feel that playing enchanters in that elo it's useless because you depend on your carry not shitting themselves and I feel that it's easier to win if I play mages as a support (brand or lux). Do any of you have a recomendation on supports to play in low elo? For enchanters i'm now playing Milio and Nami for the most part. I don't really like tanks, but I can try (I'm "ok" with rell).
Dont play support if you can avoid it. No matter what this guy states or suggests, playing support for climbing is pure bullshit. Only play support if you love the roll, but if your plan is to get higher on the ladder, than just avoid it.
Being using Janna with Hail of Blaids for a while and its the real bully. Trying to start with Mejia and then some tank items. My main goal its to give full speed and poke with W+basic (+ap speed)
"draft doesn't matter in soloq" *continues only to show playing janna vs engage and no other enchanter in sight*. Yeah I don't know, i got to masters but I think your wrong, I mainly play nami sona soraka lux and like this video might be a good guide for lvl 1 but past that it's just useless. Yes you can abuse engage at lvl 1 but as soon as they hit lvl 2 or 3, ur lane power is diminished totally (if ur not janna which u havent show or talked about). The amount of times engage champs will just walk up to u instead of hooking, the amount of times engage champs disrespect 2 stacked waves and just dont care about the damage and still they win. lets talk about any adc + me playing sona vs samira leona or any other engage champ. I can poke lvl 1 which is like meh, even if u bring them to 30% somehow they just pop 2 hp potions and they are back up and when they hit lvl 2 or 3 u can't do stuff, i mean you can but barely. As sona usually just trying to get my passive off might risk me getting engaged on and killed, q on its own is not really poke, so ur just sitting there waiting for an engage. if they engage, well u usually look to w chord the enemy adc, which sometimes doesnt help, i had a draven one time who was 4 0 kill me and my adc trough my exhaust and my w chord. Sona can't really answer for engage, you either w chord the enemy adc or maybe e chord them so they can't really follow up as quickly but even then, leona somehow has tons of damage. And all of this changes when the engage champ hits lvl 6, because then they usually can walk up easier. Soraka is the same deal, like ur q isn't really poke, you can heal the enemy poke but a full on engage you can't deal with, ok silence and what not but usually it doesn't do much, the ignite kills soraka as a champ. Engage champ control the bushes always, if you are in a bush if they just walk up you need to run so yeah you can't really control the bushes, just place wards in them.
Sona is an exception because she is basically the Smolder equivalent of an enchanter. However, there are a lot of strong laning enchanters like Nami, Karma and in my opinion also Soraka. I think of it like this: if you play your lvl. 1-3 correctly, then you will have a level advantage and translate that into an hp advantage, which inevitably turns into an xp and cs advantage. With this, you can keep up the pressure later. But if you get nothing out of it, then you will just get destroyed at some point. It's like playing a range champion against assassins in midlane. If you pressure them well from lvl. 1-3 then you can continue to pressure till lvl. 6. At that point assassins become stronger than most ranged champions. Only a sizable gold and xp lead will allow you to keep up the pressure. If you didn't do anything with your advantage and didn't manage to hit your item spikes, then you basically lost your lane. This guy is talking about league at the highest level, where everything comes together: wave management, punishing cooldowns, spacing and so on. Its obviously easier said than done.

Great tips! Like the content too! Been learning some nami and this helps a lot!
I love playing engages like Alistar and Leona, but the amount of times a good Janna made me wanna strangle someone is making me want to play her.
Thank you so much for making this video 🤗❤

Great video, thank you for your contributions to the game!
"Don't leash, jungler's don't need leash."
ADC proceeds to walk up to leash while you're waiting in bush, ignoring your pings for them to stay.
thx! Gonna try to improve with this guide
Thank you so much for the help I'll be using these tips!

Thank you for video.
Can you make a support tier list for 14.15? I especially curious for your thoughts about the Milio changes.
WE GETTING OUT OF BRONZE WITH THIS ONE 🔥🔥🗣
