Though it's not exactly stated in Avatar lore that the deceased end up in Spirit World upon death. Iroh decided to have his soul remain in Spirit World when he died. Then there's Zhao who was pulled to the Fog of Lost Souls by the Ocean Spirit, making it debatable is Zhao's soul or his ENTIRE being trapped in there. So I assume that in this match, the cabbage merchant did what Iroh did but took a wrong turn in the Spirit World, ending up in the Fog of Lost Souls. Though I admit it bothers me that in this match the Spirit World isn't accurate to the source material as the location of the Fog is not that close to Spirit Portals in Avatar shows.
Aizen (I-zin) Is the main villian from "Bleach." Same show "Ichigo" was in. You might remember his battle against "Naruto." He was a freaking powerhouse and basically has the power of complete hypnosis...not just with sight...but with ALL 5 senses...and signal handedly defeated some of the most powerful characters in the show. Even Ichigo when he got enough strength to match blow for blow...wasn't able to kill him off...he had to be sealed away for him to be taken down...so...this is pretty much gonna be a deal of both masters of hypnosis and evil geniuses.

Aizen is the main antagonist of the first half of Bleach. So basically we are getting another Naruto vs Bleach episode.

The originals would agree with the clone in the battle intro lines but Korra would be humble in defeat and Storm would be humble in victory. They probably would teach each other trick to help with their similar powers.

Honestly, this was better than I expected, it did hurt to see Korra diying since she's actually one of my favorite characters (I even prefer Korra better than Aang, for anyone that hates Korra 'cause she ain't a Aang 2.0, b*te me) seriously, there people gets so anoying for hating korra for some dumb reasons. no ofense for those that dislike Korra for better arguments, but still...anyway, this episode, surprisingly made me not het Storm in the end, and also ironicly, this is the third time a Childhood Character of my dad kills a childhood character of mine.

Oh, wait-- At one point, they DID give Rey good character growth in The Force Awakens, but that was IMMEDIATELY discarded when making The Last Jedi and Rise Of Skywalker. Right from The Force Awakens, there was ACTUAL CHARACTER GROWTH in THAT movie. . . but, but, but, but . . . Starting from there on to The Last Jedi, they decided to IMMEDIATELY make her a Mary Sue for no reason.

That's not Mljnoir in the picture that's Stormcaster a hammer given to Storm by Loki in an effort to trick her into fighting Thor..Later I believe Thor gave it to her..then it was destroyed only to reappear in Odin's Vault. Then when Storm was facing a god it came to her aid in defeating said god then disintegrated. Leaving the option for it to return again if Storm should need it.

I wanna debate the whole “mary sue in season 1” thing for Korra. I never got that when watching it. Yes, she was established to be a prodigy, BUT she let that kinda get to her head, thinking that being the Avatar will allow her to instantly solve any problem, and that got her into trouble after trouble. It wasn’t enough to bend the elements to your will. She needed to learn humility, patience, and technique if she was to be a true Avatar.

Best part of the Cabbage Guy gag in Death Battle; his cabbages always end up getting destroyed by the non-Avatar characters. Ed, Todoroki, and Storm caused the damage, while Aang, Zuko, and Korra had nothing to do with it.
