I'm hoping Marvel does what Sega did with their writers. Ian Flyn was the writer for the Sonic The Hedgehog IDW comics and everyone loved the story in them. And then Sega finally hired him to write the story for Sonic Frontiers,which ended up amazing. Hoping Marvel does the same thing with the X-Men 97 writers.

Only problems are phoenix returning was a bit too convenient, a part where Jean was on Scott’s ass when she kissed Logan, bishop kinda giving on his saving humanity thing and trying to kill everyone (maybe it was just so he could replace them with robots but it didn’t sound like that at all when he lost it), rushed romance with forge and storm and X factor not showing up at all when forge is their leader. But I was pretty generous with the original cartoon despite its flaws so ima give this an 8/10
Jean kissed Logan because of her disconnection with Scott. She never would’ve done that under normal circumstances. That’s not a flaw with the show, that’s called being human.
As an X Men fan, it has been WAY TOO LONG to see them again. This show brought me so back hype when I was a kid. With Deadpool and Wolverine coming next month, it is a GREAT TIME to be an X Men fan!
X-Men 97 just made it into my top 5 along with No Way Home, Infinity War and Civil War. Personally I think the next best option for revival cartoons is The Avengers: Earth's Mightiest Heroes. That show has nothing holding it back from coming back unlike Spectacular Spider-Man's rights issues and having too many Spider-Man shows at the same time which may be a reason if Spider-Man '92 doesn't get revived since it could be alongside Friendly Neighborhood Spider-Man. This is the perfect opportunity to bring that show back now, especially with Marvel Animation being made so we'll need more than just four cartoons there (What If...?, X-Men '97, Eyes of Wakanda and Friendly Neighborhood Spider-Man) and what better inclusion than another one of the best Marvel cartoons of all time?

It ironically becomes "high art" by just being itself and being great at it. Colorful, amazing, and a wonderful tribute to its medium.

I’ve been waiting for this since I was a kid. I was introduced to X-Men in a show called Spider-Man and his amazing friends back in the 1980s in an episode called a fire star is born. It’s on Disney+. It’s quite dated but animated very well and it was a better alternative than the Super friends. Start reading the comics, and they were for superior. This is the best X-Men put the screen hands down.
