my next goal after 2or 3 months of morning qigong exercise, is here integral taichi qigong. I would like to do this smoothly . Your hands flow of movement is beautiful, fascinating. 1 month later, I can now stretch my leg at the posture of butterfly. And these days I noticed that when I can draw my leg just near my body then I can stretch it more easily.
I love you, I found your channel this year and have really found my passion in Eastern medicine and healing. Thank you for your channel and videos they really help me 🙏

its too fast for my breathing rhytm:( do I do something wrong? otherwise my breath would be very short, not as long as in other qigong like wu xin ji or ba duan jin. thanks a lot!
Dear Friend, if you feel too fast for you breathing, you can slow down your move. When your move slower , it means your breath is longer and slow... Those movements of integral taichi arev very dynamic.. Therefore , when you practice, you feel a littlr bit fast.. .. But slowly you practice daily, you will find out your own rhythm, slower ot faster... Dont force your breathing , just let your breaths go natural and follow them... Hopefully you understand what i shared, and wish you a happy practice....
