      @@karencompton4851 yes… I make ice cream… this video recipe is actually sherbet because she uses a plant milk and not juice from a fruit.

    What is the brand of the extracts that you used? I think you usually use Olive Nation, but those look like they are in eye dropper bottles. Would love to try those flavors that you used in this recipe.

    I love homemade keto strawberry or vanilla yogurt and using clean fruit extracts for the flavoring. Which fruit extracts do you use Maria?

    I'd really like to see your hair care and hairstyle routine! I would like to know the secret behind that immaculate hairstyle you got! I can't even go one hour with a ponytail with 2 hair elastics + a hair claw that it will always fall down 😞

    So, I like your videos and I have posted before. I was on a "no carb" diet for 2 years and did very well, but my strength suffered in the gym when lifting weights. I read on the internet about why this was happening, so I decided to incorporate brown rice into my diet. My strength did increase very noticeably. However, after a month, I gained a ton of muscle but also became fatter. The strength is really good, but it comes at a cost if you are eating carbs for energy. So, SCREW THIS. I'm going full PSMF as I was much happier before. Now I plan on watching more of your videos. I can't believe that just by having a measured amount of carbs every day, I puffed up. My body just absolutely hates them. See you tomorrow.

      The strength came from the quick energy you get from carbohydrates. Problem is it tanks faster than the steady energy you enjoy burning fat for fuel. You can build muscle by prioritizing protein. Add fat as a lever; increase for more energy, decrease when fat loss is a goal. And remember not to exceed more than 1-3 PSMF days per week 😁

    I made this and I put it in my creamy and it’s awful and I love the lmnt I crave it. The only thing I did different was I used cashew milk, but I don’t see why that would matter I even use the gelatin which maybe wasn’t good in the creami because the texture was weird..

    Is it true that LMNT has a bit of maltodextrin in it?? But that it’s so minimal that that’s why it’s not listed??

      Its a carrier for the flavoring, but a tiny amount. You would have to consume 125 packets of LMNT to equal the sugar in 1 egg. :)

    Twice you said Almond Milk, but you showed Macadamia Nut milk…please clarify…newbie here
